"Sure, where are you now? I’ll co pick you up." Ye Ranran imdiately lifted the blanket and got up.
"I’m right here at the bus stop in Mingzhu community on Tianqiao Street."
"Alright, wait for there; I’ll co over now." Ye Ranran yawned.
Hearing Ye Ranran yawn, Ye Tianjing suspected she might not be fully awake and tentatively said, "Why don’t I just get a cab?"
"Then why did you call ? You might as well co over directly."
"And if you take a cab, I’d still need to et you at the door. Since that’s the case, isn’t it more economical for to drive over and pick you up?" Ye Ranran argued logically.
"Doesn’t that require gas money?" The car she drives consus quite a bit.
"That cos from my husband’s wallet, doesn’t concern ." Ye Ranran climbed out of bed, "Wait for , I’ll be there soon."
Ye Ranran washed her face to wake up a bit, applied so face cream, then slipped on a dress and planned to head out.
Just as she reached the door, she bumped into Jun Mochan who was entering.
Jun Mochan instinctively wrapped his arm around her waist and frowned upon seeing her, "Going out this late?"
"Yeah, my brother got kicked out; I’m going to pick him up." Ye Ranran said, dodging him to go outside.
Jun Mochan grabbed her wrist and pulled her back, "You don’t need to go; just give the address, I’ll go instead."
"Aren’t you tired?" It’s sothing she could handle by herself.
It’s just picking soone up, not a big deal.
"You really can’t trust with such a small thing?" Ye Ranran suddenly seed to think of sothing unbelievable and widened her eyes.
"When I was in F country, I drove myself, you know." Anyway, Ye Ranran felt he was making a big fuss over nothing.
She slipped her wrist from his fingers, stood on tiptoe to kiss his cheek, and pushed him back inside, "I’ll be back soon, don’t worry."
"Hurry and get so rest, keep the bed warm for ." Ye Ranran waved him off.
Ye Ranran drove Jun Mochan’s Bentley sports car. Past eleven, the roads were deserted, so Ye Ranran stepped on the gas a little hard.
Her hair flew, the lights cast a veil over her elegant brows causing a seductive allure.
A whistle sounded from nearby, Ye Ranran glanced sideways, a hand extended from the adjacent car window greeting her, "Hi, gorgeous."
Ye Ranran coldly turned her gaze away, stepped on the gas, leaving the car behind.
Ye Tianjing walked to the bus stop, and just as he sat down, the sound of brakes reached him.
A luxury sports car stopped in front, and looking inside, he saw Ye Ranran.
"Brother, what are you daydreaming about? Get in the car!" Ye Ranran tilted her chin at him.
"Oh, okay." Ye Tianjing quickly ca back to his senses.
He put his luggage in the trunk, then opened the passenger door and got in.
"How did he let you co out so late?" Ye Tianjing managed to ask while fastening his seatbelt.
He thought based on Jun Mochan’s personality, he wouldn’t let her co out by herself.
After Ye Tianjing finished fastening his seatbelt, Ye Ranran started the car, not forgetting to express her dissatisfaction, "Why can’t I co out by myself?"
She’s not a child anymore, they shouldn’t hold her so tightly, should they? It feels quite pressured.
"A girl going out alone late at night isn’t safe," Ye Tianjing stated matter-of-factly.
