Because the Tier 12 powerhouses of the Kadath Universe were tasked with the maintenance of the Universe itself, it led to trendous savings for the Universe's Will in terms of the Source Energy.
With enough Source Energy, more and more treasures could be born within the Kadath Universe, and it was more common for the geniuses to appear. Basically, the Source Energy was the thing that was most crucial for the strength of the Universe.
Due to the Universe Will not spending any Source Energy on maintaining the Universe itself, like fixing the space after fights or other similar things, it recovered very fast and it ant that I could start the final phase of my long plan.
The Source Energy was an imperative thing in the breakthrough to the Primarchy...
In truth, I didn't really know how to feel about this, because there was a certain possibility that this was the ti when my Path was ending. There was no certainty that I would reach the Paragon Tier...
Comprehending the Concept was no easy matter... because it wasn't as simple as comprehending the Laws or even the Aspect of the Universe, but Concepts were different...
That was the reason why there were only a few tens of Paragons across the Endless Void of Reality from the tis immorial.
It was too hard and there could be only one person with the Concept that is Paragon. If there is another person attempting to comprehend the Concept that already has Paragon, it was futile because the endga of that was becoming one with the Concept, but if the Paragon was born, then it was impossible.
The sole way was to kill the Paragon and take the Concept from him, but that was nigh impossible for even the strongest Universe Masters because the Paragon could destroy even the biggest Universes with a wave of their hand.
But I was also aware that my chances of becoming Paragon were pretty good...
There wasn't Paragon with the Concept of Ruination, since the last one was killed by the leader of the Void Association personally to the degree of his very own Concept being shattered.
From what I gathered, there were several rather serious contestants who were eying the position of the Paragon of Ruination since the Void Singularity shattered the Concept of the last Paragon Ruination.
A feat that permanently killed even the most powerful Conceptual Entities like Paragon and a feat that only Singularities could achieve, as they were entirely detached from reality itself; that was the true transcendence that everyone sought with all of their power.
Now that I obtained the Innate Archdevil Bloodline Origin Source and also obtained enough data on the fusion between the Law Pand Godhood thod, I could safely initiate the process by myself.
I already fulfilled all the criteria, so the only remaining one was the rger the Paths.

I closed my eyes as I let the pure Source Energy enter into my body and started the procedure of rging the two Paths together. The entire Kadath Universe was feeling my breakthrough as it was awaiting it to happen.
When ascending to the Primarch, one needed to fulfill essentially three conditions.
One of them was to fuse with the Sefirot, which I had already done, not only one but in fact I had three of them.
Architect, who, while autonomous en masse, was in fact Sefirot on himself, then The Tarot Cards, as I was the ultimate controller and master of them, and Atiesh, the Sefirot that I created personally.
The second condition was that one needed to obtain the Aspect of the Universe, sothing that I obtained long ago when I got it from the Kadath Universe itself.
And the third condition was that one needed to obtain a Higher Form of Energy, sothing that I, too, fullfilled.
Even though I completed all conditions to advance into the Primarchy, due to flaws in my Geno and inability to rge my Paths, I wasn't able to advance into Tier 13.
Sothing that would change today.
Considering the amount of data that I had on the Law of Godhood, creating my own Godhood was a very easy task, especially with my mastery over the existing Laws, Path and Godhoods.
Soon enough, my Path The End started rging together with the Godhoods of the Father of All Devils, Ruination and God of the Baator into one, entirely new entity. I wanted to create one ultimate Law Godhood by combining everything that I was into it.
At the sa ti, the process of rging the Paths was going on; Racial Evolution was also taking place. This wasn't just a simple breakthroéugh, but this was a really, advanced change on the very fundantal level, where one was transcending his own Universe.
Tier 13 beings could destroy entire Universes with relative ease...

In a split of a mont, I felt an overwhelming energy enter my body and terrifying consciousness descend onto , as it started dissipating into my very own being, becoming part of the Law Godhood: Primogenitus of the End and Ruin.
I could sense that I was already becoming sothing different the mont I started fusing with the Universe Will itself and becoming the Universe Master. This was an even greater feeling compared to what I had experienced several monts ago when I officially reached the Primarchy.
Being a Universe Master ant one was one with the entire Universe; the stronger the Universe got, the better for , as I would be able to draw out more power out of it. Not to ntion, with the increasing strength of the Universe, it would be harder to destroy.
