Nev is currently trying to remove the protection charms outside the door of the Breeder. The Kneazle didn't know the correct address, but it did provide many landmarks that bought him here.
"Okay. Done. 'Alohomora'' Using the unlocking charm, Nev finally entered the store via the back door.
Inside the shop, the space was too large, and it was clear that the extension charm was used here. Nev moved carefully trying to make sure the beasts don't alert the breeder before he manages to catch him. After checking three rooms that were empty, when Nev finally heard a voice coming from another door, he quickly hid behind the door and waited for the opportunity.
"These bastards... I feed them and yet they try to bite ! ! I gave them life and I can ...." before the evil breeder could finish his evil monologue, Nev hit him with a stunning charm and a fainting charm to get him under control.
"Well, he sure had very poor awareness of his surroundings. Anyway, let's see what goodies you got here and what secrets are you hiding."
Nev used his wand and made the breeder float before putting him on a chair. Then he tied him properly using the transfiguration and made sure, the breeder had no wand or any other magic items.
When the breeder woke up slightly, Nev fed him three drops of veritaserum to get clear answers without any drama.
"Speak, why do you torture your animals?" Nev asked the first question he wanted to know. This was the only question that truly mattered to him.
"What torture? I am keeping them alive and feeding them and all they have to do is fuck with each other and make so babies. Yet, these beasts...mindless beaststhey attack and try to escape. Who do they think they are? I am their breeder. Their life-giver and their god. They should respect , but they don't.
No one respects . So, I make them. Just like my father and my mother. I made them respect . Is this torture? No. This is training."
The breeder was clearly unhinged and there was sothing seriously wrong with him.
"What happens to the beasts who don't respect you even after all the training?" Nev just asked casually. He already believed this guy will kill all the beasts who don't accept his thod and beco docile.
"What else can I do? I can't waste at. Can I? Beasts or not, they all have so at. These winged beasts just take like chickens. You must fry them deeply first. Oh! They taste so good when they are young." The breeder then said sothing that horrified Nev.
HE WAS NOT KILLING THESE BEASTS BUT EATING THEM. DEVOURING WHEN THEY ARE YOUNG! A human/wizard is eating the beasts when they are kids, and he enjoys that. Sick!
"Asshole" Nev grabbed the nearby chair and smashed it on the breeder's head. Without giving any more thought, he dragged the slightly confused breeder inside his suitcase and then threw him in front of the Kneazle.
"Here. You can punish him the way you want. I will not interfere. He is yours." Without caring if the Kneazle understood him or not, he walked out of the habitat and then closed his suitcase.
This world had enough filth, and it was better as he just cleared so. Taking deep breaths and clearing his mind of emotions, he decided to have a look at this horror house.
"What kind of animals are you?" Nev found a group of snake type winged birds but he had no idea what species they were. However, this small nest of 10-15 birds were clearly at the point of starvation.
"Well, I think there must be so at left from Diana. Wait little cuties."
Nev hurriedly went back inside his suitcase and took out so small at chunks, cut them further into smaller pieces and then fed these birds.
These serpentine birds were of blue colour and had green-blue feathers and a small crown on top of their head. There were constantly making so noise and it seed like they talked in parseltongue.
"Well, you guys eat the at while I check others." He said before dropping more at pieces in the nest and leaving them.
In this way, one by one, Nev, found all the beasts that were kept in this store. Most of them were malnourished except a lucky few who were kept in the front of the store. It seems, these guys beca docile for their master and escaped the fate of being dinner or breakfast.
In the end, Nev picked up the famous book Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them from the front of the store and made a list of the animals he wanted to rescue. He is not interested in rescuing owls and frogs or mix-breed cats as any other pet store would gladly take these regular pets.
He wanted to rescue the rare ones which are generally taken in by potion masters or farm keepers. These animals required large space and were unfit for dostication inside a ho.
After an hour, he had a small inventory of serpentine birds the Occamy, 2 eggs of Horned Serpent and five young Demiguise (white monkey type beast). These were clearly rare and Nev was more than happy to bring these kids to a new ho.
Thankfully they are young, and he can train them just like Diana otherwise if these were adults, he would have to make deals with them like the Kneazle and it was not sothing he wanted to do on a large scale.
Leaving the store, he decided to give a signal to the Aurors in the area about the horrific situation here.
He broke the front window of the store and then used sonorous on the animals before telling them to make noise. After a minute, the whole street was filled with the loud cries of animals and Neville was gone from the area. By the ti Aurors ca, local wizards were already shocked to find so many mistreated pets in their area and then the animals caged inside the stores were rescued.
Neville was very happy when he ca back to his hotel room and then decided to have a talk with his new Kneazle. Inside the suitcase habitat room, one can find a mauled corpse of the inhuman breeder and the new living guest, tired and bloody.
"Well, it seems you need rest, food and a proper wash for now. Isn't it?" Nev chuckled looking unfazed at the bloody cat. He trusted his senses and he could feel the cat trusted him too.
"Well let's go back ho. I think my elves can help in taking care of all of you." Coming out of the suitcase, Nev decided to end his small adventure trip in Egypt and head back ho.
All in all, he t Diana and also found new possible playmates for her.
