Chapter 1132: Tier 2 Demon, Farukas

Shortly after Luther agreed and signed the contract for a loan of 7 gold coins at a 500% interest rate, the forr hurriedly turned on the recording device.

’At last, I can still salvage the situation—’

Just when Luther thought he still had a sliver of hope to survive the ordeal, his health points suddenly went to zero.

A look of astonishnt appeared on his face as he turned around to look at Xu Feng.

Why?

His face clearly asking why he killed him now?

This was especially so right after he had signed the contract for a loan.

"I’ve never said I will actually let you record, did I?" In response, Xu Feng coldly remarked.

"I’ll be waiting for your paynt once you respawn. Do rember that you can’t escape with the system watching you in every nook and cranny." He continued, waving his hand to bid Luther farewell.

"FUCK YOU, LIN FENG!" Luther roared in agony. He realized he had been fooled hard. Unfortunately, everything was already too late as his body began to turn into particles.

Unable to do anything else, Luther’s eyes were forcefully closed, leaving him with only a system prompt.

System Notification: You have been killed! Due to the special restriction in place, you’ll be respawned after 10 minutes! The ghost state is disabled! It is advised to log out montarily to wait out the tir.

Looking at the system prompt while in a dark dinsion, Luther’s mind went blank.

’That fucking bastard is too much!’ He scratched his head and kicked the empty space in full force.

Everything was crashing down on him, and even his sliver of hope was vanquished by Xu Feng!

While Luther was raging like a madman, Xu Feng calmly glanced at the ground with an intrigued look.

"Oh dear, I didn’t think that Luther would have such lovely treasures on him." He chuckled softly.

One of the treasures happened to be Demon Blood.

And it wasn’t just any Demon Blood, but that of an Elite Lord’s blood. In other words, the blood hailed from royalty in the demon bloodline.

Once this kind of blood was refined, it would dramatically increase the item attributes and even grant special properties. Besides the refinent aspect, it could also be used to exchange or sell for a high price.

’Looks like I will have a need to return to Skywind Empire soon.’ Xu Feng thought to himself. The Skywind Empire was now a Trade Hub that connected to multiple outlets.

If not the Skywind Empire, where else could he maximize the returning value of an Elite Lord Demon Blood?

Poor Luther probably didn’t even know where to sell such a precious item.

The Skywind Empire was a very restrictive place, known only to a few players.

And none of the players who held access to the empire would announce it to others.

That would be beyond foolish and a harmful way to sabotage themselves from monopolizing the goods.

While Xu Feng gladly accepted the loot, back in the sky, Farukas realized his caster had died.

"Hehe, without the caster, I can finally unleash my power." Farukas laughed chillingly. He had noticed Xu Feng killing the caster, but showed zero sign of intervening.

After all, Luther was such a buffoon to not make any command to him as soon as he had erged. If there was a command made in advance, then Farukas would have been forced to comply under the summoning contract.

Little did Farulas know. It wasn’t that Luther was a fool to not make any command. But it was that he couldn’t have the ti or energy to make any command when Xu Feng had repeatedly distracted and misdirected him.

"As soone who answered the summoning, you sure didn’t try to protect your summoner," Carn remarked.

"Why should I protect him?" Farukas snorted.

"It’s his own incompetence’s fault for not knowing what to do."

"Hmm, then are we not going to fight?"

"Haha, you must be daydreaming!"

Farukas erupted into laughter. Without the summoner trying to do any backseat gaming, he was a free demon who could unleash mayhem, however and wherever he wanted.

Of course, there was a ti limit to how long he could remain. But even then, it was still enough to deal enough damage to prove his existence was here.

As long as he returned with such rit, promotion from a minor elite to a major elite would be secured. No, even becoming a minor lord could be possible!

’Hahaha, I must really thank the summoner for being such a fool. I bet the others regretted not answering the call earlier.’ Truth be told, Farukas made a huge gamble by accepting the summoning call.

After all, not many demons wished to be commanded over by so other stranger. If it weren’t for the alluring fees and so great benefits, they would have outright ignored it.

’Phew, so this demon planned on overstaying his welco.’ Carn was relieved internally.

Farukas thought Carn wanted to avoid a fight, but that was far from the truth. She had been holding in for a long ti and needed an outlet to vent.

Now that she was granted permission and wasn’t forbidden to use any of her new Tier 2 skills, she couldn’t wait to use Farukas as a testing dummy.

"Since you plan on staying, then allow

to beat you black and blue, sending you straight to where you co from!" Carn confidently declared.

"I admire your courage to face

without any wavering." Farukas grinned coldly.

"And I admire your stupidity to let your caster die and accept the summoning call," Carn responded in kind.

Instantly, Farukas’s eyes narrowed coldly. "You’re courting death!"

Carn yawned in response. "Again with that cringeworthy dialogue? If you’re incapable of proper speech. Then do yourself and

a favor, keep your mouth shut!"

Nodding, Farukas knew having a verbal argunt was useless.

"Then prepare to die!" Farukas roared and charged toward Carn.

However, midway through the flight, his silhouette suddenly vanished.

In the next instance, he appeared in front of Xu Feng. "Haha, did you really think I’m that foolish to let a healer stay alive?"
