The bar manager first apologized to the guests and then called the waiter to clean up the scene.

However, the guests also wanted to take advantage of the situation, "It’s not that we intentionally ca looking for trouble, but the people here ruined our entire evening."

The owner imdiately understood and said with a smile, "I get it, I get it, everything you all consud tonight will be on the house, plus I’ll throw in two bottles of fine wine and a luxury fruit platter."

Seeing the owner so accommodating, the guests didn’t feel it was right to stay angry.

These days, it was basically impossible to open such a large entertainnt venue without so backing.

If things escalated to the point where both parties were displeased, and the bar owner impulsively called in back-up, they would be in trouble.

Zhang Hao pulled the woman aside, wanting to take her to a relatively quiet place to talk things through properly, to at least make her understand that she had done sothing wrong.

But the woman, taking advantage of her drunken state, pretended to be confused and almost vomited filth all over Zhang Hao.

As for what Zhang Hao said, she turned a deaf ear, until finally, under the stern deanor of the bar manager, the woman eventually sobered up.

"Xia Xin, considering what you’ve done for my bar in the past, I’ll smooth things over for you this ti. But if there is a next ti, you can go back to where you ca from."

As an absolute bystander, Zhang Hao thought the bar manager was quite decent, at least showing so humanity.

He didn’t place all the bla on Xia Xin, which is no wonder she worked so hard.

"Sir, if you have no other matters, feel free to have a couple more drinks. I need to take her away," the manager said.

Naturally, Zhang Hao was not pleased to hear this, having sacrificed his resting ti to co here tonight.

If the conflict from earlier couldn’t be resolved now, how was he supposed to face Mr. Zhang from the internal dicine departnt at work tomorrow?

"Manager, I didn’t co here just to drink tonight, I ca to sort out an issue with her," Zhang Hao explained.

At these words, the bar manager was stunned, then Xia Xin, her eyes full of pleading, hoped Zhang Hao would not continue.

She had already encountered too many mishaps tonight, and could not afford to add fuel to the fire.

But Zhang Hao didn’t care about those concerns and directly told the bar manager about the dayti events.

Initially, Zhang Hao was worried the bar manager would intervene in this incident, but upon learning it had occurred outside of work hours,

it was beyond his jurisdiction, and he, as the owner, needed not take any responsibility.

"Sir, I think the two of you can choose to resolve this matter in your private ti, but now is working hours," the manager suggested.

Zhang Hao stared at Xia Xin for a long while, then said, "Leave your number, and I will call you after you get off work."

Xia Xin was spiteful by nature. During the day, when she wanted Zhang Hao’s mobile number, he responded with "120" and even ntioned "24-hour service."

Now, she found an opportunity to retaliate, also ntioning "24-hour service", quickly spouting a seven-digit number.

Hearing this number, Zhang Hao knew it was a landline, barely moving his thumb on the phone screen to input anything.

Seeing Zhang Hao wasn’t fooled, Xia Xin secretly felt annoyed but, under his serious gaze, she eventually gave her real number.

To verify the number was genuine, Zhang Hao imdiately dialed it, only hanging up after hearing the ringtone from Xia Xin’s cell phone.

He also did not obstruct the bar manager’s actions anymore. As for where he planned to take Xia Xin, Zhang Hao didn’t care.

Although the issue wasn’t resolved imdiately, he now had her contact information and could negotiate at a more suitable ti.

Sohow, he needed to bring her in front of Mr. Zhang from internal dicine to admit her fault.

However, there was also a fortunate aspect, Xia Xin was smart enough not to use sharp objects that could damage the car’s paint.

Opting to use lipstick to vent her frustrations, it could easily be cleaned with a wet towel.

Watching Xia Xin leave with the bar manager, Zhang Hao lost interest in continuing to revel and decided it was better to head ho early to sleep.

He had just left the bar and hadn’t even gotten into his car yet when he received a call from He Qianhui.

"Hello, what’s up?"

"Where are you?"

Seeing He Qianhui ask this, Zhang Hao felt a bit strange. It was past ten in the evening, and usually, she hadn’t gone to bed yet at this ti.

Receiving her call now, could it be her sixth sense acting up, suspecting he was sowhere he shouldn’t be?

If that were the case, the woman’s intuition would be terrifying.

But Zhang Hao was clear-conscience, besides, he had a legitimate reason for being here today.

"I just left the bar, what’s the matter?"

"You went to drink, but that’s not important. Could you co over imdiately? The client I’m supposed to et, her daughter has contracted a very serious illness."

No more needed to be said; Zhang Hao already understood He Qianhui’s intent.

"Qianhui, send the address; I’ll buy the ticket now," he responded.

With the situation being urgent, Zhang Hao didn’t even return ho, let alone pack clean clothes.

Having purchased a ticket, he imdiately headed to the high-speed railway station, arriving at his destination a few hours later.

He Qianhui, who also hadn’t slept all night, accompanied Zhang Hao to the client’s ho.

This ti, they were eting a female entrepreneur who had made it onto the wealthy list. However, no matter how successful she was, she was excessively nervous about her child’s illness.

On the way, Zhang Hao suddenly realized sothing: why hadn’t they sent the child to the hospital imdiately after falling ill?

Instead, they had him co from far away. Ti is life; getting treatnt a minute earlier could an a slightly better chance of survival.

Could such a simple principle be beyond the comprehension of this female entrepreneur?

He Qianhui provided an explanation, however. This woman had a personal physician at ho.

The personal doctor had been supported by the female entrepreneur even before graduating, and after obtaining a dical license,

he simply ca to work for the female entrepreneur as a personal doctor.

Her daughter had been suffering from a rare disease since birth, but thanks to the 24-hour readiness of this personal doctor, many crises had been averted.

To improve her daughter’s condition, the female entrepreneur had visited several hospitals, both dostically and abroad,

but to no avail. No matter how much money was spent, her daughter’s condition kept fluctuating.

He Qianhui, being a woman herself, understood all too well how any mother would feel in this situation.
