"Ye Fan?"

"I've never heard of him."

"There's no na of Ye Fan among the young powerhouses of the Immortal Realm."

"To dare participate in the elimination round alone, I respect your bravery. Which faction are you from?"

Balu looked at the Human Clan youth before him with increasing curiosity. A single person participating in the elimination round must either possess overwhelming strength or be ready to abandon the competition.

The young man before him clearly did not intend to give up, given that he dared to block the Beast Clan's path.

At this point, the Beast Clan had already secured more than half of the points in the Tower of Beast. Even if they directly advanced, they would be first in the Tower of Beast. The reason for continuing was to earn even more points and outshine the other four clans.

"Lanyan Royal School."

Ye Fan responded, his expression still inscrutable.

He had co to the Beast Clan's aid to help the Bull Demon Clan. Having secured three points and qualified for the advancent, he had heard about the Bull Demon Clan's elimination by chance. The Bull Demon Clan had done him a great favor, so upon hearing the news, he temporarily abandoned his plan to advance directly.

Earlier, when he was assigned to the Tower of Beasts alone by Mo Li, he hadn't thought much of it. Xiao Yan and Chen Fan understood his situation, knowing well Ye Fan's strength. Others might not be aware of Ye Fan's capabilities, but they trusted Mo Li's arrangent, seeing it as a strategic maneuver--sacrificing points from one trial tower to focus on the others was a tactic they understood.

In the Tower of Beasts, Ye Fan had only one task: to secure three points and advance. This was his first trial, and he was still adjusting. Only after encountering three ill-fated teams and earning the three points did he learn about the Bull Demon Clan's plight.

Ye Fan decided to stand up for the Bull Demon Clan. To be honest, this was his first ti intervening on soone else's behalf, and he wasn't quite sure how to proceed. He dared not smile, fearing it might appear too naive and disrupt the atmosphere.

"Lanyan Royal School?"

"Never heard of it."

Seeing Ye Fan ntion another unfamiliar faction, Balu's patience was wearing thin. His aura began to rise, and dragon-like scales started appearing on his arms.

"Regardless of who you are, which faction you co from, or how strong you are, since you dare stand before , Balu, I will give you a chance for a fair duel. If you can last ten rounds against , I'll let you go!"

With his Half-Dragonman transformation completed, Balu looked even more powerful, resembling a Dragon Clan warrior in armor. He stepped forward, his beast-like eyes fixed on Ye Fan.

"That might not be a good idea."

"If I win, according to the elimination round rules, shouldn't the points from the Beast Clan be mine?"

Hearing this, Ye Fan finally couldn't help but awkwardly scratch the back of his head. He felt that the opponent seed intentionally reluctant to give him points.

"Seeking death!"

At Ye Fan's words, Balu's murderous intent flared up. At this mont, he didn't care about the youth's source of courage; he just wanted to tear him to pieces.

The murderous intent erupted, and Balu charged at Ye Fan with incredible speed, leaving afterimages in the air.

"So fast!"

Ye Fan observed Balu's explosive speed with admiration. Despite the terrifying killing intent, he smiled benignly, appearing sowhat naive and friendly.

"However, I'm not slow either."

Ye Fan whispered softly, his toes lightly tapping the ground as array patterns appeared beneath his feet like ripples on water. At the sa ti, mysterious demonic marks surfaced on his body—this was a demonic technique he had learned from the Bull Demon Clan, capable of unleashing imnse potential for a short period.

By the ti he returned from the Demon Realm, his cultivation had already reached the peak of the Saint level. He could break through and beco an Imperial Realm powerhouse whenever he wished. However, after listening to Gu Lan's teachings, he understood that the path of cultivation required steady progress. To go further along the road of the Great Dao, a solid foundation was essential.

Especially when it ca to breakthroughs—one had to be thoroughly prepared.

Originally, Ye Fan believed he was ready for this breakthrough, but after Gu Lan's words, he realized he was far from prepared. There was still much for him to learn.

Upon returning to the Earthly Realm, Ye Fan diligently trained, while also assisting Great Jing in refining tools and setting up formations. Though he hadn't yet broken through, his strength continued to grow.

Now, facing an opponent of the sa level, a trace of battle intent stirred in his heart.

"Die!"

Balu could tell that Ye Fan's demonic technique was extraordinary, but he didn't take it seriously. He had fought against hundreds, if not thousands, of demons, and most of them had already turned to bones. A human cultivating demonic arts, no matter how powerful, could never surpass a true demon.

For a human to abandon their own techniques and resort to demonic cultivation was, in Balu's eyes, a misguided path—no matter how strong they beca, it could never rival the real thing.

In his hand, Balu summoned a dragon claw, sharp as a blade, and swiped it toward Ye Fan's body. He was confident that if the strike landed, he could tear Ye Fan into several pieces. Even if Ye Fan summoned a treasure to defend himself, Balu believed his dragon claw would pierce through it and gravely injure him.

His dragon claw was nearly as powerful as an imperial weapon, far beyond the defense of ordinary treasures.

To Balu's surprise, however, Ye Fan didn't summon any treasures for defense. Instead, he simply raised his fist, covered in demonic patterns, and punched directly toward the dragon claw. Although the fist seed packed with imnse strength, Balu found it laughable. A human competing with a beast in terms of raw power, especially when Balu had already assud a dragon-like form?

Ye Fan must have gone mad!

Boom!

The dragon claw and fist collided, and Ye Fan was sent flying backward like a sack of sand, crashing ten ters away. This outco was exactly what the beast clan disciples had expected.

What they hadn't expected was that Balu was also blasted backward, and at an even faster speed. He was sent hurtling into a massive boulder a hundred ters away, shattering it upon impact. Though Balu remained uninjured, his eyes were filled with shock and fury.

The strongest among the younger generation of the beast clan had been knocked back by a human in a head-on clash. It was a humiliation he could not tolerate.

"Good!"

"I take back my previous words."

"Today, only one of us will leave this Trial Tower alive!"

Balu's eyes burned with fire, his dragon claws becoming tangible, and his dragon scales shining even brighter. Reinforcing his dragon transformation, his strength surged.

Regardless of the youth's purpose, Balu was determined to tear him apart.
