"So Jack is actually embarking on a trip because of that promiscuous lady? If she thinks that she will reap where she never sowed then she is very wrong. I won't let her take Jack away from no matter what," Jane said with gritted teeth before she dialled soone's line.
"Find out every detail about Jasmine's Avans trip. I want the details of the country and hotel she will be lounging in. I want the information in an hour," ordered Jane in a cold tone. She disconnected the call after she received a response from the receiver.
"Let's wait and see how she will have the chance to seduce my man with around," Jane said grinning wickedly. She thought she had won. Jane went to her office and patiently waited for her n to call. The instant her cell phone rang and she got a glimpse of the caller ID, her heart leapt for joy.
Jane left the office after booking a sick leave. On her way back ho she quickly filled Rose line. She could not wait to share her plans with her best friend.
"Sorry, but the trip is just so soon. My dad won't give the permission to leave the mall and go on the trip on such short notice," Rose explained in a sad tone as she halted and find a suitable place to stand in the busy mall.
Rose Henry, an average beautiful lady is the only daughter of her parent. The Henry's own the biggest mall in the City. Henry's mall was among the three biggest malls in the country. As the only successor of the family, she was made to work in the mall even before she graduated from University. Her father always made all the decisions when it cos to the affairs of the mall. Mrs Henry is a woman who lives a life of luxury. She can spend millions of dollars in a day that is why Mr Henry doesn't let her go close to the account books. He does everything by himself.
"Sadly, you won't be able to make it but it's ok. I can manage just fine," said Jane in a sad tone. Her disappointnt was evident in her voice.
The two continued talking until Jane finally disconnected the call. The mont she got ho Jane began preparing for her trip. Her parents who went out ca back and t her packing her things. The two people were surprised to see their daughter packing but seeing how impatient she was they both waited for her to finish with the packing.
While Jackson was busy preparing for his flight, Jasmine and her partners were already at their destination.
"Yeah, I am back in the Maldives!" Jasmine yelled the mont they ca down in front of their booked hotel.
"Yeah, it's cool to be back here once again. The sll of the ocean breeze makes feel nostalgic," Catherine said as she spreads her hand.
"Sa here, I love this feeling. I am in love with this location you choose. I admit this is one of your strengths, Jasmine. You did a really good job," Elizabeth praised as she smiled radiantly. Alfred standing beside Elizabeth stares at the ladies. He felt so happy to see that they were happy with the location.
"Ladies, I think that is enough for now. We can visit the beach after we are done unpacking or what do you think?" Alfred said minutes later when the ladies showed no signs of leaving.
"That is aweso!" Jasmine remarked her smile broadening even more.
"Co let's go now," Alfred said as he led the way. The ladies followed him after they took a quick look at their surroundings.
After Jasmine and Catherine finished unpacking their things, they both sat down to talk.
"Jasmine, while on the trip you aren't gonna hang out with Alfred very often like you always do right? You know it's gonna cause a misunderstanding...,"
"Cat, I am not stupid to do such a thing. I know I like Alfred but my feelings are not romantic. I like him because he is my sister's husband. I won't dare co in between them for anything in this world," said Jasmine in a serious tone.
"And besides I brought up this idea of them going on a trip because I wanted them to bond. I want to be called an aunt very soon so why will I ruin my dream with my hands?" Jasmine asked beaming at Catherine.
"Haha... an aunt? With their current relationship your dream of becoming an aunt is far from being achieved," Catherine said smiling broadly.
"How can it be far from getting achieved when I, Jasmine is here?" Jasmine said grinning mischievously.
"What evil plans do you have in stock for them? You aren't gonna do sothing crazy right?" asked Catherine in a suspicious tone.
"Watch and see what I will do to bring them close to each other," said Jasmine, her words making Catherine even more curious. With how fast her best friends head cos up with naughty things, she could not guess what crazy plan Jasmine had co up with. She could not help but pity the husband and wife who were oblivious to what the little devil was planning.
While Jasmine and Catherine had finished unpacking, Elizabeth and Alfred hadn't even started unpacking their things.
Alfred sitting on the bed staring into space stood up when his eyes t their luggage sitting in the middle of the room. The mont he reached the wardrobe, Elizabeth who was previously in the restroom ca out rubbing her tummy like she was in pain. Elizabeth rushed to his side when she saw what he was about to do.
"Let do it," Elizabeth said as she held the clothing in his possession. She pulled it closer to herself.
"No, leave it to . I will unpack it," Alfred insisted as he tried to pull the clothing away from her grip but Elizabeth refused to let go.
