"You?" Faye Turner was genuinely surprised.

"Yes." Adrian Lancaster picked up his chopsticks, the smile at the corner of his lips deepened, "I designed it myself. As a young person, of course, I want to make it my way."

Faye Turner gave him a thumbs up, "Impressive!" Then she accompanied him to eat, realizing that he was also flesh and blood, with needs like any ordinary person.

His expression remained calm, even with a smile on his lips, it seed that the smile didn’t reach his eyes.

When alone with Faye Turner, he seed to have nothing to say, his pride waiting for her to bring up the interview with Rachel Sherman.

In the vast unfamiliar dining room, Faye Turner sat across from him, looking at the lavish and exquisite dishes on the table. Under the bright crystal lights, she suddenly felt restrained.

"Adrian, are we going to live here from now on?" She tried to find a topic.

"Yes." He didn’t lift his gaze, calmly speaking while picking up dishes, "I’ll have your things packed and sent over. If there’s anything missing, you can buy it."

"Thank you." She took a sip of soup and couldn’t help but inquire, "Adrian, why move? Isn’t Aqua Flora Residences also your ho? Besides, I’ve gotten used to living there."

Adrian Lancaster looked up, "Because you’re pregnant." He gave the reason, but there wasn’t much emotion in his tone.

The girl looked puzzled, "What does that have to do with anything?"

"If the elevator suddenly malfunctions, what then? After all, it’s just one building, with so many residents, unexpected things can happen." His tone was flat, "Where there are people, there’s trouble."

So, was he concerned about her?

Faye Turner t his deep gaze, feeling emotional, but the next second, he told her, "It’s Grandpa’s idea."

Adrian Lancaster withdrew his gaze, and she was imdiately brought back to reality by this statent!

Just staring at him, Faye Turner’s heart cooled a bit, as she kept her head down eating, internally complaining—

Why did he have to say it out loud!

It seed as if he wanted to distance himself from her!

After dinner, Adrian Lancaster asked Miss Lane to show Faye Turner around the house to familiarize herself with the new environnt.

Faye Turner, though not from a great family background and owning little, had seen the world.

In this large villa, any decor piece was extrely valuable, and any direction had significant aning, not to ntion the exquisite hard and soft decorations.

The villa had four or five floors, with many rooms on each floor, and the layout was very reasonable.

Besides the standard study and cloakroom, there was a ga room, gym, heated swimming pool, private cinema, coffee room, tea room, art studio...

After a tour with Miss Lane, Faye Turner was thoroughly shocked, estimating this house to be worth at least five billion yuan.

The lifestyle of the wealthy really knows no bounds, extravagant beyond imagination.

Did bringing her here an he accepted her in his heart? Was this truly bringing her to his ho?

Faye Turner had such thoughts because she had started to like him...

As night fell, she followed Adrian Lancaster into the master bedroom on the second floor.

This room was twice the size of the bedroom at Aqua Flora Residences.

The entire room was covered in plush white carpet, non-slip.

"Go take a shower, Miss Lane has already prepared clothes for you inside." Adrian Lancaster’s voice was gentle as he loosened his tie.

Faye Turner looked at his tall and slender silhouette, "Am I... am I sleeping in the guest room tonight?"

The man was montarily stunned, turning to look at her, as if the question was a bit strange.

She hurriedly explained, "Because... Grandpa hasn’t installed any surveillance caras, and he won’t force us to sleep together anymore."

"What? You don’t want to sleep with ?" The man’s tone was flat, furrowing his brows as he glanced her over, "Did I offend you?"

"No, no, no, I’m just afraid you’re not used to it." She quickly replied.

Ha!

Without her special scent, he couldn’t sleep!

But proud Adrian Lancaster just wouldn’t admit it!

"Forget it, you’re pregnant, I’ll endure it." He withdrew his gaze, starting to unbutton his shirt, each movent exuding both dominance and grace, "Go take a shower, clean yourself well."

The last few words landed in Faye Turner’s ears, sparking endless imagination, making her blush uncontrollably.

Why clean well? It’s not like he could eat her.
