Every Universe has its own... we can call it heart.
It was the Source of the entire Universe, the real heart that was dictating the fundantal existence of the Universe. If it was destroyed, then the only fate awaiting the Universe was destruction as it would crumble apart.
Naturally, to access the Source or the Heart of the Universe, one needed to not only have the necessary power and special ans but also the approval of the Universe itself, sothing that I had, as I technically speaking, created this Universe.
And I was already sothing akin to a pseudo-Univese Master due to my control over the Higher Dinsional World of Baator, but it wasn't like being a geniue Universe Master that was also a Tier 13 Primarch.

Everything was prepared...
I reached the Origin Level of Control in all Laws that were creating my Path and increased my Higher Dinsional Energy Stardust to the limits that my being on the Existence Level could bear.
Now the last remaining part of the puzzle was missing that would also start the Apotheosis towards the Primarchy.

Architect as my Soul-Bound A.I. developed to the peak Tier 12 and basically controlled every single machine within not only the Higher Dinsional World of Baator but also the majority of the Kadath Universe.
If he didn't control it, then it was at least under his observation, as nothing espcaed his watchful eye.
"Yes. The Cube is prepared with the Innate Archdevil Bloodline Origin Source and Ritual is in place; with the support from the Source, we can start the procedure."
This wasn't just becoming "complete", but it would affect the entire species that was in the Kadath Universe; thus, it must be completed with the utmost caution and perfection on our side.
The Cube was the specifically developed Magitek Device to manipulate the Geno of even beings at Tier 12. It was a combination of the pinnacle Arcanotek of the Chthonian Empire and various technologies that we collected through the Endless Void.
Not to ntion of even a few obscure Magics that are beyond the current understanding of most people within the Chthonian Empire of the Baator.
It was created to edit the Geno on the highest degree of genetic manipulation, to be even able to affect beings as strong as and there was nothing better and more suitable to transplant Innate Archdevil Bloodline Origin Source into my own Geno.
"Then we can start..."
I said and activated the Cube, which then lit up with several strange patterns surrounding the Cube and the Innate Archdevil Bloodline Origin Source was being activated with the Magitek Device.
The Cube itself for this operation was being powered up by the Heart of the Universe because, realistically speaking, only that thing had enough power to support such things as editing the fundantal existence of the Limit Half-Step Tier 12 powerhouse...
The mont the Cube was activated, several biochanical needles appeared from it, as they pierced through my arms, legs and several of them through my heart, and then the real thing started, as I closed my eyes and let the thing do its job.
The changes were imdiate, as I could observe that my Genetic Sequence was being rewritten and changed.
Being powered up by the Energy of the entire Kadath Universe itself and with the Source Energy itself, the most pure and powerful Energy in the entire Endless Void, the process was very smooth.
All of the empty spaces and the flaws within my Genetic Sequence were being filled and repaired.
At the sa ti, I felt that the imaginary shackles that were around were completely destroyed with the addition of the Innate Archdevil Bloodline Origin Source into the Genetic Sequence.

Hearing a few sentences from the Architect, I knew that the change was finished and it went on pretty fast; in the end, the only thing that was needed to be done was patching up a few flaws that were within the Devil Race as they were artificially created.
The mont The Cube inserted the Innate Archdevil Bloodline Origin Source into my Genetic Sequence, it was quickly repaired and done; now I can break through to the Primarchy, as the only thing that was remaining was to rge the Paths together with my Origin to create Aspect.
But I wanted to rest for so ti before breaking through to Tier 13 and, achieving Primarchy and making so preparations. Not to ntion, a lot of Source Energy was consud by the Universe itself to support the procedure.
But that was already to be expected because while the procedure was quickly finished, the energy output would be enough to destroy a few smaller Universes.
