Chapter 841: Chapter 464 Sothing is There_2 Chapter 841: Chapter 464 Sothing is There_2 Confronting Fang Cheng, the massive Giant of Light nodded and said, “We finally et formally, Great Heavenly Lord.”
“Do you have any last words?” Fang Cheng asked.
“…No.”
“Then goodbye.”
One by one, the neural nodes began to extinguish, and the whole Giant of Light started to fade at a visible rate. Countless nodes fell into stillness at that mont, and no matter what the Overall Conscious Entity tried to do, it couldn’t reverse the process.
The use of mana was unheard of to him, the strange mana fluctuations even gave the Overall Conscious Entity a novel sensation, unveiling a new form of spell right before him, the principles of which he couldn’t even begin to comprehend.
Though he couldn’t grasp the underlying principles, that didn’t stop him from being captivated by the charm of the spell.
Watching his nodes continuously shatter, he couldn’t help but remark, “How beautiful.”
These were the last words of the Overall Conscious Entity.
Watching the completely extinguished remains of the giant, Fang Cheng felt that his opponent wouldn’t have perished so hastily.
This imnse fellow must have had a contingency plan, but unfortunately, it was well-hidden – Fang Cheng might need so ti to unearth it.
No matter, he had ti to search slowly.
Having stabilized the situation here, Fang Cheng returned to the shattered Heaven-Opening Blocks and discovered Xien Waidao curiously watching him.
Fang Cheng had encountered Xien Waidao in “The Supre One” before, and after all this ti, Xien Waidao still recognized him imdiately; the Taoist who was once First Under Heaven had indeed been quite remarkable.
Looking at Fang Cheng, he pondered seriously for a mont, then asked, “Fang Cheng EX, I wanted to ask you before, do you have any interest in joining our Morals Aid Group?”
“I don’t like organizations that are misnad,” Fang Cheng imdiately rejected.
“How is it misnad!” Xien Waidao grumbled discontentedly, “A group of people happily searching for exploits in the ga, helping the developers find issues with their own ga, thereby urging them to continually improve themselves – what a morally righteous act.”
After saying this, Xien Waidao thought for a mont, then affird decisively, “Indeed, we are such a morally splendid organization, we’re truly remarkable! No, I must record my thoughts; how can I be so clever?”
Staring at Xien Waidao for a while, Fang Cheng was surprised to discover that the child’s Destiny did not include “madness.”
Being so insane without the corresponding Destiny, this kid was indeed sothing.
Moreover, the other party wasn’t being annoyingly persistent but truly believed in being a moral organization. This kind of egocentric state of mind would make a pri candidate for a Demon Lord within the Demon Sect.
It’s just as well that he was born in the modern world; otherwise, Fang Cheng would have eradicated him long ago.
Allowing Xien Waidao to continue muttering to himself, Fang Cheng began observing his surroundings.
The Heaven-Opening Blocks had been utterly destroyed; the lifespan of the blocks had co to an end here, with virtually no chance of recovery.
His gaze swept over each of the small worlds within the Heaven-Opening Blocks, and Fang Cheng spotted a particularly interesting point.
As the final abode of the Heaven-Opening Blocks, these small worlds possessed an extraordinary vitality.
Even though they were invaded by shadows, and the foundations of the worlds had been destroyed, and almost all the small worlds were scattered, these small worlds were still alive, continuously seeking the possibility of survival.
Worlds have their own wills, and the different small worlds were like living beings – even in a critical state, they still wished to live on.
In other worlds, after a shadow invasion, the small worlds would fall into darkness, with everything inside disappearing, and all things plunging into chaos.
But here, while the worlds remained chaotic, these small worlds instead embraced the chaos, allowing it to beco a part of themselves to survive.
Although he did not know where this life force originated from, Fang Cheng felt it must be related to the Overall Conscious Entity’s desire to destroy this place.
If Fang Cheng wanted to locate the source of this issue, he would need to survey each world one by one, observe the state of each world, and from there, find the answer.
However, the ti required to find this answer was too long; he still wanted to prepare for his next ga.
So, sa old, sa old, right?
Dear players, do a favor, will you?
And so, following this unexpected incident, Fang Cheng Studio released a new announcent:
“Dear players,
Due to a lapse on our programr’s part, we allowed a bug into the ga, causing issues with our ga content. Now, we have eliminated this bug and offered our programr as a sacrifice to the heavens.
However, since this programr is our only one, and also our boss, we had to bring him back.
Now, we have so good news and a bunch of bad news.
The good news is, the bug has introduced a lot of fun new ways to play the ga.
The bad news is, there are many fun ways to play that we have no idea what might happen.
Therefore, we have decided to incorporate these bugs as ga Easter eggs, and ask our players to shoulder the burden of continually fixing these broken little worlds while sharing your unique gaming experiences.”
As soon as this update was announced, countless players were caught off guard.
There were so many gaping holes in the announcent, it was like fishnet stockings, leaving people clueless where to even start.
Holy moly, sacrificing the programr to the heavens, and you know your boss is the only programr!
I thought you guys had deliberately created a rampaging NPC, but turns out it was a bug in the ga!
And if you haven’t thoroughly eliminated it, it’s as good as not eliminating the bug at all, not to ntion you’re just spawning thousands more bugs after getting rid of one. Are you guys fixing loneliness here?
A multitude of players began to get angry, countless others were rubbing their hands in eagerness, ready to let Fang Cheng Studio know that players are tough custors to fool!
“Fang Cheng Studio, I’m not trying to nitpick, but could you maybe take this a bit more seriously and show us so sincerity? To reiterate, I really like your ga, but your attitude towards bugs seems a bit hasty.”
“I feel your announcent isn’t thorough enough because it seems like you have just created a bunch of new features. Don’t use deceptive marketing tactics next ti, own up to what you’ve done, don’t act like you didn’t. Please don’t do this again.”
“I find the new bugs more fun, please continue.”
Looking at these player comnts, Fang Cheng couldn’t tell if they actually liked the bugs or not for the mont.
Players, truly a hard bunch to figure out.
Call them generous, and they can rant about a triple-A title for three days and nights without repeating themselves once.
Say they’re nitpicky, and they can endure so anti-human designs and difficulties in a ga continuously, just because so aspect of it resonated with them.
They seem to have a very unique trait, this particularity sets them apart and makes Fang Cheng feel like the key to his own enlightennt lies within this characteristic.
Although the ga still wasn’t a success this ti, Fang Cheng felt that his understanding of the gaming community had deepened, and he seed to be fitting in with them better.
Updating the new spells into the ga, Fang Cheng didn’t leave imdiately; instead, he stayed as a collaborator of Xien Waidao.
Xien Waidao provided an excellent example, representing those in the player community who enjoy a good laugh, and such a group often brings out more charm in a ga.
By observing the other party, Fang Cheng felt he could better understand this group and try to avoid the risks they might pose in the future.
So…
Xien Waidao…
Show what you’ve got, let see what kind of antics a fun-lover like you can bring.
Afterward, Fang Cheng discovered that Xien Waidao indeed had so tricks up his sleeve.
