"Angela, don’t do it," Jin begged
"No fuck that! This bastard thinks she’s gonna get away with talking to you like that? Hell no!"
When Jin and Angela arrived at the restaurant, everything went well. They ordered their food, got a drink, and had a good ti.
Angela especially loved their ti together because she thought of it as a date.
Everything was going well until a woman ca up to them and sat next to Jin, wrapping her arms around his shoulder.
The entire encounter looked like this.
"Hey there, hottie. You don’t look like you’re having fun with this bimbo." The woman smirked, placing her hand on Jin’s chin.
"Girl, get your flat-chested bitch ass out of my face. I’m not interested in hooking up with a stick like you, the fuck?" Jin scowled. The woman had ruined his mood, and if they weren’t in a public place, he would have fucked her up.
"The fuck you say to , you little shit?!" Jin’s words angered her, and she stood up to punch him in the face.
However, her arm instantly froze before she could. "Get the fuck, back," Angela warned.
"Heh, protecting your bitch?" The woman hissed
"You’d better watch your words, because they may be your last."
The woman looked at Jin, then at Angela.
"Tsk, fucking pussy licking whore. You fat bitches score one good-looking guy and think you rule the world. You’re not even that good-looking looking so I don’t know why he would get with an ogre like you."
"Okay, that’s it!" Angela was extrely pissed off at this point.
This is when Jin stopped her, but it didn’t work. Angela was about to punch the woman so hard that she would get sent flying down a few city blocks.
Right as her punch was about to connect, Angela felt a great fear overtake her body. She couldn’t move, and chills ran down her spine.
"Angela. Stop." Jin demanded.
"Y-Yes." She gulped hard. "S-Sorry."
"Yeah, you better be. We’re initiates in the fucking Aegis Corps, you can’t just go around punching civilians in the face. Not even your family can save you from the consequences."
Angela knew that Jin was right, but she still wanted to punch the woman in the face. However, she was thankful because if she did punch her, then her dream career would be over.
"Y-You two are from the Aegis Corps?" The woman asked, now kind of nervous.
Jin gave the woman a nasty look. "Yeah, now scram."
"You don’t have to tell twice." The woman bolted out of there.
"Angela?"
Angela turned around to see who was calling, and she did not like who it was
"Fucking hell. What do you want, Casper?"
"Heh, are you on a date? And who is this?" Casper sat next to Angela and started eating her fries.
"None of your fucking business, now leave."
"Wait! I know you! You’re Jin. Jin Telegard. I saw you on the news when you took down those bank robbers. Didn’t you go to school with Angie?"
Jin absolutely hated Angela’s brother. He was an annoying, stuck-up moron who chased after a powerful woman so he could be taken care of for the rest of his life.
While Jin didn’t really judge people for their actions, he definitely judged Casper because he only cared about himself. He didn’t care to find love, he didn’t care if his actions hard others, and he didn’t care how people looked at him.
"Don’t you have so girl’s heart to break or sothing, man? Leave us alone." Jin scoffed
"A peasant talking to like this? Ha, this day is turning out great. Let tell you sothing here, you little shi-ARGHHHHHHH!!!!"
Angela stabbed Casper in the hand with an icicle. She then pulled his head back by gripping his hair and whispered in his ear.
"Keep acting a fool, and I’ll send you back ho with all of your limbs missing. Now scram unless you want to see if I’m joking or not."
Angela removed the icicle, and Casper got up quickly, leaving as fast as he ca.
Leaning back in her seat, Angela sighed. "Wanna just go back to the dorms?"
"Yeah, let’s do that."

"Really? You’re a part of the lineup of Vanguards who are going to be helping us with our second-sester lessons? That’s aweso."
Jin got out of the shower, a towel wrapped around his waist, as he was on the phone with Brittany. He had a shower in his dorm the whole ti, but didn’t need to use it until a few weeks ago, since he would shower in the public bathrooms after workouts.
"Yeah! Mrs Horton called and asked if I wanted to join. Usually, our division leader would randomly pick a few of us, but since you’re doing well in the institute, Mrs Horton decided to invite ."
"I can’t wait to see you here. It would be great if we could partner up. We could practice our synergy for when I beco a guardian."
"I agree!" Brittany exclaid. "I specifically asked Mrs Horton if I could partner with you. She said yes! But I wont get my hopes up because she’s a troll. Don’t be surprised if she ejects a student into space. She did it during my year."
"Isn’t that...dangerous?"
"Oh yeah. But Mrs Horton is really strong, so even when she does dangerous things, we’re still extrely safe with her."
Jin agreed with her. Mrs Horton could survive in space with ease with her power.
On the plus side, Jin’s abilities were more powerful in space since, in space, he was in direct contact with dark matter, mana.
"What are you doing right now, Britt?" Jin asked
"Oh, I’m currently inside a volcano. Apparently, there’s so creature here that’s causing a lot of eruptions, and we need to stop—Oh shit! Gotta go, Jin. The volcano is about to erupt!"
"Alright, see ya."
"Bye!"
"Was that Brittany?" Angela asked, stepping out of the bathroom wet and naked.
"Yeah. She’s on a mission right now. Oh, and Mrs Horton invited her to our space lesson. Can’t wait."
"Should I tease her?"
"Nah. I’m honestly tired of keeping her in the dark. About our relationship, at least."
Angela nodded. "I understand. So, do you wanna have so fun tonight?"
"Dry yourself before you get on my bed."
"Why? It’s going to get wet anyway."
Jin didn’t answer, picking Angela up and tossing her onto his bed.
