Annie just held her knife and fork while her mouth was still agape with shock. After so ti, she took a deep breath and cald down and started eating as well.

Lukas gave up and walked to his car and went to the dormitory. As it was 9:15 at night, he called his father to tell him the good news.

" Luke?" A gentle female voice ca from the other side.
" Mom, How are you? " Lukas was surprised to hear his mother’s voice, but it was a good surprise.
" I am good, Luke. How is your college? You are studying hard, right"? Lukas’s mother asked in her motherly tone.
" You bet, I miss you guys very much. That place is old, and the neighborhood is full of bad people," Lukas said. There are drug sellers around, and he doesn’t want his brother to get mixed up with it again.
