"Don’t just seem like it, give a definite answer," Zhang Hao’s attitude was sowhat forceful.

"Sir, you’re here to find soone, not to drink," the server replied.

Zhang Hao didn’t rush to deny it, "Drinking is fine, too. Is it ready?"

"We’ve selected a more favorable package for you, is 198 alright?" the server asked.

Spending two hundred yuan on just a couple of drinks felt sowhat painful for Zhang Hao.

However, his main purpose today was to search for soone here. But it seed improper to look for soone without making any purchases.

"Okay," Zhang Hao agreed promptly and entered his paynt password.

After securing a single table, Zhang Hao approached the bar where there was no handso bartender like the ones seen on TV.

Instead, the server brought over a bottle of vodka and a glass for him.

Observing the mixed crowd, Zhang Hao wasn’t in a hurry to open the bottle.

After a short while, suddenly a woman approached him, "Are you alone, handso? Do you mind pouring a drink?"

Zhang Hao looked at the woman; ’gaudy’ was the only adjective that ca to his mind.

"It’s not convenient," Zhang Hao declined the woman’s request.

Yet the woman was not surprised at all, "Handso guy, coming to a bar to drown your sorrows alone, did you have a fight with your girlfriend?"

"Be careful here, lest you get fished out like a fish in the water," she warned.

Zhang Hao smiled faintly, half of his face shrouded in darkness, "Thank you for the reminder."

Seeing that Zhang Hao truly had no intention of offering her a drink, the woman left in disappointnt.

With her departure, Zhang Hao resud his search, as if he had glimpsed soone with a similar figure to the woman’s.

But upon a full turn, seeing the person’s face revealed it wasn’t her.

Could it be that the woman didn’t work here?

While he pondered, a bout of coughing drew his attention involuntarily.

Turing his head, he saw a woman in a booth, cradling a drink in her hand and continuously coughing while bent over.

Upon seeing this, Zhang Hao imdiately got up and walked over.

Others in the booth were surprised by Zhang Hao’s arrival.

One of the n there, ard with tattoos, sat watching Zhang Hao and loudly asked, "Who are you, what do you want?"

Ignoring him, Zhang Hao looked down at the woman and snatched the drink from her hand.

He poured the drink straight into the ice bucket, "So you really do work here."

The woman was patting her chest. Her attire was even more revealing than during the day, with her cleavage fully exposed, as if she wasn’t wearing underwear.

She looked up at Zhang Hao, and after a long mont, she recognized him.

"Oh, it’s you! You’re that doctor, huh? What, do doctors co to bars to spend money now?"

"Pretending to be all decent in the dayti at the hospital, aren’t you here to pick up won too?"

"What, no woman to leave with you today? Do you want to go with you? You’ll have to get in line," she said.

Seeing the woman talk this way, Zhang Hao didn’t give her any face and yanked her up.

"Although at the hospital, my attitude towards you might indeed have been a bit poor, as a person, I focus on actions not on individuals."

"I have to be responsible for my patients; I can’t just let them do as they please. If you don’t listen to , I don’t need to expend too much effort on you, but you shouldn’t take out your frustrations on others either."

The woman tried to break free from Zhang Hao’s grip, only to find that all her twisting and struggling was futile.

His grip on her wrist was firm and unyielding: "Let go, you’re hurting ."

The woman raised her voice considerably, attracting the curious gaze of nearby patrons.

Zhang Hao no longer cared about subtlety: "Did you write so words with lipstick on a silver-grey sedan today?"

It was only then that the woman realized Zhang Hao had co back to her for this very reason.

Having done sothing wrong, her conscience was naturally uneasy, but she relied on the courage from having had a few drinks.

She said brazenly, "Yes, I wrote it. So what? Can’t I let off so steam when you made angry?"

"But that car isn’t mine. Didn’t you find out who the owner is?" Zhang Hao asked.

The woman sobered up quite a bit at this: "What do you an that car isn’t yours? Then whose is it?"

"My car is black," Zhang Hao said.

The woman blinked, still able to distinguish black from silver-grey.

"Aren’t you surnad Zhang?"

"There are plenty of people nad Zhang at the hospital. Just among the heads, there are three. I’m from the Traditional Chinese dicine departnt, the director you vandalized is from Internal dicine. Since you’re here, it’s a good opportunity for you to see just how angry Mr. Zhang is today."

While speaking, Zhang Hao took out his phone, pulled up the chat record from the group at the end of work this afternoon, and showed the entire conversation to the woman.

"I think you really need to go to the hospital tomorrow and apologize to Mr. Zhang. You’ve made it impossible for to hold my head up high in front of him."

The woman felt sowhat embarrassed: "I didn’t know about any of that. And... and why should I apologize? I just wrote with lipstick, it can be wiped off."

"Since you don’t want to take responsibility for your actions, I see no reason to show you any courtesy, right?"

Seeing Zhang Hao putting it that way, the woman imdiately panicked: "What exactly do you want to do, huh? Are you going to call the police? Have them arrest ?"

In that mont, the woman beca emotionally agitated, and couldn’t help but start coughing.

The cough seed as though it was tearing half her life away.

Suddenly, the woman’s throat moved, and Zhang Hao realized sothing was wrong. He quickly urged her to find a place to sit down.

But before she could even sit, a spurt of blood sprayed out.

Zhang Hao stepped back on seeing this, and the custors in the sa booth also hastily retreated.

"What’s this? You co to work sick, and it isn’t contagious, is it?" a man said disdainfully.

The woman waved her hands repeatedly, even though she hadn’t managed to clean the blood from the corner of her mouth yet.

She hurriedly explained that she didn’t have any contagious diseases, that it was just recent chest and lung issues causing the incident.

Nevertheless, the other patrons refused to listen to the woman’s explanations.

They demanded the bar manager take responsibility and co over.

At this point, Zhang Hao stepped forward and said, "This is not a contagious disease. It’s just excessive smoking and drinking catching up to her."

When Zhang Hao said this, the others were not convinced, particularly a man with a tattooed arm.

Pointing at Zhang Hao, he asked, "And who might you be? What’s your relationship with her? Why should we believe what you say?"

Zhang Hao took out his ID and said, "I’m a doctor from Tong’an Hospital. She ca to my departnt for a consultation today."

The tattooed arm examined Zhang Hao’s ID carefully. Seeing that it didn’t seem fake, he handed it back.

"Then you’d better check on her now. This really put a damper on the evening; we were just out here to have a good ti, and had to run into such a woman."

Before he had finished speaking, the bar manager arrived and was taken aback upon assessing the scene.

He had never dealt with such a thorny issue before, but he could only try to soothe the upset custors for now and find out later what was going on with the woman.
