"I feel like you discussed so rather important matters in the divine domain." Looking at Qila and Bai Ling erging from the black hole, Sasha, who was sitting in a chair drinking tea and eating pastries, spoke before she could even swallow what she was chewing.

"We got thoroughly lectured by our ancestor, I suppose." Qila replied wearily. The god in this divine artifact should count as an ancestor of their Infinoi family.

According to Infinoi, she had helped deliver the first Demon King's child back then.

Mm, in the literal sense—she had helped deliver it.

From a certain perspective, Infinoi truly deserved the na Infinoi, and the current Leticia and Qila also had Infinoi's blood flowing in their veins.

Though the amount was ridiculously small.

"I plan to go save Leticia right now." Bai Ling, who had slept in the divine domain and recovered so strength, was sowhat impatient to rush into the divine domain to save Leticia.

When leaving, Infinoi had also given her a secret weapon, saying it could temporarily seal a god's movents, preventing Bai Ling from accidentally wandering into the true divine domain and dying before achieving victory.

At least after controlling the god, there would still be a chance to escape.

"Is Miss Bai ready?" Sasha asked. Entering a hostile god's divine domain was extrely dangerous. "How about waiting for support from our Divine Throne?"

Though their Divine Throne couldn't help much in combat, giving Bai Ling so buffs and opening the teleportation gate more precisely were completely manageable small tasks.

"No need. I'm worried she can't hold out that long." Bai Ling shook her head. Every minute and second now was precious—they couldn't waste ti.

She couldn't say Leticia could hold out for seven days, so she'd leisurely play for seven days before going to save Leticia. That wouldn't be called rescue—that would be collecting a corpse.

Seeing Bai Ling so determined, Sasha gave up on further persuasion. She couldn't forcibly hold Bai Ling back from going to save soone.

"Hah, ti is of the essence. Let's go."

......

"Hey, how many days has it been? This ghostly place of yours is pitch black without even a reference point." Crouching in complete darkness, Leticia threw a question toward the sky.

After cursing for so long, the god seed tired too. Her voice carried obvious panting. "Heh, can't take it anymore? I'm telling you, not even a full day has passed yet."

Ah, only one day? She thought many days had already passed.

Leticia stared blankly at the profound darkness before her. This was the god's divine authority. She had tried using illumination spells, but the results weren't very satisfying.

All she gained was the god's rciless mockery and magic power consumption, though this consumption was quickly replenished.

"I'm starting to understand why you're so crazy." Leticia looked up at the sky. She knew that god was definitely watching her. "Being cooped up alone in this kind of place for so long—going crazy would be normal."

"I'm not crazy! If not for that bastard, I would have escaped this hellhole long ago to rule the world!" the god roared. Even now, she remained bitter about that defeat years ago.

In her dreams, she had dismbered that detestable black-haired one countless tis, but upon waking, only endless darkness and solitude lay before her eyes.

"So you, a god, couldn't beat a mortal—isn't that just being weak?" Leticia indicated that being weak ant finding more reasons from oneself. Impotent rage was the behavior of the weak. "How about we make a deal?"

"You're planning to bribe a god? I tell you, impossible!"

"Don't refuse so quickly. Listen to my conditions." Leticia wasn't panicked at all. She had plenty of ti to wear down this god, wearing her down until that surnad Bai ca to rescue her would count as success. "Letting you break the seal and descend in your true form is unthinkable, but I can give you a chance to breathe the fresh air of the outside world."

"You think I'd value your conditions? I tell you, even if you planned to give your body, I wouldn't agree to your conditions." the god said loudly.

Of course, if Leticia really proposed such a condition, the god would still be sowhat tempted.

Leticia's body was an enormous temptation that no god could refuse. If Mo Zili was the key to opening the God of Shadows' seal, then Leticia was a master key—she could open the locks of all gods' seals.

No need for fancy explanations—Leticia was simply the Tang Monk's flesh in the gods' eyes.

"Even if you wanted it, I wouldn't give it to you." Leticia snorted. She wouldn't so easily give her body to others. "Just the descendants of those people who released you before—my sincerity is sufficient, right?"

This didn't refer to Mo Zili, but to her sister, Miss Mo Ziling.

The term "descendants" was debatable, but she indeed had the bloodline of that group within her, and she herself was created to allow gods to possess her.

That madman's plan had been to create a soulless body for gods to possess, but Leticia's surprise attack seed to have caused so deviation in his plan.

He hadn't had ti to perfect the sche before being eliminated by Leticia, and sothing unknown had happened in the underground chamber at that ti. The final result was that everyone still in the underground chamber died, their flesh and blood condensing together to give birth to Mo Ziling.

Her body should, possibly, have been prepared for gods, right?

"You really want to make a deal with ?" The god sneered. This little girl was the second most courageous she'd seen. "Then why should I accept your conditions?"

"Because you have no other choice now." Leticia wasn't bothered either. She knew that in this negotiation, she was the one with the advantage.

She still had people who would co save her. That surnad Bai would absolutely not abandon her, while this god was different.

The divine artifact had already fallen into Leticia's side's hands. As long as Leticia was rescued, what awaited this god was eternal imprisonnt.

Please don't doubt Leticia's ability to hold grudges—she would definitely do things like sealing the divine artifact in a big stone and then digging a pit tens of thousands of ters deep to bury the artifact.

"One option is eternal imprisonnt, the other is being able to control a body to enjoy life. Choose for yourself." Leticia wore an expression of utmost sincerity. "The current world is vastly different from the world you used to live in."

......

