Over their travels through the tutorial forest over the last week, the three of them had heard many whispers and rumours surrounding a formidable group led by a man nad ’Michael’ that had sprung to power within the tutorial.

Of course they had imdiately known this was the sa Michael who had tried to kill them a few weeks ago, and the sa person who had caused the death of two of their comrades.

They didn’t find any information pertaining to the exact number of people occupying his group, but the rumours were saying that it had developed to a large force of over 400 people strong, and still counting.

A very bad taste was left in each of the three’s mouths at knowing such information. They swore that they would have their revenge on Michael for the pain and trauma he had caused the three of them, as well as to avenge Shivi and Lun.

But they were not delusional and knew that it was impossible for their current selves to even have a slight chance of even getting near Michael, let alone managing to kill him. They didn’t like the thought, but they also knew that the likelihood that he was stronger than both in level and his prowess was very high.

His personality wouldn’t allow himself to be lower in level than any of his subordinates and so it was obvious that he would either hoard all of the good equipnt for himself and his most trusted aides, and most probably have his own thods to farm experience.

Knowing that they currently stood little to no chance against the man and his continuously growing faction, the three of them didn’t even stop for a break to rest as they continued their hunt through the forest, wanting to level up and boost their skills and experience as much as possible.

With only a little over a month left of the tutorial, ti wasn’t on their side as they knew that once Michael and his entourage of people made their way out of the tutorial into the still unknown Fantasia Realm, they might never have the chance to exact their revenge on him.

Yawnnnn!

Lun awoke from his nap after defeating the level 21 wolf and just like every other day down in the caves he made sure to perform all of his necessary deeds before he readied himself for another day of hunting.

’I hope I’ll be able to find another wolf as strong or even more powerful than that level 21 wolf I fought yesterday.’ His thoughts naturally revolved around finding sothing worth fighting for the thrill of it rather than just farming experience from the low levelled wolves that made up the majority of the population of the dungeon.

Currently, Lun’s goal was to reach level 20 as quickly as possible so that he could receive another new skill, adding another great boost to his power.

Quite honestly, he felt like he was a total cheat character in a ga world at the mont as he constantly went around the dungeon solo hunting beasts many levels higher than him and coming out on top as the victor every ti. But he shook off this feeling as it wasn’t good for him to be thinking this way.

His manipulation and control of his mana was his top priority at the mont as he could practice it while he was searching for any wolves to hunt.

He had been feeling like was was teetering on the edge of a minor breakthrough in his control recently but couldn’t quite bridge that gap and was still stuck barely applying his knowledge to his skills. He really wanted to replicate his act of desperation from when he was fighting against the Elite wolf where he combined his fire bolt with his mana reinforcent skill to provide a complete upgrade to his skill.

But he knew that such a thing was pure luck, and he knew that if he wanted to do such a thing he would need a much higher understanding of mana than the little minor breakthrough he was currently attempting to obtain. Perhaps he would need an understanding of mana on a level equal to or even higher than Solizier Losten to achieve that.

He continued his practice of his mana manipulation until he could no longer do so due to being interrupted by a pack consisting of 10 level 16 wolves.

This was the largest pack Lun had co across so far, and they were even the sa level as him.

Though he still wasn’t satisfied with the enemies presented to him, and simply conjured up a single Fire bolt spell and used the opportunity to once more tinker a little with the skill.

This ti he was planning on attempting to increase the power of the explosion that could be produced by the skill by seeing if he could increase the amount of mana he could inject into the skill.

However the idea backfired on him as the fire bolt simple fizzled down into a small orb of fire before disappearing completely. Annoyance filled Lun as he had just wasted his mana, the skill being completely useless.

Another fire bolt soon replaced the previous one, this ti he didn’t make any attempts to change it as he simply just launched it right to the middle of the group of level 16 wolves that hadn’t taken note of him yet.

They may be the sa level but they weren’t equal in power or stats as Lun’s perception picked them up from nearly 150 tres away, whereas the wolves didn’t even detect the fire bolt he had launched before it neared within 50 tres of them.

By this point it was too late for them to react as the explosion engulfed everything, including the wolves from the point it exploded from.

Sigh....

’Another boring fight’

Lun simply observed the dust clear as he watched the notifications coming in droves. All but one wolf had been killed from the explosion and the final one that lived was the furthest from the explosion and bore the least impact.

It was still in desperate shape though as it didn’t even have the chance to recuperate before Lun simply approached looking bored as hell and lodged his spear into the thing’s skull.

’The only good thing coming from this fight was the fact there were a lot of them.’

Lun had actually received another level, taking him to level 17 from his rank up to 16 just the previous day.
