After hearing Daniel’s words, Luck Goddess Luke couldn’t help but pause for a mont. She had never expected that, for Daniel, killing a Demigod Rank would be such an easy task! She gazed at the corpses before her, and the shock was evident on her face.
When Luke turned her gaze back to Daniel, her expression was one of clear astonishnt. "Lord Crossbridge, it seems you are far more powerful than I originally imagined. In that case, I will no longer be polite. I will do my best to assist you moving forward."
"And as for the materials you need, I will also try my best to find them for you."
Upon eting him, Luke thought she had realized sothing important. Perhaps now was the ti to step into the god level.
After saying this, Luke’s entire deanor began to shift. Gradually, Daniel could sense that Luke had taken the final step.
In the next mont, Luck Goddess Luke beca a true god. At almost the sa ti, Aurelia’s power also reached the god level.
However, Daniel still had so trouble dealing with Aurelia. It was clear that she was a very stubborn person. Even when she saw that her path was flawed, she refused to repent. This would need to be considered in the future to figure out how to resolve this potential threat.
Daniel shook his head slightly, his gaze turning back to Luke. Luke, too, felt the presence of Aurelia’s newfound godly power. With a stretch and a wry smile, she said, "Well, I suppose it’s ti for to leave. I’m sure Aurelia will be very angry."
Daniel nodded but didn’t say anything to stop her. Instead, he continued, "Goodbye, Luke. I will remain in this tiline for the ti being. If you ever need my help, feel free to contact ."
Luke gave a slight smile and waved confidently. "Alright, alright, don’t forget, now I’m also a god. Even if trouble cos, I think I can handle it."
"Goodbye, Lord Crossbridge, and enjoy yourself!" With that, Luke’s figure flickered and disappeared in an instant. At the sa ti, a god-level attack descended from the sky.
However, the golden and silver tones of the attack were sothing Daniel was more than familiar with. Once an attack he had feared, it now seed rather trivial.
The only reason it had reached the god level was due to the divine power involved. But in terms of actual damage, it was rather insignificant.
Just as Daniel was preparing to get up and leave, sothing unexpected happened. Aurelia’s attack landed on him.
However, for soone like Daniel, this level of attack was so weak it couldn’t even break his skin. Without even lifting a finger, Daniel simply triggered his passive reflection shield, which effortlessly deflected the blow.
As a result, Aurelia’s attack hit the Storm Sea, causing massive waves to surge across the waters.
Though Daniel found the attack inconsequential, it was still a god-level strike. The impact it had on the Storm Sea was enormous.
Daniel’s gaze shifted to the distant sea. His eyes grew thoughtful as he murmured, "So that’s how everything happened...?"
He scratched his chin, feeling as though everything that had unfolded seed to be a re coincidence. But it was exactly because of these coincidences that the current situation had co about.
Now, though, Daniel was thinking on a much deeper level. With [Infinity Possibility] now in his hands, did this an that he could create entirely new tilines? Even without following godKartora’s guidance, could he truly change his fate?
A glimr of excitent flashed in Daniel’s eyes as he thought about this. He couldn’t wait to try, but then, just as quickly, he regained his composure.
His intuition told him that this line of thinking was dangerously flawed. There was sothing wrong here, sothing he couldn’t quite put his finger on.
Slowly, Daniel closed his eyes and began to use ntal Deduction. He sought to understand where the problem lay.
Gradually, the core issue seed to beco clear to him. Wait, I think I understand now!
With [Infinity Possibility] at my disposal, I have the ability to change my fate. So every choice I make will impact the unfolding of events, leading to the creation of a brand-new tiline.
But the issue is that it was precisely my previous experiences that shaped who I am today. If I change those, I would be altering the very tiline I exist in. If that happens, would I still be the person I am now?
Daniel’s mind flashed back to a conversation he had had with Luck Goddess Luke.
"What do you think luck is? Even with our high luck points, why do misfortunes still occur?"
"Lord Crossbridge, what do you think is the difference between luck and misfortune? Perhaps right now, you may feel unlucky. But present misfortune does not an future misfortune."
"No one is destined to have a smooth journey. What luck points give us is the ability to turn our present misfortune into future fortune."
Daniel pondered for a mont, and then a firm look appeared in his eyes.
If that’s the case, then there’s no need for to ddle with things too much.
What has happened has already happened, and I should let it continue unfolding as it is. If there are any critical monts, unless it is absolutely necessary, I will leave them to the version of from that ti.
Daniel had made up his mind.
Overall, he believed that the journey he had taken so far was fairly perfect. There was no need to make major changes.
"However... according to godKartora’s advice, I still need to try to reach the end of ti."
"If there’s nothing else, I suppose I should leave now."
Just as Daniel was about to depart, a sudden thought crossed his mind, accompanied by an instinctive feeling.
Without hesitation, Daniel opened a portal in front of him.
The next mont, he found himself standing at the very end of this tiline.
In fact, this entire tiline was a masterpiece of Kartora’s—a creation of godKartora.
But Daniel was curious: What would happen if he continued to trace back along the Ti River? After all, though the Ti River had reached its source, it still seed to have a path forward!