In the darkness-shrouded world, a strange black hole appeared out of nowhere, and then a girl surrounded by starlight lightly jumped out of the black hole.

She frowned as she looked around. The profound darkness made it impossible for her to distinguish directions, and the starlight on her body could only barely dispel the darkness within a few dozen centiters around her, preventing her from stepping into so pit.

A bright silver chain was tied around her wrist. After finding Leticia, she would use this chain to send a ssage, having Infinoi outside open a spatial passage at her location.

So now, what she needed to do was find Leticia.

Last ti in the God of Fog's divine domain, Fog City, Bai Ling initially couldn't sense Leticia's aura either, but later, when Leticia began seriously fighting the God of Fog, Bai Ling sensed that girl's magic power fluctuations.

Thus determining Leticia's location.

This ti, she should be able to use the sa thod. There was no reason Fog City could block Bai Ling's perception of Leticia while this place could block Leticia's perception of Bai Ling.

Bai Ling believed Leticia could keenly sense her aura. As long as she could respond, finding Leticia would be quite simple.

Drawing her sword, Bai Ling took a deep breath and slashed in a random direction.

Arc-shaped sword qi split the darkness, flying toward the distance. Bai Ling didn't know how long this sword qi would fly or where it would go, but she felt Leticia, wherever she was, should be able to sense this sword qi's aura.

To be safe, she sent a sword strike in each direction, to prevent Leticia from not sensing it.

After doing all this, she sheathed her sword and stood in place. This was the advice Sasha and Infinoi had given her—in an unfamiliar divine domain, it was best to avoid any unnecessary movent to prevent accidentally entering so strange place.

Like the divine domain's core.

Walking along and suddenly encountering a god at full status and full rage—nobody could handle that.

So before Leticia gave her response, Bai Ling felt she should obediently stand in place, motionless.

......

"Damn, is that surnad Bai trying to kill ?" Rolling sowhat awkwardly on the ground, Leticia watched the departing sword qi, gritting her teeth as she muttered to herself.

If she hadn't reacted quickly, this sword qi would have hit her solidly.

"Your darkness can't even weaken sword qi? Too pathetic!"

"Heh, didn't expect your friend to arrive so quickly." The god didn't answer Leticia's words but squeezed out a sentence with so irritation.

She had just noticed that her divine domain had been forcibly opened with a hole and soone stuffed inside, and that person carried an aura she could never forget.

That kinsman of hers who had helped that mortal force her back into the divine domain.

This ti, was she coming to ruin her plans again?

"Her action speed still surprises a bit." Leticia indicated she hadn't expected Bai Ling to arrive so quickly either. She had thought she could complete a full round of trash talk attacks.

But that Bai Ling's sword qi had directly interrupted the conversation between her and this god.

"By the way, how are you considering my suggestion? If you don't agree, I'll bury you after I get out."

"You're threatening a god?"

"Not at all, just trying to persuade you one last ti while I have the chance." Leticia sat up from the ground and patted her skirt. "After all, you're a god. Getting your help would be sothing very worth celebrating for ."

While speaking, she aid Flora's parasol in the direction the sword qi had co from and began charging power.

A white-hot light orb slowly condensed at the parasol's tip. Leticia even narcissistically struck a pose before shooting this orb out.

A dazzling beam of light shot toward the distance. Leticia maintained the magic output for a full ten seconds before cutting off the power. She felt this long beam of light was sufficient to point Bai Ling in her direction.

"I'm walking toward this place now. If you agree, speak up and tell . If you don't consent before I leave, I'll take it that you're unwilling to cooperate with ." Leticia placed the parasol back on her shoulder and spoke to the god whose main body was located who knows where.

The god fell into silence. Leticia's attitude made her very displeased, but the conditions the girl proposed made her sowhat tempted.

After squatting in this pitch-black place for so long, she also wanted to see what the outside world was like. But as a god, she had her own persistence.

At least, she looked down on Mo Zili's teacher's body. Forcibly controlling Mo Zili's teacher's body late last night was to drag Leticia, who she found very displeasing, into the divine domain to deal with personally.

But she hadn't expected Leticia to not panic at all. Upon entering the divine domain, she imdiately entered a state of "if the enemy doesn't move, I don't move."

If Leticia didn't voluntarily walk to where the god was imprisoned, the god really had no way to deal with Leticia—she could only trash talk and pollute Leticia's spirit a bit.

But the god was really not good with words. After a day of trash talking, Leticia was fine, but she herself was sowhat shaken.

Last night, Mo Zili's teacher and 'Mo Zili' had brief contact, and the god knew then that 'Mo Zili's' body was qualified for a god's consciousness to descend.

Though the bloodline purity wasn't sufficient to break the seal, allowing a god's consciousness to temporarily take residence was enough.

Should she fall into endless loneliness again, or temporarily bow her head and agree to Leticia's conditions? The god was truly conflicted.

Honestly, her ambitions weren't that great. Ruling the entire world was just sothing to think about.

In the divine age, she wasn't a very powerful god and couldn't compare with those great gods in combat ability.

Ten thousand years ago, her feud with the demon race's first Demon King was also because she wanted to rule the Demon Realm, while the Demon King also wanted to rule the Demon Realm, which led to their fight.

If she could do it again, she might make different choices.

If they had talked nicely back then, perhaps they both could have achieved better futures.

"If you want to cooperate with , then let see if you have that qualification." Though sowhat tempted, the god's aningless pride was still at work. She needed to find herself a face-saving step. "Defeat the dark dragon in that place, and I'll agree to your conditions."

The darkness receded, and a glowing path appeared at Leticia's feet, guiding her direction.
