"Stop acting obstinate and go have so rest. I am afraid you might faint if you insist on acting stubborn," Alfred said staring at her pale face. He did not understand why her face suddenly turn paled when she was alright so minutes ago.

"I can manage... ouch!" Elizabeth who was trying to act strong shouted in pain as she held her lower abdon. Alfred instantly dropped the clothing in his hand when he saw the pained look on her face.

"What's wrong with you? Are you hurt," asked Alfred in a worried tone as he assisted her to the bed.

"Liza, say sothing what is wrong with you? Should we go to the hospital so the doctors can check up on you?" questioned Alfred with concern written over his face.

"There is no need for that. My lower abdon and tummy just hurt slightly but I am sure it will get better after I rest," Elizabeth said as she rested her back against the headboard of the bed. Alfred quickly helped placed pillows at her back to make her more comfortable.

"You said it hurts slightly but from your expression, I guess that is not the case," Alfred said in a calm tone as he stares at the lady whose hand was still on her tummy. Staring at her made his heart hurt.

"Liza, is it perhaps nstrual pains? I can call Jasmine for assistance if that is the case. She will be....,"

"I had my period about a week ago so it isn't nstrual pain. I think the pain is a result of what I ingested earlier," Elizabeth said with clenched teeth. One look at her and you will see that she was in imnse pain.

"Do you an it's food poisoning?" Alfred asked in alarm.

"No Fred, it isn't food poisoning. My system sotis reacts this way to so kind of food but that doesn't an it's food poisoning," Elizabeth put an end to his wild imagination.

"Does that an this is not your first ti experiencing this?" Alfred asked curiously.

"It's not," Elizabeth said before she gently adjusted to a lying position.

"You...,"

"Fred, I need to have so minimum amount of rest so will you please stay quiet for a while. And also leave the unpacking for letter, I will do it after I get better," Elizabeth said in a weak tone as she closed her eyes.

"Ok, have so rest," Alfred said as he stood there staring at her. Even though she had closed her eyes, from the way she was constantly groaning he could see that she was in severe pain.

Goddamn it! Why did I have to be so useless? She is in serious pain and I am around but unfortunately, I can't do anything but watching her groan in pain.

Alfred thought, feeling so helpless. He watched her until her groans gradually died down.

Watching the lady who seems to be asleep now, an idea pops into Alfred's head and imdiately, he dashed out of the room.

"Why didn't I think of going to Jasmine for help earlier," Alfred scolded himself as he knocked on Jasmine and Catherine's hotel room for the third ti.

"It's Alfred so open the door," Alfred said knocking on the door one more ti.

Inside the room, Catherine stares at Jasmine who seems not to be bothered that Alfred has been knocking on the door for a while now.

"Jasmine, are you sure you don't want to et him? From the tone of his voice it seems like what he wants to tell you is very important," Catherine tried to persuade the obstinate Jasmine to answer Alfred's calls.

"Cat, it isn't that I don't want to answer him but I feel like he is too dependent on when it cos to issues concerning his wife so starting from today, I will slowly withdraw from their issue...,"

"Are you saying you will leave him out there because of this reason you stated?" Catherine asked finding Jasmine's behaviour at the mont weird.

"Who says I will leave my sister's beloved husband out there?" asked Jasmine, confusing Catherine even more.

"You are gonna go attend to him. I will be in the bedroom but tell him that I am sleeping ok," Jasmine instructed as she stood up to leave.

"What if he insists on seeing you?" Catherine asked before Jasmine could enter the bedroom.

"You are good on things like that aren't you?" asked Jasmine as she quickly entered the room and shut the door before Catherine could reject her request.

"What exactly is that naughty friend of mine up to? Is she out to frustrate Alfred or is her aim to help the couple out as she said earlier?" Catherine thought aloud staring at the bedroom door before she quickly approached the entrance. She was afraid the hotel managent might complain if he keeps knocking on the door like that.

The mont she opened the door, the impatient Alfred entered the room.

"Where is Jasmine?" Alfred asked scrutinising the room for any sign of Jasmine.

"She is asleep," Catherine lied just like Jasmine had asked her to do.

"Call her right now, I need to talk to her. It is very urgent," Alfred said sounding very impatient.

"Alfred Jasmine warned not to disturb her sleep for anything in this world. You know how she can be when provoked. Neither your nor I will be able to handle the consequences...,"

"I will bear the consequences alone so just call her out here. I need to urgently talk to her. I am afraid sothing bad will happen to Liza if we waste a minute more," Alfred said as he tried to force his way towards the bedroom door but Catherine quickly obstructed his path.

"Alfred instead of trying to force your way into a single ladies room, calm down and tell what is wrong with Liza. Who knows I might be able to help you more than Jasmine would have done?" The nervous Catherine manage to say in a composed tone before she stole a glance at the brown bedroom door.
