Adam stated with a cold voice. For the first ti in a long while, anger could be seen on Adam’s face. At the sa ti, a red aura began leaking out of his body.
The mont that the red aura began leaking out of his body, Adam’s strength began increasing. At the sa ti, the red color in his eyes intensified as he entered into the berserk mode.
It was clear at this point that Adam had already been enraged. Of course this was sothing that was supposed to have been taken care of a long ti ago.
During the ti that Adam heard about Nelson being the reason why the necromancer was released from his prison, leading to almost having Henry being killed by the necromancer, he swore that he was going to make sure that the person who was behind this paid heavily for what they had done.
It was just that Nelson had suddenly disappeared from Crystal City. No matter how they searched the entire city during the ti that they had already taken over, they could not find him.
At that ti, they thought that Nelson had already died. But who would have expected that this guy was going to be capable of moving so far away from Crystal city, coming all the way to Lockwood city, and even turning into a zombie?
This was definitely not sothing that Adam was expecting. Nevertheless, he did not care. The culprit of everything that had happened back then was in front of him. He did not care if he was a zombie right now, or he was a human. Nonetheless, he was still capable of thinking, and the guy was even talking about taking revenge for his brother.
Wasn’t it his brother that had co over to the territory to cause trouble? Had it not been for the fact that Lucas was the one who had provoked them first, then that implied that nobody would have simply cared about them, unless it was the ti that they wanted to take over the entire Crystal city.
But to say the truth, even if it was true that they were the ones at fault, that did not matter to Adam. To him, as long as there was a person who wanted to harm his brother, that implied that the person had already entered into his must-kill list.
When Nelson saw the changes that were happening, he could not help but frown. During the ti that he was at the Domination Star territory, he had already observed Adam. At that ti, he had already realized that Adam was a berserker.
Additionally, he was not weak at all. This was sothing that had already been proved due to the fact that Adam was the one who had killed the giant mutated zombie, and he had done it so easily.
This was the exact reason why during the third stage of the apocalypse, Nelson decided to co over with all the elite zombies that he possessed. Of course he did not care about the small zombies that were being slaughtered not far away from where they currently were.
To him, those were just cannon fodders, because they were completely useless without having intelligence. For a person like him, well, a zombie like him, forming an elite team was more important. And getting the zombies in large numbers was not difficult. He could just take over an entire territory, turning everybody inside that territory into zombies.
Adam did not wait for Nelson to attack. Instead, the mont that he was ready, he attacked imdiately. To him, Nelson being alive, even if he was not a human anymore, it was a taint to his brotherhood to Henry.
So, he decided to make sure that he eliminated this guy as soon as possible. Only then could he feel at peace. Otherwise, if this person continued living, this was definitely going to be sothing that was going to bother his mind for a while, unless he took care of him.
Bang!
The ground beneath his feet was crushed by the pressure as Adam launched himself forward. At the sa ti, the battle ax that was in his hand was gripped tightly by both of his fingers.
Adam was not planning to hold back in this situation at all. So, as he launched himself forward, he activated a skill.
Bull Rush!
The mont that the skill bull rush was activated, Adam speed increased by two tis, and so was the damage that he could deal.
The mont that Adam attacked, the 12 mutant zombies that were behind Nelson suddenly moved. Nelson was the leader here, and they could not have him getting attacked. So, they went forward, intending to protect him.
Still, they never expected that Adam was going to have his speed increasing so drastically in such a short mont. So, they did not manage to et Adam in between, but they could only manage to get in front of Nelson, before preparing to defend the attack from Adam.
The first zombie that t up with Adam was a zombie that walked on four limbs. The limbs were extrely long, completely unlike any other zombie or humans.
The mont that it arrived In front of Nelson, it attacked using the long nails that were on the fingers of its forelimbs.
Adam did not dodge the attack from the zombie. But instead, he simply snorted before waving the battle axe that was in his hand forward.
Swish!
The sound of the blade of the battle ax cutting through the air could be heard as it approached the zombie. And in the next mont, the limb and the battle axe collided with each other.
Bang!
Surprisingly, the blade of the battle ax was not capable of cutting through the limb of the zombie. Instead, the two collided with each other, causing an explosion to occur.
Nevertheless, although the zombie was capable of blocking the attack, that did not an that it was left completely unhard. Instead, the hand that was used to collide with the battle ax was fractured. At the sa ti, several wounds appeared as several bones pierced through the skin, with dark blood dripping from the wounds.
The zombie also retreated several steps backwards, while Adam was forced to stop in order to deal with the other zombies that had imdiately launched towards him the mont that he arrived here.
Nelson had not retreated from the very sa place that he was in before. He was completely sure that he was going to be capable of dealing with Adam using the mutant zombies around. All of them were under his control, and additionally, they possessed level 2 gold rank power level.
According to him, even if Adam had managed to reach the gold rank, he was only at the first level, and at most, the second. But nevertheless, even if he was at the second level of the gold rank, how was he supposed to deal with 12 level 2 gold rank zombies? That was an impossibility, right?
Nevertheless he could not help but narrow his eyes as he looked at Adam. Adam was capable of dealing with all the zombies at the sa ti, although he was currently at a disadvantage. Still, his physical strength was sothing that Nelson realized to be sothing that gave Adam the biggest advantage against the zombies here.
Although there were so of the zombies that had mutated into zombies that focused on strength, they were not capable of matching Adam at all. Adam’s physical strength was not only due to his current power level, but it was also due to the fact that the strength of his physical body had already reached the gold rank, the sa level as himself.
Of course Adam had reached the gold rank, being at the first level of the gold rank, sothing that had happened during the ti that they were traveling from Crystal city to Lockwood city.
Had it not been for the fact that the number of gold rank apocalyptic creatures was extrely low, Adam and the rest of the group would have definitely been capable of increasing their strength greatly by the ti that they reached Lockwood city.
Adam was feeling a little overwheld by the zombies that continuously attacked him. Of course it was not due to the fact that they were strong, but it was because he was trying to make sure that he was not bitten or scratched by the zombies.
The only disadvantage that ca with fighting against the zombies was that if they were scratched, humans would begin being affected by the zombie virus, turning them into zombies after a while.
That was the reason that although Adam was currently in the berserk mode, since he had kept that in mind, he was trying to ensure that he was not attacked. Otherwise, if he could ignore the attacks of the zombies, he would have definitely dealt with the majority of them.
As the fight continued, Adam finally could not continue with the way that things were going. Although he had managed to injure several zombies, if this went on, he was going to take a lot of ti to be able to deal with them.
Additionally, he could not injure them thoroughly considering that he was not given a chance of attacking one of them fully. He could only attack one of them, then shift his attention to another, before shifting his attention to yet another one. After all, there were 12 of them present here.
But just as Adam was about to activate the rage form, suddenly, one of the zombies dropped onto the ground, completely dead. When everybody looked over, they realized that there was a dagger in between the brows of the zombie.
