It’s early in the morning and I am set to leave for the council summoning, but Jaehyun won’t get out of my way, the alpha just woke up after I spent the past hour preparing my body and mind to leave.

"Jaehyun, seriously" I sigh and he shakes his head in refusal.

"What do you an you’re going alone?" he growls as he grabs my elbow and I give him an unimpressed look.

"I an, I am going to the council alone" I say calmly.
