"How was your trip?" Richard asked casually as he saw them approaching. He didn’t even show any signs of fatigue. "Did you get anything on the truck?"

deia shook her head in disbelief. "I don’t know how you do it, but this place is amazing."

"And yes, we brought back a lot of dicinal herbs and permafrost soil. I had planned to plant them in the greenhouse, but since the greenhouse isn’t finished yet, a regular tent will do just fine."

Richard, "Don’t worry, I can’t speed up the construction of the greenhouse. However, since it requires precision in cutting the glass, it may take two days to finish. Is that okay?"

deia was speechless. She wrinkled her forehead, because what did he an by "Is that okay?" That was absolutely okay!

Only a madman would promise to finish a construction project in two days!

"That ... That’s fine, of course." deia pointed to the truck. "I think I’ll leave the permafrost soil and the dicinal herbs in the truck for a while."

deia was about to go to check the dical bay, but she was surprised by the Junk Garden’s n who could lift heavy iron bars and building materials with one hand.

Not only the n, but their won could do it as well.

Was that even possible?!

deia could only do that in her demonic form, so how could they lift tons of steel beams so effortlessly, as if they were as light as feathers?

"Richard, are you and your n really monsters?" deia exclaid, her voice laced with shock. Even the others who had co with her were just as stunned.

Ren, "I’ll be crushed by the beams if I try to lift it like that."

Before Richard could answer, she heard Lucian’s laughter. "They are not monsters. They can lift heavy things so easily because of Richard’s ability."

After deia thought about it for a second, she realized that she hadn’t tried to find any information about his ability.

Show his ability," deia told the system.

[Check his status ...]

[Na: Richard Black]

Age: 32

Ability: Gravity Control (Grade-SS): Manipulate the weight of any object he touches, including his own body. The user can manipulate objects up to 10,000 tons (approximately the weight of a large ship or skyscraper).]

[Ti limit of the ability: 24 hours].

deia’s jaw dropped in disbelief. She had assud that Richard would be an easy target to beat because of his thin and frail appearance, but who would have thought that his ability allowed him to control his own weight?

If deia tried to hit him, but he manipulated his weight to be as heavy as a cargo ship, her hands would be dood.

[First of all, why would you want to punch your future husband’s cousin, Host?]

Sotis he annoys .

[Please don’t hit your future husband’s family.]

Of course, now that deia knew about his ability, she wouldn’t dare hit him-at least not until her demonic strength could destroy a large ship.

[Host, that is such an inappropriate motivation to be stronger!]

A motivation was still a motivation after all.

"I can change the weight of anything I touch," Richard explained. "That’s why we can build anything so fast."

They didn’t even need heavy equipnt or construction machinery to lift the materials. They could just throw it around and assemble it with ease.

After a day, the weight of the materials would return to its original state, ensuring that the building would be as solid as any normal structure.

With such an ability, deia promised herself that she would never punch such a valuable object.

[As the system said, host, please stop thinking about punching soone!]

"Can you live here too?" asked deia casually. "We have plenty of room, you know."

"I’ve lived comfortably in my dump." Richard looked at her suspiciously. "Besides, if I live here, you’ll try to sabotage my business."

"Oh, co on. Don’t act like that to your own family," deia teased, putting her arm around Richard’s shoulders. "You know I wouldn’t do anything like that."

Richard laughed sarcastically. "Bullshit." He continued, "If I can think like that, then you must have the sa thought. We’re businessn after all."

Compared to Lucian, Richard was more afraid of deia. The woman was as cunning as a fox, so it would be better if they did not live in the sa place.

"You’re not funny at all." deia stayed away from him, then said, "All right. I hope you can keep your promise to build the greenhouse within two days." She turned to Joy. "Co on, let’s see your workplace."

Joy followed deia while the others dispersed to do their jobs. Nico had slept during the trip, so he decided to follow deia now.

"You’re not following your wife?" asked Richard.

"She is not my wife ... yet," Lucian continued. "And no, she has forbidden to do anything before I go to sleep."

He couldn’t sleep on the road because he had to drive the car. So deia didn’t want him to do anything but sleep once they arrived at the base.

"Really?" Richard raised an eyebrow, obviously intrigued. "She has that much control over you?"

"She doesn’t control , Richard," Lucian insisted. "She just cares too much."

Richard sighed. "I can’t understand the lovebirds." Richard sighed.

Lucian offered him a smile, but his words were like a knife piercing Richard’s heart. "Of course, you don’t understand us. You don’t even have a girlfriend, Richard."

Before Richard could throw a rock at his cousin, Lucian had already walked away, heading to his tent.

On the other side, deia was stunned the mont she entered the dical bay. The young doctors and Sister Jeanne were inside, putting the dicines they had brought from the Warstock base on the shelves.

The new dical bay was spacious, with blue and white walls. Bright overhead lights that get their power from solar panels placed on the roof.

On one side, shelves were neatly stocked with dicines, bandages, and dical tools. Other shelves were filled with dry dicinal herbs that they found at Stormclad base back then.

Several hospital beds were arranged in the center of the room. deia didn’t even expect Richard to find those beds in the first place.

In the back corner, there was a small workstation for doctors to input patient information.

"Ah, Miss deia! You’re here!" Sister Jeanne smiled widely as soon as she saw her. "Co in, co in. We are inputting a list of dicines here."

deia stepped into the room, her eyes scanning around the room. "This room is so different from the infirmary at Willow Village, isn’t it?"

Sister Jeanne chuckled. "Very different. Our sick villagers used to sleep in hard beds, but the hospital beds here are so soft and comfortable." She offered her a genuine smile. "Thank you, Miss deia. Without you, we might not have been able to live like this."

deia mocked her in her heart. If only deia hadn’t persuaded Sister Jeanne to move, perhaps she would still be living in the old factory for the rest of her life.

Humans were always like that.

They were too afraid to try sothing new, even though that new thing might not necessarily be worse than what they already had.

"We’ll start planting dicinal herbs in two days. If you want to show your gratitude, you can help us with that," deia said, her tone a little sharp, but Sister Jeanne didn’t seem offended at all.

That nun was just too kind and rciful.

"Sister Jeanne, look!" Nico approached her, followed by Bear. "Bear can be small now. Can he et the children more often now?"

"Oh, my." Sister Jeanne lowered her head, looking at the adorable dog that sat obediently in front of her. "The kids would love to pet you now."

Even the young doctors couldn’t maintain their composure when faced with such an adorable dog.

A few of them giggled, their serious expressions softening as they approached Bear, unable to resist his charm.

"Miss deia," Joy called her na. "May I speak with you for a mont."

deia turned toward her. "Of course.

Joy asked her to talk outside, so deia told Sister Jeanne that she would be back in a second.

"What’s on your mind?" asked deia confusedly.

"I’ve been hearing so much about you from Mr. Tian and Mr. Simon when you’re away." Joy began, "They said, your personality is hard to predict."

It was natural for her to think that way. The real deia was a kind, gentle, and frail woman, but her personality was drastically changed to be more fierce and hard to please once she awoke from the coma.

Even though no one talked about her change directly, deia knew the villagers had noticed, but they thought, maybe her brain was injured in the process of becoming human again.

In other words, they suspected deia had brain damage to the point of changing her entire personality.
