"Do you have a problem with the duties Lady Bernice has assigned you?" I didn’t put myself as the superior imdiately, but brought out Lady Bernice since she was the one who had sent them.

Janice tensed for a fraction of a mont before relaxing again.

"Don’t try to use Lady Bernice to scare . You are not my Luna and I won’t serve a slave." She said arrogantly expecting to maybe react violently or sothing.

But I did none of that. I turned to Lilith and said to her, "Please go back and inform Lady Bernice that I will not be needing Janice as my maid. I am quite satisfied with you alone."

If I was closer to Mike’s office, I would have easier access to information.

Anita followed inside and pointed into the wardrobe, "Your things have been arranged inside. Luna Bernice ordered new clothes fit for a Luna to be delivered. You can choose what you want in the closet. I will take my leave first. Settle in, I’ll co to see you tomorrow."

Anita was being a better friend than I had expected and I appreciated that.

"Thanks. Be careful on the way. I have sothing to talk to you about tomorrow so make sure you co." I had plans for Anita and I hoped she would accept.

"Alright." She agreed and put my laptop, which she had been carrying on the desk before leaving.
