After making their decisions, they set about their tasks separately. Dugu Qianye pulled Mo Feng into the Alchemy Room, while Zi Xiao tailored a plan for each individual, even bringing in people from the Dark Clan to serve as sparring partners. It was because the Dark Clan had been trained according to his plans before, and the results were quite impressive, so this ti a few formidable individuals were brought in to match against those from the Mo Family. Hao Pengyou and Dugu Yixuan also joined, but not as sparring partners—they were the ones being trained.
Two days later, Zi Xiao had sorted out everyone’s intensive training schedule. When everyone saw their own specialized training thods, their jaws almost dropped. Those were precisely the areas where each person was lacking! Just who was Zi Xiao, able to devise a special training plan for each person in such a short ti, and so accurately at that?!
After learning of this, Dugu Qianye also wondered, who exactly was Zi Xiao? He was definitely more than just the Pavilion Master of the Xuanyue Continent’s Secret Pavilion; even Qie Yue and Hei Zi were not like ordinary people. Their rate of advancent was as if it was under their own control!
Although she had her doubts, she didn’t ask any further. If he didn’t tell her, it could only an that it wasn’t yet ti for her to know, or that it wasn’t the right ti for her to be inford.
If Zi Xiao knew what Dugu Qianye was thinking, he would certainly grab her and drag her into his world, then gobble her up in one bite!
In the ti that followed, they each carried on with their tasks—Zi Xiao was responsible for training the Mo Family mbers. Initially there were so awkward adjustnts, but after being rcilessly scorned by Ci Hun, they gradually straightened out their attitudes. Dugu Qianye created an alchemy plan for Mo Feng; a few pointers from her from ti to ti were all that was needed.
When she had so ti, she would go outside to listen to the news and understand the current situation. One day, as she was wandering outside, pondering over what she had heard—that the Feng Family intended to cause trouble at the Mo Family’s grand assembly—she didn’t notice the person in front of her and bumped right into them.
"I’m sorry, I wasn’t paying attention... Old Brother Zhou?" Dugu Qianye ca back to her senses after the collision and quickly apologized. It was only when she looked up did she realize it was Zhou Hai.
Zhou Hai, too, was aimlessly wandering the streets, and didn’t mind having been bumped into. However, when he suddenly heard the other person calling him "Old Brother Zhou", he looked and discovered he did not know her.
Seeing Zhou Hai’s puzzled expression, Dugu Qianye lowered her voice, saying, "Old Brother Zhou, it’s , Qianye. Co with first. "
When Zhou Hai heard it was Dugu Qianye, he followed her in surprise, back to the hotel where she was staying.
"You’re Qianye?" in Dugu Qianye’s room, Zhou Hai looked at her and asked.
Dugu Qianye took off her mask, and Zhou Hai imdiately recognized her as the girl he had t in the Blue Sea. Seeing her in n’s clothing, he laughed heartily, "How did you make yourself look like this?"
"In a fit of anger last ti, I wiped out a branch of the Feng Family. Now I’ve only got this disguise to lay low," Dugu Qianye said with a shrug.
"Haha, I’ve heard about that too. I never expected soone as petite as you to do such earth-shattering deeds!"
Dugu Qianye smiled, taking his words as a complint. Seeing him alone, she asked out of curiosity, "Old Brother Zhou, why are you by yourself? Where is your sister-in-law?"
At the ntion of Mo Qiuhua, Zhou Hai’s face imdiately darkened, "She’s been taken back to the family."
Dugu Qianye felt a pang of anxiety, asking, "Have you been discovered?"
Zhou Hai nodded, responding, "We were discovered by the Mo Family not long after we split. We ran for a while, but still... She was taken back to the Mo Family’s main house. They said they would decide her punishnt at this family grand assembly. After all, she was the first lady to go against the family’s wishes and elope with soone."
"So that’s why you ca here?" Dugu Qianye asked.
"Yes. When we were captured, she threatened them with her own life to let the Mo Family release . It was only because those who captured us didn’t have high status and didn’t dare to really take her life. Now that she’s returned to the clan, I’m not sure what kind of punishnt she’ll face. Although I can’t rescue her, I absolutely can’t let her face it alone!" Zhou Hai’s voice was a bit hoarse as he spoke.
Dugu Qianye felt sowhat guilty and said, "If we hadn’t acted rashly then and killed the people from the Divine Temple, you wouldn’t have been forced to leave, and you wouldn’t have been separated."
"This isn’t your fault. Even if that hadn’t happened, we wouldn’t have been able to stay there for long," Zhou Hai not only didn’t bla them but also comforted them.
"Brother Zhou, you shouldn’t go to the Mo Family now. I will be at their clan eting too, so you should co with when the ti cos," Dugu Qianye said, "If you go now, you won’t be able to rescue her, and you’ll end up getting yourself captured too. When the clan eting happens, we’ll find an opportunity to rescue her. The best outco would be for them to recognize your relationship, and then both of you could be openly together in the future."
Zhou Hai had originally planned to go to the Mo Family in a couple of days, but hearing Dugu Qianye say she had a way to take him there, he decided to stay and go with her.
Dugu Qianye opened a room for him next to hers, and thinking that Mo Feng’s guidance was almost done, she didn’t return to the Refining Demon Pot and started practicing in her own room.
Thinking of the Water Domain she had touched upon last ti by the seaside, and the Water Spiritual Pearl in her body, a sudden idea ca to her: Could the Water Spiritual Pearl accelerate the formation of a domain?
With this thought, she once again focused her Divine Sense on the Water Spiritual Pearl. That cool and gentle feeling made her extraordinarily comfortable, washing away the fatigue from her body. She slowly attuned herself to it, faintly hearing the sound of waves, which gradually grew louder. When she opened her eyes, she found herself standing in a body of water, surrounded by undulating waves.
Was this... the Water Domain?
Her Water Domain!
Dugu Qianye excitedly looked around at the vast expanse of sea with nothing else in sight. With a thought, the water in front of her slowly surged upwards, and then ford a hundred-ter-long Water Dragon!
She contemplated further, and the sky suddenly poured down rain, though the droplets were sharp like fine needles. If they struck a person, they would cause considerable harm.
Dugu Qianye didn’t expect to grasp the Water Domain so quickly; there must be a connection to the Water Spiritual Pearl!
Visualizing another scene, she opened her eyes to find that, just as she imagined, the sea around her had beco tempestuous, all except for the calm area where she stood!
Dugu Qianye kept practicing, solidifying the firmness of her domain. She certainly didn’t want her domain to shatter upon contact with another’s. It was only after she felt it was enough that she left the domain. As soon as she did, she heard soone knocking at the door.
She hurried off the bed, hearing her bones crackling. Upon opening the door, she saw Zhou Hai standing outside.
"Brother Zhou?"
Seeing Dugu Qianye open the door, Zhou Hai said, "You finally opened the door. I’ve been knocking for a whole day."
Dugu Qianye invited Zhou Hai into the room and asked, "Is there sothing you needed from , Brother Zhou?"
