As the most unique among the Nine Dukes, the Lancaster Duchy worked more as a reserve armory for the Yibel Federation rather than as a duchy.
In other duchies, where the Knight Class wasn’t nurous, in Lancaster, they were as common as hairs on a cow and each one was brave, capable, and skilled in battle.
It wasn’t unusual for any new professions to appear in a nation filled with a vast amount of mid to low-end military force, especially since this duchy was highly martial.
Renata quietly peeked through the gap in the carriage curtain. This was the outskirts of Titan Town, and the outer circle of the town was being constructed energetically.

Long before the public testing started, Lancaster had already begun planning for town expansion.
Loads of building materials and the highly paid civil mages from the Mage Academy were continuously collaborating with players on infrastructure work.
And indeed, as they worked together, both sides seed naturally attuned in the field of construction, achieving progress at an astonishing rate.
It was quite funny that Jiu Yue Heavy Industries, which had always been known for not focusing on heavy industry, produced mostly light industrial products.
The tools needed for construction, such as axes, saws, shovels, and even construction pushcarts and manual mixers, have recently beco the flagship products of Jiu Yue Heavy Industries.
Especially after the public testing of "The Gate to the Underworld," which fernted a good reputation and attracted a large influx of new players, these items sold very well.
The first players who acted as laborers, after building up the town’s infrastructure, earned sufficient funds early on, then reinvested in purchasing equipnt, spending Demon Crystal coins to switch professions, and then starting their own adventure.
To ensure the smooth implentation of this whole process, there are huge numbers of Huge Hoofed Deers between Titan Town and the Twisted Jungle.
These small deers at LV1 and adult deers at just LV2-3 provided an ideal leveling target for players just entering the ga.
Typically, a team of two or three players could hunt the Huge Hoofed Deer relatively easily, earning experience points, and after completing the Lord Mansion’s collection quest, they even received an extra batch of experience points.
The resources collected would then flow to the industrial area and be transford into various products for secondary output.
So would be directly traded externally, while another part would cycle back into the player community.
For instance, so very thrifty players would grind monsters all day and, at night, in pitch-darkness, apply fertilizer and farm in their own agricultural fields in the farm sector until they ran out of energy.

Of course, many players also lanted having to compete with the locals for tasks every day; it was quite miserable.
Perhaps because the players were too hardworking, many of the locals who participated in the town construction also began to work overti like crazy.
This forced the Lord Mansion to issue a decree, mandating that the working hours for the residents of the domain should not exceed nine hours.
In fact, on the continent, the physical strength of most Humans exceeded that of players in reality; a nine-hour workday was enough to et the normal needs of territory developnt.

But the issue was that when players suffered the sudden death debuff, they rely had to slit their throats and close and reopen their eyes to return to life, able to refresh their energy points and continue working; it wasn’t so easy for the locals to rise again once they fell.
Of course, all of this, in the eyes of the Tulip Chamber of Comrce caravan, looked quite different.
It was lively!
