Acantha teleported herself back to her room, and when she arrived, she saw that Flaar was already there and was eating so at.
"You ca back early," Flaar said as he was chewing so of the at.
"When did you get back here?" Acantha asked as she forgot that she hadn’t seen him after they set so barriers to the so of the south’s territory.
"I have been here after the duke summoned ," Flaar answered as he continued eating his food.
"Father summoned you?" Acantha asked as she frowned at Flaar; she didn’t know that her father had called Flaar.
"Yes, he made set up so barrier on the way to the count’s ho," he said as he looked at her while he was also frowning, " Didn’t he tell you?" Flaar asked him as he stopped eating his food.
"Father didn’t ntion anything," Acantha said as she looked at him .
She was wondering what or why her father took Flaar to set up so barrier on the way to the count’s ho.
"Did he say why he made you set up a barrier?" Acantha looked at Flaar as she went to her bed.
"He just said it was just he wanted to make sure that everyone who was at the banquet was safe," Flaar said as he looked at her.
Acantha just nodded at him, but still it didn’t answer her question.
Her father knew that she set up so barrier to the whole territory of the count, but why did he even make a barrier on the way there?

The morning she woke up, Acantha went directly to the dining hall and saw that her father was already there.
"Morning, Father," Acantha said as she greeted her father, who was already waiting for her.
"Did you have a good night’s sleep last night?" Her father said as the maids started serving them so food.
Acantha looked at the food that was served to her.
Her stomach growled and she rembered she didn’t eat dinner last night because of the empress and lots of drama.
"Yes, I was too tired yesterday," Acantha said as she started eating her food.
They ate their food quietly; Acantha looked at her father.
She wanted to ask him what happened to Helion.
And why did he set up so barriers last night?
"Father-"
"Your Grace..."
"Lady Acantha"
Acantha was interrupted when Diego entered the room with Zerth and Erkin.
"What was it, Diego?" The duke said as he wiped the corner of his mouth using the table napkin on his lap.
"Are we interrupting sothing, Your Grace?" Erkin asked as he looked between her and her father.
"No, Aki and I were just eating our breakfast... Is there anything you want to talk to about?" The duke asked the three as he was frowning.
Acantha looked at the four. It’s very early for them to go here; it must be so ergency.
Diego went to her father and whispered in his ear.
Acantha saw her father clench his fist.
"What was it, Father?" Acantha asked worriedly when she saw that her father stood up from his chair.
"There’s soone who set a fire in one of our relatives hos in the east," her father said as he was getting ready to go, and he stopped in front of her and gave her a kiss on her head.
"I’ll be going first , Aki. Just eat your breakfast," her father said as the three teleported.
Acantha finishes eating her breakfast alone that ti, as Flaar was still sleeping in the room.
"My Lady, there’s a letter that arrived here." Acantha frowned at what Mildred said.
Ahh, she forgot. The North and the Solaris duchy have been visible again; she made it happen so that in case people would seek refuge, they can see the place.
It’s not that they can enter, but they could ask so of the knights to protect them and ask her to let them enter their duchy.
Acantha looked at the letter and she sighed when she saw the seal.
What else do they need from her?
Can’t the imperial family leave her alone for once?
She was even getting tired of the empress’s attitude and she was setting so boundaries between her and Helion, as she didn’t want him again to be in the situation where he was torn between her and his mother.
Acantha read the letter and sighed in relief when she saw who it was from.
At least it’s not from the two people she was trying to avoid at this mont.
"Should I go with you, my lady?" Mildred asked her and Acantha looked at her.
She wanted to decline but seeing Mildred, she looked like she really wanted to co with her.
"Yes, but first I need to change," Acantha said and she and Mildred both walked towards her room upstairs.
Mildred and so other maids helped her to dress and even did her hair.
Acantha uses her power to teleport them to the palace.

"Your Highness." Acantha looked at the side where she heard a familiar voice.
There she saw Lady Yarin, who was wearing very fancy clothes while talking to Helion.
"What was it, Lady Yarin?" Helion asked the lady rudely, who just blushed at him.
Acantha almost scoffed at her. Is she that pathetic to blush at soone who was bluntly displaying his dismay?
"Her Highness the Empress wanted us to get to know each other," Lady Yarin said shyly while she was still blushing; she couldn’t even look at his eyes.
"My Lady?" Acantha looked at Mildred, who looked at where she was looking.
She almost forgot the reason why she was here and that she was with Mildred.
Acantha took a last glance and she saw that Helion looked pissed at whatever Lady Yarin said to him.

Helion was on his way to his palace as he had just finished practicing sword fighting with Jarnus and Ernie.
He was supposed to teleport himself straight to his place to avoid his mother, but also he wanted to take a walk to clear his mind.
He had already reached his father’s palace when he suddenly bumped into a lady.
He rembered who she was, as she was the one who was with his mother while they were arguing with Acantha.
"Your Highness." She greeted him as she bowed her head.
"Lady Yarin..." Helion said as he acknowledged her.
The lady seems so happy when he said her na.
"You rembered my na, Your Highness," she said as she smiled at him.
Helion wanted to leave the place as he knew where it was going.
He was about to take a step when-
"Your Highness..." She called him, and Helion looked at her.
He could see her eyes sparkled when he stopped.
"What was it, Lady Yarin?" he asked boredly, as he really wanted to leave the place and he had no ti for this.
"Her Highness the Empress wanted us to get to know each other," Lady Yarin said shyly while she was still blushing.
Helion looked at her and the lady couldn’t even look him in the eyes.
"My mother seems to be doing it again..." Helion said as he looked at the lady, who also looked at him cluelessly.
"Mother was mistaken, Lady Yarin..." Helion said as he was about to leave again.
"No, the empress even said it to my parents..." Lady Yarin insisted, which made Helion pissed.
Why can’t his mother just let him?
And besides, how many tis does he need to repeat to her that he doesn’t want anybody if it’s not Lady Acantha?
Helion turned to the lady who was looking at him and waiting for his response.
"Well, I don’t have ti for this," Helion said, as this ti he was going to use his power to teleport himself.
"But-."
"Do tell my mother to stop pestering . I am on my limit now; she won’t like it when I’ve gone mad," Helion said as he wanted the lady to relay his ssage for him.
Helion was now in his place when he saw that Jarnus and Ernie were already there waiting for him.
"Where have you been, Your Highness?" Jarnus asked him as he looked at him.
"Yes, we thought that you were already here when we teleported here, but we were only greeted by so maids," Ernie said, which made Helion look at him and frown when he saw that there were so desserts in front of him.
"I was thinking of just walking here when I bumped into one of my mother’s new pawns," Helion said as he looked at the two.
He sat on one of the couches and they started talking about so military defense, so they didn’t notice how long they had been talking when suddenly the door opened.
They all looked at the door and his mother entered from it with so of her palace attendants and with Lady Yarin, whose eyes were so red that she seed to be crying while they were on the way here.
