Aside from that, Devils would be considered as the Innate Species, with technically speaking, an unknown limit in the Tier, probably the innate Tier would probably be raised to Tier 12 without any external help.
Sothing that was impossible right now because all Devils that reached Tier 12 did so with the external factors in play. Be it help from the higher-Tiered powerhouses, artifacts, treasures, Miracles or whatever was on the table.
Presently, the Nurngard was rather empty with only Hela being in the place as my other wives went out from ti to ti. Aside from a few servants in the Nurngard, the entire castle in the Sunset Mountain Range was empty.
Venelana and Grayfia went to Anor Londo to check out things, while Hela was observing the Xenomorph Breeding Farm.
Since the situation in the forr Primal Chaos Dinsion Universe was resolved and all high-Tiered cultivators were killed, the Xenomorph Breeding Farm took place, and the Xenomorphs were already reproducing at a staggering rate.
The speed was so ridiculous that we had already started harvesting them for the resources, which was indeed proving to be as profitable and beneficial as Hela was telling back then...
The resources that were brought back from the Xenomorphs were precious; their entire bodies were one enormous treasure trove and that wasn't even talking about the most precious part of their corpse, which was the Psionic Crystal that was in their brain.

When I first started looking into the Genetic Sequences of the Archdevils that got, it seed simple and easy, but after examining it several tis with most advanced Magic and Magitek, the results were mixed...

It seed that only after reaching Tier 11 or in their own Universe, Rank 9, the Archdevil Species was able to unleash their full potential. Unfortunately, all of the Archdevils in the World of Gods were at Tier 10 in their own words, Rank 8...
So none of them managed to unlock their potential, but Asmodeus was more capable and smarter than the rest and he basically tied the Source of their entire Species to himself, as he was the first ever Archdevil to be born from the Baator itself.
This allowed Asmodeus to unlock more from his Genetic Sequence and attain greater power, reaching the Half-Step Rank 9 under certain conditions. If he wasn't so foolish to attack Leylin during his Apotheosis and be injured by the Origin Force...
Then, the entire fight against Gu Long wouldn't be that easy.

Several months later, Nurngard, 9th Layer of the Higher Dinsional World of Baator, Nessus, Sunset Mountain Range.

After the operation was done, I could start the ascendance towards the Primarchy and then beco the Universe Master in one go...
The Universal conquest of the different Universes was inevitable, especially those with Gods, because for the past millennia, many people have embarked on the Godhood thod within the Chthonian Empire.
Due to the Chthonian's innate disdain towards the worship, the Godhood thod represented the best thod of being a God that wasn't a God, as we have deconstructed the idea and concept of the God a long ti ago.
In the end, the Gods of various Paths and thods were just more advanced Lifeforms and nothing more.
