Chapter 130: Chapter 128: That’s Not Nonsense, That’s My Son

"Gloomfang City? What is he doing over there?"

Hearing his son was in danger, Javier Sinclair’s expression turned serious. He didn’t ask any more questions, simply saying, "We’ll go now."

Seeing the worry on her face, Javier Sinclair took her hand and said softly, "Don’t worry. When he was born, I placed three deadly techniques on him. If he’s ever in mortal danger, they will activate to protect him. I’d be able to sense it imdiately."

Celeste Grant froze for a mont, then relaxed. He had actually placed deadly techniques on their son at birth to protect him. She truly had no idea.

’So this is what it ans,’ she thought. ’A responsible person doesn’t need to be told what to do; they just do it well. An irresponsible man, on the other hand, will just make excuses and talk a good ga while not doing a damn thing.’

She smiled faintly, looking up at him. "Javier Sinclair, you’re a good father."

Javier Sinclair glanced at her.

"That’s a given. He’s my son." And one he had raised himself. His affection for the boy was no less than that of his own mother.

As they spoke, a giant sword flew out from a distant hall and hovered in the air above them.

Javier Sinclair grabbed her arm and flew up with her, landing on the sword.

"We’re going to Gloomfang City now."

With that, he initiated Sword Control, and their figures vanished, soaring through clouds and over mountains.

「On the way to Gloomfang City.」

Javier Sinclair asked, "What happened with our son? You seem so anxious."

Hearing his question, Celeste Grant explained, "I was just on a video call with him. He said he went to Gloomfang City and accidentally entered so nearby ruins, which teleported him sowhere else. Now he doesn’t know where he is. He must have run into danger—the phone shook, the screen went black, and I can’t reach him anymore. Plus, the place he’s in is filled with white bones. It’s definitely not a good place. We have to find him as soon as possible."

The Cultivation World was fraught with danger. If soone was teleported to an unknown location, finding them would be incredibly difficult.

So it wasn’t that he wasn’t worried; he just appeared calr than Celeste Grant.

His son was always exceedingly cautious, never leaving ho without several layers of protection. His Storage Ring was packed with all sorts of Magic Treasures, Elixir Pills, and even more talismans. Thinking about it, Javier felt more at ease. ’The boy is probably just trapped sowhere and can’t get out. We just need to find him first.’

The two of them soon arrived at Gloomfang City.

’Gloomfang City.’ Just from the na, one could tell it was a gloomy place. This was because its people specialized in crafting all kinds of Puppets, lending the city a strange and eerie atmosphere.

In the Cultivation World, there were many types of Puppets, mainly including chanical Puppets, Corpse Puppets, Human Puppets, Spirit Puppets, and Soul Puppets. Most were chanical Puppets, while so were mindless Corpse Demons. The Human Puppets and Spiritual Puppets, however, were sentient.

Gloomfang City was the domain of the Gloomfang Sect, one of the six major powers of the Demonic Sects, making it their territory.

The mont Javier Sinclair appeared, the Sect Leader of the Gloomfang Sect sensed his presence. He imdiately brought his people over to welco him.

This Sect Leader of the Gloomfang Sect, Vincent Vance, was at the Late-stage Nascent Soul realm.

"Greetings, Exalted One. Greetings, Madam. Please forgive my failure to welco you from afar."

Although the six major powers of the Demonic Sects had yet to be unified, they all looked to Javier Sinclair as their leader, much like an alliance. They followed his direction on all major matters. In truth, if he wished to unite the Demonic Sects, the other powers would have willingly agreed.

But Javier Sinclair found it too troubleso; he could barely be bothered to manage the Bloodfiend Den as it was.

Vincent Vance clasped his hands and said, "May I ask what instructions the Exalted One has for us?"

Javier Sinclair gestured with his hand.

"I have co today for my son. He disappeared in so ruins within your Gloomfang City’s territory, and I am here to find him. It’s good that I ran into you. You’re familiar with this area. Do you have a map?"

Upon hearing this, the Sect Leader imdiately took out a topographical map and handed it to him. "Yes, yes, of course. This is a map of all the areas within twenty thousand li of our Gloomfang City’s territory. Please, Exalted One, see if this is of any help. The places marked with red dots are various Secret Realms and ruins. The Arrays in so of them are interconnected."

"This is the territory of our Gloomfang Sect. Since your son went missing here, I will imdiately dispatch disciples to search for him. We will notify the Exalted One as soon as we have any news."

Javier Sinclair nodded slightly. "Good. Thank you."

Hearing this, the Sect Leader of the Gloomfang Sect waved his hands frantically. "Not at all, not at all! It is what we should do. The Exalted One’s business is the business of the entire Demonic Sects."

’Heavens! Did I wake up wrong this morning? Why else would I hear the rciless Old Fiend Sinclair thank ? I’m completely overwheld.’

"Let’s go."

With that, Javier Sinclair took Celeste Grant and flew straight toward the nearest ruins.

Watching their figures disappear, the Sect Leader of the Gloomfang Sect wiped the sweat from his brow. He slapped himself across the face. "So it wasn’t a dream."

He turned to the elder beside him and said, "He just said ’thank you’ to ." That was the Archfiend, Javier Sinclair. Vincent Vance felt he could brag about this for a long, long ti.

The two n nodded.

They had seen it too.

They still hadn’t quite recovered from the shock.

At that mont, Vincent Vance gazed in the direction Javier Sinclair and his companion had left.

He sighed with emotion internally.

’The Exalted One’s aura is growing stronger and stronger.’

Javier Sinclair had made a na for himself at a young age. ’Back then,’ Vincent thought, ’my Cultivation was about the sa as his. But in just a short hundred years, his Cultivation reached a peak I could never hope to touch. Now, another century has passed, and I can’t even sense what realm he’s in anymore.’

’If he wanted to kill us, there would be absolutely no way for us to resist.’

’It’s a good thing we’ve always shown him the utmost respect.’

"Quick, send more people out! Search all the ruins! Report any news imdiately! There will be a handso reward!"

"Yes, Sect Leader!"

"Go, go! On second thought, I’ll go myself. You all go search as well."

"Yes..."

「anwhile.」

Celeste Grant and Javier Sinclair arrived at the place where their son had disappeared.

They looked at the great mountain and the dilapidated ruins before them. It was impossible to tell when they had been built, yet they still stood.

There was indeed sothing strange about this place.

After entering, they discovered that the Array here had already shifted several tis. Fortunately, Javier Sinclair had so knowledge of Arrays; even the ones he didn’t recognize, he simply broke through by force.

Before them lay a vast expanse of ancient buildings, like a ruined city.

Black mist drifted through the air, and chilling winds gusted about, adding to the sinister atmosphere.

Celeste Grant ford a hand seal, spreading her Divine Sense outwards. Everything within a wide radius beca clear to her, but she still couldn’t sense her son’s aura.

"This must be the place. I just don’t know where he was teleported to."
