Dora blinked her eyes, "oh, uh.. that is cool," she scratched her head nervously.

His eyes were now searching, "hm, you should match her description if it were you," he stood up and went to stand beside her.

Her heart skipped, "Huh?"

"Look at ," he said.

She shook her head, "why?"

"So I can notice the color of your eyes, mother made a ntion of your eye color."

Her heart was pounding fast, what was he trying to prove?

"Look at please," he sighed.

She slowly raised her head to look up at him. Their eyes t, he could feel those sharp grey eyes, with a mixture of brown pierce his soul.

He gasped, "You have her eyes!"

Dora frowned, "no I do not, the fact I share the sa na with her would not make your sister overnight," she looked away.

Oberon smiled, "that is not what I an, you have her eyes, I an, mother had described your features, which might match so other she werewolves, but your eyes do not."

"As far as I know, you are the only person I have seen with grey-brown eyes, which my sister had."

"What are you trying to say then? That I am your sister?"

"As weird as it might sound, yes."

There was silence for the next minute as they tried to take it in.

She looked away, "how can this be?"

"What do you an?"

"Why do we not look alike?" She frowned, "that way you would have recognized right?"

He arched his brow and laughed, "well, it bounds to be that way, even if we looked alike, you were still a baby when we lost you, now you are all grown. There is bound to be so kind of uncertainty."

She pouted, "I always had a sibling."

His eyes softened, and he could feel his heart lt, maybe that was the reason they couldn’t stand each other when they first t. There was a longing for love beneath.

He spread his arms, "co here."

Her eyes welled up with tears, she stood up and hugged him tight. A feeling that seed to be lost washed over them.

"I always wished you were alive sohow and wanted you to co back," he caressed her hair, "I guess my prayers were answered."

"I also wanted a sibling."

They stayed in each other’s arms, savoring the feeling they had always wanted to share.

"Hm, I now have soone to at least pour my deepest worries to, and also pull your hair," he grinned and pulled her hair.

"Ow!" She hit his shoulder, "that hurts," she pouted.

He chuckled, "I am sorry," he patted her head.

She rested her head on his chest again, "That ans Nyx would have been my sister in law!" Her eyes bead.

At the ntion of Nyx, he sighed and disengaged from the hug. He looked at the ceiling.

"We had a divorce," he shook his head sadly.

Her smile faded, "oh."

"I guess that is why all this is happening to , because of the way I had treated her then, I was such a horrible person," he closed his eyes.

"This should be my punishnt then, I have always been cursed."

"You do not have to say that, you are not cursed, just a twist in fate."

"You think so?"

She nodded, "I an, co to think of it, you never knew who your mate was."

He frowned, "how did you know of that?"

"I was present at Mark’s arrest."

His eyes widened, "Mark. Oh no, if Aegis finds him, it might be bad," he gritted his teeth.

"Why?"

"Mark was my beta. Aegis hates totally and might hurt anyone related to ."

"Oh dear."

He beca restless, "what kind of a person am I? I am horrible," he shook his head disappointed in himself.

She held his shoulder, "we could think of a way to break him out of the duegon right?"

"Hm, I guess," he muttered.

"Then that is exactly what we will do," she shrugged.

"Hm, you do have sothing in this small head of yours," he ruffled her hair.

"Ugh, I have always been smart," she pouted and folded her arms across her chest.

"I know," he straightened his head, "strategy."

"What?"

"We need strategy. Did you not listen to what Neriah said? As an Alpha I might almost not survive against them Lycans."

"What makes you think you are an Alpha?"

"I am one."

She drew her head backwards, "if we are siblings.. how co I am a Lycan and then you an Alpha?"

He arched his brow, "you are a Lycan?"

"I am. Even your son is a Lycan pup," she told him.

Oberon frowned, trying to rack his brain to rember who had made him think he was an Alpha in the first place.

"Was dad not a Lycan?"

He twisted his lips, "hmm, I do not know, I was still young when he died. He never told his rank."

"Why did your mother tell you so?"

"Our mother.." he corrected.

She paused and gulped, "oh.. our.. mo-ther."

He took her hand, "you have to get used to calling soone mother now."

She nodded, "okay, mother.. why did mother not tell you our father was a Lycan?"

"She never did," he replied, "hm, no one told ," he squinted his eyes.

"So I can transform any ti?"

"So it seems," she giggled.

"I.. have never tried it before."

She patted his hand, "you will have to get used to it," she smirked.

"I was never Alpha!" He laughed.

He tried his transformation a few tis and he was disappointed.

"Huh? What is wrong?"

"I guess because you have never tried it," she said,"just keep trying, it will work for you so ti."

He rolled his eyes frustrated, "oh qualms. Mother has a lot of questions to answer though," he sighed.

There was a knock on the door.

"Hm?"

Dora went to get the door, Neriah was standing with Elena.

She noticed it was already nightfall, how long had she been talking with Oberon?

"Co in mother," she smiled at her.

Elena’s heart skipped a beat, she ca inside and she saw two others outside.

"Wait.. Mark?"

He nodded, "it sure is ," he held Selena’s hand and they asked for permission to go in.

"Sure, co in."

Oberon saw his mother and ran to hug her, "Mother!"

She hugged him, "oh Oberon," she sniffed, "it is a good thing you sent Neriah to co get , that rogue thought he could touch !"

Oberon was heartbroken, "I am sorry mother, I have failed."

"It is not over your majesty, we can still get your pack back," Mark chipped in and their eyes t.

"Mark!"
