The third floor represented the pinnacle of comrcially available dicine. Epic-rank treatnts that could reshape human physiology.

Exactly what Charlotte needs. Although it would have been good if Legendary rank items were available. Unfortunately, they aren’t.

Legendary rank herbs, Items or weapons were all treasures that every elite family kept for themselves. After all, Legendary items weren’t things that were easy to co by. And each item significantly enhanced the user’s power, or, in the case of herbs, could potentially save them from a fatal, non-conventional wound.

Access to the third floor required a large amount of reputation points accumulated through guild activities, academy achievents, or political connections. As Power Guild’s leader, Academy of ra student, and guild council mber, Arthur possessed credentials that opened every door.

Arthur walked through the first floor. He didn’t bother checking the items; he simply walked to the stairs that led to the second floor.

The second floor’s stairs were guarded by two guards who nodded in respect. Arthur was known in the city as being the guild leader of the new erging titan guild, Power, and almost everyone knew him.

In the second floor, Arthur did the sa thing, ignoring the second floor items and reaching the third floor where the good items he needed were.

"Guild Master, Azarel. Welco to Thornwyck dicine Hall."

Arthur nodded at the guards positioned at the third-floor entrance. They were definitely strong—all at Level 25, which ant they possessed the ability to form their talent domains, just like Lucas when Arthur first entered the Academy entrance exam.

Domain users as the security guards of the third floor. The Thornwycks don’t take chances. Those guards definitely have A-Rank talents.

Their enhanced auras were faintly there in the background. Each guard could challenge powerful entities single-handedly, yet they served as glorified doorn for the legendary floor.

It was known that very few were able to access the third floor of the dicine Hall. After all, those people could only be counted on the hands, not more.

The guards served as quality protection for quality rchandise.

Arthur walked past them into the third floor proper. Unlike the sprawling, large markets below, this level felt intimate, almost cramped. The space was deliberately compact, every square ter optimised for maximum security and mana concentration.

The most obvious reason for the compact space was the rarity of those items; they were too rare to be found in abundance.

Small but potent. Like concentrated poison.

The mana density here was overwhelming. Arthur could feel the combined mana density of the entire floor without even wanting to.

Protective enchantnts layered the walls where so items were held like invisible armour.

Epic-rank herbs require epic-rank preservation.

A single clerk occupied the centre of the floor—a woman in her thirties whose physique spoke of awakened abilities refined through decades of practice, she wasn’t any weaker than the guards next to the stairs. In fact, Arthur had a hunch that she was stronger.

Her professional smile carried the confidence of soone who’d handled transactions worth kingdoms.

Behind her, glass cases displayed herbs that seed to glow with inner light. Each specin was preserved in stasis fields that prevented deterioration while maintaining potency.

The good stuff. Finally.

Arthur approached with a purposeful stride, his masked features revealing nothing about his urgent tiline or needs.

"Welco, Guild Master Azarel, I’m Lucia Thornwyck," the clerk said with a practised smile. "What brings Power Guild’s leader to our premium floor today?"

"Nice to et you, Lucia. I’m here to buy so items."

She nodded before gesturing toward the organised displays surrounding them. "We offer epic-rank weapons, including swords, spears, and all kinds of artefacts of war. Protective equipnt ranges from light combat armour to heavy siege gear."

Impressive inventory. But that’s not what I need.

"Our blacksmithing resources include rare tals, enhancent crystals, and forging catalysts that can elevate material quality."

"Additionally, we maintain one of Caldera’s finest collections of epic-rank alchemical components, enhancent potions, and specialised dical supplies."

There. dical supplies.

Arthur nodded politely. "I’m looking for herbs and items that will strengthen the body."

Straightforward request. Clear objective.

The clerk nodded with a professional smile. "Ah, physical enhancent. Unfortunately, we don’t have many. We only have one for sale currently."

Arthur nodded and stepped closer to the display. "Could I see it?"

"Of course," Lucia replied with professional grace.

She moved behind the counter, her elegance and training evident in every controlled movent. From the secured compartnt, she withdrew an ornate box that radiated with contained energy.

The herb was stored properly, and the dicine hall clearly knew how to preserve such treasures.

The box opened with a soft hiss as stasis fields deactivated. Inside, nestled in silk that seed to absorb light, lay a herb that defied conventional description.

Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.

The specin resembled crystallised starlight given a plant form. Translucent petals that absorbed ambient mana and refracted it into rainbow patterns that danced across the surrounding walls. Each leaf pulsed with internal energy that made the air itself feel heavier.

The herb deserved its epic rank, just from looks alone.

"Sky Vigour Root," Lucia explained with the reverence reserved for such majestic specins. "One of the world’s rarest enhancent herbs."

Enhancent. Perfect.

"Its effects depend entirely on the user’s constitution and current capabilities. So experience dramatic physical strengthening. Others gain little; it all depends on the user’s potential."

"The herb essentially amplifies the user’s existing potential rather than imposing predetermined changes."

Arthur nodded understanding. Variable enhancent ant Charlotte’s unique physiology would determine the specific benefits.

Exactly what we need. Adaptive strengthening.

"What’s the price for this?" Arthur asked, though his business sense already suggested the answer wouldn’t involve simple currency.

Too valuable for gold.

Lucia nodded. "As you know, treasures of this magnitude require exchange with other treasures of equivalent value. If you could offer an epic item or herb that is useful for our hall, we would gladly trade it in."

Arthur nodded; he knew gold wouldn’t be enough. After a certain point, gold beca almost aningless.
