Aurelia tried to hold back her laughter and said, "What’s the second point?"
"The second point..." Mason Nightshade’s voice beca hushed.
The next mont, Aurelia suddenly felt his presence looming over her. Before she could react, warmth spread over her lips as his intense breath sealed them.
Mason’s hand clasped around Aurelia’s fingers, pinning her beneath him. His kiss was as domineering as ever, filled with possessiveness! As if he couldn’t wait to swallow her whole.
The two of them didn’t know how long they kissed.
This kiss was completely dominated by Mason Nightshade.
Not until Aurelia’s lips burned with pain and her breath beca labored did Mason release her. He leaned against her ear, breathing heavily, his dark eyes fixed on her.
The flickering lights outside illuminated Aurelia’s flushed face intermittently. Mason’s gaze was as somber as a wolf, staring at the wolf-queen that belonged to him alone.
He truly wanted to devour her right then.
He didn’t want to wait another mont.
But then, he rembered what she said about wooing him again.
Mason managed to resist the urge with difficulty.
Indeed, sweetness isn’t easily obtained. If you want sweetness, you have to pay a price. Mason chuckled softly and said in a hoarse voice, "This is punishnt."
"Punishnt for what?" Aurelia finally caught her breath, panting heavily, and curiously asked.
"Punishnt for not paying attention," Mason said, resting his forehead against hers, reluctant to part.
What to do, he still wanted to eat her up?
Aurelia couldn’t help but want to laugh, "How am I not paying attention?"
Mason seed greatly wronged, "You said you wanted to pursue ."
Aurelia laughed, "Isn’t this pursuing you?"
"But I’m jealous," Mason said.
Aurelia burst into laughter, "Mason, now you’re just being unreasonable. How can you bla this on ?"
"If not you, then who?" Mason asked confidently.
Aurelia thought briefly but couldn’t think of anyone else to bla. It seed like it did have a bit to do with her, "You’re just looking for an opportunity to take advantage of , right?"
Aurelia pushed Mason away and sat up.
Mason tilted his chin up, non-committal.
"You’re the one pursuing ," he said as if it were obvious.
"Pursuing you ans you can kiss ? I pursued you for so long back then, why didn’t you ever kiss then?" Aurelia said with a smile.
"Then I won’t pursue anymore," Mason frowned, initially wanting to enjoy it, but the more he thought about it, the more it felt like self-torture.
Aurelia smirked, "No way. Since I said I’d pursue you, I must pursue you."
Mason: "..."
Why did he feel like he’d just shot himself in the foot?
In the end, Aurelia insisted on returning to her hotel, thinking about her work, and Mason didn’t press her.

On the way back to the hotel, Mason received a call from Grayson Quinn.
"Hey, Mase, how’s it going? Are you enjoying so alone ti with your little sweetheart now?"
