Hayes Edwards burst into laughter at the sudden thought that popped into his head, scratching his head as he walked back over.

"Hannah Winter, what were you hiding in the room just now?"

"Nothing much." Hannah looked up at him, flashing a smile, "I just thought the cactus in the hotel room looked pretty, so I went to check it out."

Hayes Edwards sat down beside her, "So did you figure anything out?"

Hannah shook her head, sowhat disappointed, "No, because it’s just a decoration, it’s fake."

Hayes Edwards burst out laughing, "Silly, really silly, hahaha... can’t even tell the real from the fake..."

He couldn’t stop laughing.

Hannah turned to look at Roy Yarn.

Roy Yarn pressed his lips together, smiling, and shook his head, "Not silly."

Hayes Edwards was convulsing with laughter, and when he heard Roy Yarn’s remark, he couldn’t help but belch, "Bookworm, have you read yourself into stupidity?"

Roy Yarn, very seriously, "Hayes Edwards, that’s not right."

Hannah nodded too, "Indeed, Hayes Edwards, you are much more appealing when you cry than when you laugh."

Hayes Edwards was about to say sothing, but stopped short at Hannah’s words.

His smile stiffened on his face, looking even uglier than crying.

He tugged at the corner of his mouth, barely managing a response after a long while, stamring, "You... you rember all that?"

Hannah nodded, "Of course, it was my first ti seeing a suave and irresistibly handso big shot crying and begging soone to take care of him, it’s just a pity I didn’t capture it at the ti."

The room fell silent for a few seconds before a knock on the door was heard from outside.

There was still half an hour before the recording was due to begin.

Hannah was the first to stand up, bending down to pat Hayes Edwards on the shoulder, "Don’t drink so much next ti; it’s quite frightening when you cry."

Watching Hannah leave, Hayes Edwards felt like crying again.

He turned to Roy Yarn, earnestly asking, "Was I really that embarrassing last night?"

Roy Yarn pondered for a mont, neither nodding nor shaking his head, instead raising another question, "Did you really know Hannah when you were young?"

Hayes Edwards, who was trying hard to recall last night’s events, replied subconsciously to the question, "Of course it’s true, I even saw her..."

He stopped abruptly.

Roy Yarn didn’t pursue the matter, but picked up the fairy tale book he had set aside and got up to leave.

Left alone in the room, Hayes Edwards let out a heavy sigh, slapping his forehead, "Embarrassing."

Before the recording started, seeing the aningful smiles on the faces of the other participants, Hayes Edwards knew he had really lost face this ti.

During the program’s team task segnt, Hayes Edwards volunteered to be in the sa group as Hannah, which the director naturally supported wholeheartedly.

After all, since the release of The Kite had been a huge success, the two main actors had yet to "team up" in any variety show.

There were even rumors online wondering if Hannah was deliberately avoiding being bundled together due to public perception, especially since she had gone public with her relationship, making the fans speculate even more.

Fortunately, this ti, fans from both sides remained peaceful and did not quarrel.

The program chose a busy downtown location for the task, where four groups of participants had to cooperate, with Hannah and Hayes Edwards setting off first.

Not long after they started walking, a sizeable crowd of onlookers and fans had already gathered on the streets, all craning their necks to catch a glimpse of the celebrities in person.

Fortunately, the program crew was well-prepared, and although there were many people, it wasn’t too congested.

Heading into a small alley, the crowd was essentially left behind outside.

Braving the midday sun, they ran around outside until the crew announced a half-hour break just before noon.
