Leon’s agility had once more increased trendously, making him feel much faster than ever before, at least in this life.
But he didn’t stop there either, because though increased speed was definitely nice to have, he needed more than just that to win this challenge.
And so he pulled out his final hope: the [Minutes-Monster Essence] that had been sitting in his inventory since the first gate.

’Oh?’ Leon thought, noticing sothing different about the description.
That last part of the description hadn’t been there before when he first acquired it, but perhaps having the [Ti] elent now had changed how the system viewed it.
As soon as he read that new information, Leon consud the essence without any hesitation, feeling his entire body change as his eyes turned completely white with temporal energy.
And after a few seconds of that intense transformation, feeling the raw power of ti course through his veins and soul, sothing incredible happened.

Leon’s pupils returned to normal, and with a heavy breath of relief, he gazed forward at his opponent with renewed confidence.
"Alright, ti overseer, lets end this once and for all right now."
"I don’t know what you just did there, player, but it won’t save you from my ti stop ability," the figure laughed dismissively, "I enjoy seeing soone get confident before shattering their hopes though, so bring it on with everything you have!"

Leon felt himself be much stronger than before after that evolution, and almost the entirety of the pressure he had felt in the [Ti Tower] since arriving here completely disappeared from his senses.
One couldn’t deny the [Ti Overseer]’s powers were still stronger than Leon’s own overall, since he had an SSS-Level talent related to ti manipulation that had been developed over countless years.
But to think that Leon, which didn’t have any link to the ti elent before entering the [Ti Tower] at all, now had an SS-Level sub-talent was absolutely incredible progress in such a short amount of ti.
The [Ti Overseer] likely didn’t expect that either, as he still seed extrely confident in his ability to defeat Leon without any trouble.
But now, Leon’s expression was extrely calm as he faced his opponent, so much so that it was almost creepy to look at.
He lowered himself into a fighting stance, then with a steady dash that cracked the ground beneath him from the sheer force, he closed the distance between them in an instant.
The [Ti Overseer] lifted his scepter as he stopped ti once again, forcing Leon to stop right as he reached him mid-swing.
’I’m still affected by the ti stop,’ Leon’s eyes narrowed as he analyzed the situation, ’But... I can actually feel it happening now in a way I couldn’t before.’
In contrast to before when he was completely helpless, his body’s resistance to the ti stop was infinitely higher than it had been previously.
The ti overseer avoided the attack before ti resud once more, and Leon, with his new incredible speed, already arrived in front of the figure again before he could react.
"Your speed increased dramatically, was that the items you used?" the overseer grinned with amusent, "How completely useless against my powers."
They repeated this over a hundred tis, with Leon being affected by the ti stop every single ti and attacking as soon as it was undone.
And just like all the other tis before, right as the [Ti Overseer] felt his abilities get weaker due to repetitive use and exhaustion setting in, he decided to end it.
"Alright, ti for another death," he grinned as he stopped ti when Leon reached him once more.
The ti overseer stopped ti once again, then lifted his staff ready to unleash another wave of light to cut Leon’s body in half just like he had done before.
But this ti, unlike all the others, was completely different.
Because now, after being hit by so many ti-related attacks over the past "month", even though they were much stronger than his own powers, Leon had built up a resistance to them.1
He had been stopped in place, but his soul started to beat with temporal energy, and the threads of ti began to unfold around him like a protective cocoon.
Leon felt that he could actually move only after a split second of effort and so, he acted on that feeling.
Fwoosh!
As the ti overseer swung his attack down toward him, Leon actually managed to move while ti was stopped to avoid the deadly strike entirely.
"What—?" the ti overseer said, his eyes widening in complete shock.
SLASH!
And Leon swung his sword with all his might, hitting the ti overseer’s face directly and cutting his mask cleanly in half down the middle.
Of course, the overseer’s constitution was simply far too high for Leon to hope to actually hurt him with the physical blow, but regardless, he had still technically "hit" him.
aning that he had completed the challenge successfully.

The [Ti Overseer] backed away as he got hit, holding his own face with his hands as if trying to hide it from Leon’s view.
He even let go of his scepter in his shock, which dropped to the ground with a clatter, and his entire body began to shake with what seed like disbelief.
"You..." the ti overseer gazed at Leon between his fingers, his voice trembling, "You managed to actually resist ti itself, that’s impossible..."
"Yeah, now give my reward like you promised," Leon said firmly, not wasting any ti.
Leon pulled out the [Primordial Dragon of Chaos] egg from his storage space and dropped it onto the ground in front of him.
"Hatch this thing right now," he demanded.
It was only a few hours but since a month passed in the outside world, I wrote month
