"Lord Fourth is holding a eting now, don't worry, he will naturally decide what is better for Sasuke."
Shisui encouraged his friend as he knew he cared a lot for his younger brother.

"No, Kakashi, you are the best suited to teach them; Sasuke is a lot like your younger self, a bit overconfident, so I think you can handle him more easily."
Minato said to Kakashi who's eyelids twitched as he didn't expect his Sensei to have such an opinion of his younger self.

Kurenai took the paper as she said in surprise, looking at the na of her students.

Shikaku said, his face showing a worried expression because of his lazy son.
"Don't worry, Shikaku San, I'll train them to beco an excellent Shinobi."

Yesterday, I learnt sothing that no matter what you do, you can't satisfy everyone.
Ichigo's Template was perfect in my mind, first he doesn't have any Kido or other spells, and only has sword attacks which complints the style in which Kozuki Fights.
His Shikai, Bankai, Hollowfication, amplifies his speed, strength, reaction speed and everything else.
Kozuki only needs the boost provided by Shikai, Bankai etc, and he can deal with the enemy, he isn't soone who would chant a Kido, seriously that isn't his style.
Nearly all captains know Kido maybe Kenpachi doesn't, but he is a lunatic and his character doesn't suit MC.
I won't nerf MC but I won't make him too op and the hint is ( Template Extraction Rate}
So said Ichigo had 95% plot Armor and no Skill, dude, MC extracted the Template not Ichigo himself.
Those who were worried about his arm, with Ichigo Template, your worry should have been gone, but I still read many comnts that Ulquiorra could have been better.
