"Hey", I called soone from Jace’s class.

"Hey, aren’t you Ayla? Jace’s sister?" that guy replied while I was standing there with an awkward face.

"Do you want to call your brother? Wait a minute I m calling him", he said while I pulled his shirt again and again so that he won’t call him but in the end, I ended up standing in front of him.

I didn’t talk with him properly after that day. Why the hell did he even call him? I wonder.

"Ayla, you need sothing?" he asked.

I shared my head as a no but I was reluctant to move from my place.

I still went with his lie with a smile and walked toward the canteen while pretending to be finding him. I know he was avoiding even my brother supported him but still I wanted to talk to him once.

This is what I was scared of. It’s not that she doesn’t treat well. It’s just when Yona and Jace et each other they forget my existence as if they can’t even see I’m here.

"I m going to my room", I said when Yona stopped .

I was sohow trying to keep myself calm while staying with her so I didn’t say anything. We even had dinner together which was good too. I had fun. Everyone was talking up like other days as Yona is a complete extrovert and once soone will et her she will make the person go crazy like how she is chewing my head from the mont she cos.

"Hey Ayla, let’s watch a movie tonight just like how Jace, and you used to watch," she said while I smiled.

After dinner, we went to Jace’s room while Jace and Yona arranged the projector. I simply waited for them to finish but the way they kept talking it was delayed. But finally, they did it.

"It’s done now, it’s movie ti", she scread, making go deaf.

"Yeah yeah", it sure was sarcastic.

The movie started.

"Yeah you guessed it," she smirked while I squeezed myself behind them.

They laughed at at first but sohow I managed to watch it. But there was a scene in the movie where the main character was walking in a dark room while she was holding a flashlight in her hand calling, "Is there anyone in this place?" The way she was asking it kept giving goosebumps while I watched.

"Is there anyone here?" she again asked while I was looking with anticipation.

Soone just slid from the corridor as well. I’m getting scared as if soone is behind and looking at .

"Who is it?"

"Reveal yourself." her voice kept stuttering while she kept moving forward.

"Who is it?" she asked but all of sudden soone placed a hand on her shoulder but at the sa ti I felt a hand on my shoulder too.

I was getting scared but I turned back the way she did but the mont soone scread in my ear loud while soone jumped on . It was none other than Jace and Yona.

I was almost on the verge of tears. I never felt this frightened in my entire life but they gave experience.

I didn’t say anything for a while their laughter too started to subside.

"Ayla", Jace called .

"Ayla, sorry it was my fault", Yona too said but when I looked up tears were already uncontrollable. It keeps coming out of my eyes. I cried loudly. I could feel my entire body is hot as well but they forgot to know about my situation.

I don’t know if Yona knows about this or not but Jace knows how much I hate the dark. And my fear was already too much after my mory loss because I kept getting those scary visions.

"Don’t cry Ayla, I’m sorry. Brother is accepting his fault," he said but my heart kept thumping louder even now.

I tried to wipe my tears when I heard a beep on my phone.

"Who could it be?" I thought.

I whipped my tears and picked up my phone to see when I saw an unknown number on my screen.

"Who is it?" I ssaged.

I waited a few minutes to get a reply but it was faster than I thought.

"It’s Jas", he replied, making my heart beat faster.

I kept telling myself yeah finally I got a hold of him but sohow I’m scared of what he wanted to say which made him get my number and ssage this late.

While I was thinking I get another ssage, "Tomorrow et after school."

"Ayla", finally I heard they are still looking at with those pity eyes.

"It’s ok", I said and walked toward my room.

"Ayla, watch till the end. I swear I won’t scare you", Yona said.

"No, I have school. You two watch and when you finish co and sleep I never lock the door", I said and left.
