Lynch fell into silence. The information brought by Abbas in the light screen made the threat index of the Freemasonry Church in his heart rise sharply. A spiritual power network covering all mbers, prepared for an unknown ritual? This is a massive undertaking.

He raised his head, his gaze sharply fixed on the little old man in the light screen, continuing to question, "So, what is Fran planning to do about this? Is the Supre Council not intending to intervene? Such a scale of potential destructive behavior already severely impacts the order of the Wizard World, doesn’t it?"

A trace of helplessness appeared on Abbas’ face, and he shook his head: "Mr. Lynch, the world now... is a ss. The elental burst that swept across various regions left endless troubles, causing severe energy imbalances and secondary disasters in many Witch Domains."

"The Supre Council’s main focus is currently concentrated on dealing with these imminent crises, and indeed... it’s difficult to allocate enough manpower and strength to confront the situation in the Ancient Ruins."

He paused, his tone carrying gravity and a sense of entrustnt: "Therefore, the matters here can only... be entrusted to you for now."

"..." Lynch was montarily speechless, rubbed his brow, his face full of a "Are you joking?" expression, "Dean Abbas, isn’t this too difficult? Asking alone to face a huge organization possibly scheming an earth-shattering ritual?"

Abbas’ expression beca serious, his voice raised a few notches: "Lynch, don’t forget, you are now part of the Supre Council! The resources and support Fran has poured into you over the years, aren’t they substantial? Now, as the Wizard World faces challenges, it is exactly the ti when strong individuals like you need to step forward, to contribute to the Council, to the order of the entire Wizard World!"

Lynch sighed, waved his hand: "I am not evading responsibility. It’s just... objectively speaking, the Freemasonry Church’s foundation is unknown, its leader Erodion is even more unfathomable. Relying on my strength alone, it’s hard to shake its foundation, not to ntion completing the task."

Abbas seed to have anticipated his response, his expression softened sowhat, nodding: "I understand your concerns. Don’t worry, Fran won’t let you fight alone. We will send so people to support you."

He enurated: "This includes those you are familiar with—Space and Vanessa. You should be aware of their strength, with their assistance, it should be enough to handle most situations."

Hearing these two nas, Lynch’s tense expression relaxed a bit. Space’s achievents in the Space Domain and exquisite swordsmanship, Vanessa’s ferocious power derived from the Sword God’s Bloodline, both are extrely strong supports, and they are well acquainted, cooperating seamlessly.

"This is more acceptable." Lynch finally nodded, thus accepting the arrangent.

Seeing this, Abbas gave a final reminder: "In that case, we’ll leave the matters of the Ancient Ruins to you for now. Stay in contact, report imdiately to the Council... to , if there’s any new discoveries."

"Understood." Lynch replied.

The light screen flickered a few tis before extinguishing, and the communication badge returned to calm, quietly resting in his palm.

Lynch took the badge back into the Space Crack, standing alone in the desolate cetery, subconsciously raising his hand to rub his temples.

Even when deciding to return to the Ancient Ruins and intervene in its disputes, he anticipated the difficulty ahead and ntally prepared for the challenges.

Yet, as the heavy burden of the entire area and the pressure of confronting a mysterious and powerful organization truly weighed on his shoulders, he still clearly felt a substantial weight.

This wasn’t fear, but a clear recognition of the responsibility and the gap in reality. The road ahead is destined not to be smooth.

Lynch pondered for a mont, retracting his gaze from the barren cetery, and the last hint of hesitation in his eyes was replaced by decisiveness. He picked up the communication badge from the Starry Sky Magic Academy once again, his fingertips swiftly outlining a rune representing an ergency contact channel for Jade Land on its surface.

The badge lit up again, and amidst the flow of light, the face on the projected screen was no longer Dean Abbas, but a weather-beaten, yet strikingly sharp and determined elderly face—the Councilman of the Scarlet Fla Council, Fred.

"Salute to you, most honorable Lord of Erald." Fred’s voice transmitted through the light screen, carrying unmistakable respect and a subtle hint of excitent.

Lynch nodded slightly, did not engage in pleasantries, directly addressing the matter, his voice steady yet carrying undeniable weight: "Fred, how are the preparations for war?"

Fred perked up, evidently familiar with all the details, he began reporting clearly:

"Lord, following your will, all parties are ready."

"The leaders of the Kassen School, Jade Tower, Green House, Witch Castle, and Moon Tower—these five Extraordinary Influences have all pledged agreents and can respond to calls at any ti, their elite forces have completed assembly and are on standby."

"Jeraf, Sophia, and Kalsa, the three Mystical Wizards, have concluded their seclusion, adjusting their state to its peak, awaiting your dispatch."

"The Adventurer Guild has urgently drafted and selected the top 3,000 elite adventurers from the exploration front of various Underground Cities, forming the ’Pioneer Army,’ well-equipped, morale high."

"The ’Blood Knight Order,’ composed of the strongest selected from each army, the 5,000-mber formation is full, and Holy Daughter Julia has personally conducted a month-long ’Bright Blessing’ ceremony, now deed our sharpest blade."

"As for the Light Church itself..." Fred paused, his tone more solemn, "Holy Daughter Julia and the Pope have jointly issued a Divine Oracle, all battle priests, Holy Temple Knights, and Ascetics of the Church have entered a state of war readiness, holy power reserves are ample, only waiting for you to light the beacon."

He finished reporting in one breath, the elder’s eyes burning with ambition and expectation, his voice involuntarily raised a few notches: "Lord, everything is ready! Every sword has been sharpened, every shield polished!"

"Now, waiting for your command!"

His body leaned forward slightly, almost impatiently questioning, "When... do we start this great expedition?"

On this side of the light screen, Lynch quietly listened to Fred’s passionately charged report, his face showing no emotion. He pondered for a mont, seemingly gazing through the light screen onto a more distant, complex chessboard.

"Wait a bit longer." He finally spoke, his voice still steady yet carrying undeniable determination, "The timing is not yet completely mature. Continue maintaining maximum readiness, but without my explicit signal, no one should act. Maintain silence, await my command."

"Yes! Lord!" The fervor in Fred’s eyes slightly cooled, replaced by absolute compliance. He bowed deeply, "We will be like leopards hiding in shadows, waiting for you to issue the command for a deadly strike."

Communication ended, the light screen dissipated. Lynch stood alone in the Silent Cetery, in the distance, a storm was brewing, and he was the one deciding when to stir the tumultuous waves.
