In the blink of an eye, three days had passed again.
On an endless prairie, a young male apprentice put down a parchnt and stood up respectfully, "Lor Wizard, I have successfully fused the model."
"Then let us begin," Lor nodded.
Beside him, Kateya and Levan looked on tensely.
Now it was the fifth ti that His Excellency Lor (the ntor) was conducting the experint, and it still had not succeeded.
In the past, such a failure had never happened. Not that it was always smooth, but at least every two or three experints always succeeded once.
"Yes, Lor Wizard." The young apprentice closed his eyes and began to engage the newly ford model within his Sea of Consciousness.
"Hoo—"
The next mont, he suddenly realized that even with his eyes closed, he could see the outside world, and it was incredibly clear.
It was a world of intersecting red and yellow, where the granules of red and yellow soil underfoot were visible.
The spaceship in the distance could also be seen distinctly.
But this world was lifeless; everything seed so dead and silent.
The grass that had been tickling his calves was completely invisible, and the three wizards who were initially in front of him had also vanished without a trace.
This bizarre scene made him feel a bit panicked, and he imdiately opened his eyes.
"What did you see?" Lor looked at the young man expectantly.
This young man behaved completely differently from the other apprentices, suggesting new progress had been made.
"Lor... Lor Wizard." The young man’s voice trembled slightly, "I saw a lifeless world, devoid of any life, extrely terrifying."
"Very well." Lor smiled brightly, "You should go back and rest now."
The final piece of the Small teor Witchcraft puzzle was thus completed.
Remarkably, it took nearly three years and exhausted all his contribution points.
Of course, this effort was worthwhile.
Because the intensity of Small teor Witchcraft alone reached a 2.3-ring level, and with Limit Break and Gravity Technique, reaching 2.6-ring was not a big issue.
"Yes, Lor Wizard." The young apprentice bowed and walked tremulously into the nearby spaceship.
The eerie scene he witnessed earlier had already cast a shadow over his heart.
It would likely take ti to dispel.
"ntor, did we succeed this ti?" Levan asked with a grin.
In truth, just looking at the smile on his ntor’s face, he knew the answer without asking.
But this two-and-a-half-year process, of course, deserved a perfect ending.
"Congratulations, Your Excellency Lor," Kateya also chid in.
"Yes, successful."
Lor tousled Levan’s hair and said to the two of them, "Let’s go, ti to return to the Wizard Tower. In the next seven days, Kateya, you should take a good rest, and Levan, follow to the second floor. I have sothing to discuss with you."
"Yes, ntor."
"Thank you, Your Excellency Lor."
The two responded.
Then Lor and Levan flew to the second floor of the spaceship, while Kateya flew to the first.
"Buzz—"
The spaceship took off, and on the second floor, Lor and Levan sat facing each other at a long table.
"Levan, I plan to head to the Betula Continent in seven days. Ask Speaker Yassen if he wants you to co along or return to the Fire Elent Wizard Tower," Lor instructed with a smile.
He was never worried about Levan’s safety. Even if he stayed on the Murphy Continent, this kid wouldn’t perish.
So he was indifferent to whether Levan stayed or left.
"Alright." Levan nodded, closed his eyes, and began to contact his grandfather through the fla in his Sea of Consciousness.
A couple of seconds later, he opened his eyes again and looked at Lor, "ntor, grandfather wants to stop by ho."
"No problem," Lor nodded in agreent.
The Betula Continent lies to the north of the Murphy Continent, and the Nelson Wizard Tower is located near the coast to the south.
The journey is long and far, spanning countless miles.
On the way, they would have to pass the Fire Elent Wizard Tower, so Speaker Yassen wasn’t wrong calling it on the way.
"Then ntor, may I take my leave?" Levan asked.
"Go on," Lor waved his hand.
"Looks like Speaker Yassen plans to have Levan accompany ," Lor thought calmly as he watched Levan leave the cabin.
Thus, he would take on yet another responsibility during this chaotic era.
But it was ant to be; young Levan had helped him greatly before, so he didn’t mind an additional responsibility.
"Perhaps it is not just responsibility," Lor mused, "Young Levan’s talent and heritage are top-notch; he may yet beco a great aide to in the future."
...
Ten minutes later, Lor returned to his laboratory, sitting cross-legged in his bedroom, with his Spiritual Power diving into the Sea of Consciousness.
"Swish, swish—"
In the Earth and Fire Elent Domain, more than five tis larger than when he initially reached the first ring, the Sea of Earth and Fire Elents occasionally rolled with waves, reflecting the entire Sea of Consciousness with radiance.
Lor concentrated his Spiritual Power on the Magma Eruption Rune and Earth Vein Perception Rune located at both ends of the Elental Domain, fusing them one by one according to the order of successful Elental Molecule Intersections achieved over the past two years.
"Buzz, buzz— swish, swish—"
As he began the rune fusion, the Sea of Elents rolled more and more violently.
Lor pressed on without hesitation, focusing all his Spiritual Power on the fusion of the two runes.
Now was the critical mont, leaving no room for distraction.
Half an hour...
An hour...
Two hours later, the two vast one-ring rune models finally fused into one, forming an incredibly round spherical rune.
"Perception." Upon successful fusion, Lor eagerly injected his Spiritual Power into the Small teor Rune, attempting to use its Perception Ability.
"Hoo—"
A force of perception linking heaven and earth spread outward from his Sea of Consciousness.
Lor controlled this Power of Perception, guiding it to extend outwards rather than probing above the Wizard Tower.
A mile...
Ten miles...
A hundred miles...
When Lor’s Power of Perception extended to two hundred and eighty-two miles, it finally reached its limit.
He had a premonition that, by fully activating the Small teor Witchcraft Rune in his Sea of Consciousness, he could guide a teor from the Divine Realm Layer to strike any location within a radius of two hundred and eighty-two miles.
"Panel." Suppressing his urge to act, Lor summoned the panel.
Ignoring the other skills and attributes, he focused his gaze on Spiritual Power, Small teor Witchcraft, and Charge Points.
[Spiritual Power: 575.5
Small teor Witchcraft (1.9 0.4 rings) (Limit Break possible, no second ring Witchcraft Position, cannot advance)
Charge Points: 15.28 million, 75.62%]
"I hope to break the limit three tis," Lor thought anxiously, pointing at the Limit Break with the remaining 15.28 million Charge Points left.
[Small teor Witchcraft (1.9 0.4 rings) → Small teor Witchcraft (1.9 0.4 rings) (Limit Break 0.1)]
[Charge Points: 15.28 million, 75.62% → 8.33 million, 38.55%]
After one Limit Break, Lor, disregarding the tremor from the Sea of Consciousness, quickly looked at the Small teor Witchcraft afterward to see if he could break the limit again.
