Hours later, when Pansy woke up that she found Neville sleeping on a hospital bed opposite to her. She had no idea what ti it was but considering the darkness outside the window, she felt it was midnight or sothing like that.
She moved cautiously closer to Neville's bed and saw that he had so moonstones placed near his bed along with so potions. Maybe this was to replenish the lost magical reserve. Moonstones were natural magic batteries in a sense and commonly found near any waterbody. They were used as a powder in many potions or bigger ones were used in making runic objects.
Anyway, her focus was on Neville's face. There were a few scratches on his chubby cheeks and Pansy found these looked good on him.
"Neville, how can you be so brave?" She asked herself looking at the boy. She clearly rembered the ti when they were attacked. While Neville, the fat boy in Griffyindor was fighting the dark wizard, she was hiding behind the tree hoping that it will protect her. She was so powerless at that mont.
"I promise you, next ti, I will be there. I won't hide behind a tree but stand by your side. Just get better, Okay." Pansy tried to give herself so confidence and rubbed Neville's hair lightly.
"I have no friends in my house. Even Daphnee...Milli and others bully . Draco never talked to again after the Troll thing. Why do they hate ? Only you send a gift on Christmas but everyone ignored . Please be fine Neville. Okay. " Saying her monologue, Pansy looked sideways. Finding that she was alone with Nev, she kissed him on his cheeks very lightly and then moved back to her bed.
Unknown to her, Neville woke up the mont she ca near to his bed. After the incident in the forest, the mont he gained consciousness, he checked his surroundings. His magic echo told him that there was only Pansy around him and the whole room was empty.
When Pansy ca close to him, he decided to ignore her and pretended to be asleep. How could he know that little lolita would dive deeper into her feelings and even plant a kiss before leaving? How the hell an 11-year-old girl even knows these things.
Putting these thoughts aside, he was thinking about how to react to this incident in the morning. His plan for the first year was to be a normal invisible kid in his house and that plan had literally been thrown out of the window ever since he involved himself with others.
What should he do now? He was trying to avoid Dumbledore but because of his thinking, he had to face Voldemort unplanned and unprepared. What would happen if Voldemort had other helpers or minions next ti? Should he avoid Dumbledore and let him play chess with his life?
"It seems Dumbledore needs to go. Temporarily and then permanently. Can't have this old psycho running my life. He wants Harry potter to save the world but what about ? I need to put so chains on him. Think Nev think.
Should I give him that cursed Marvolo Gaunt's Ring and let him die this year?
Nope too soon. Too soon for this. Maybe in the third year where I can benefit from his death but not now. What else? What else???.... Yes, his power...Chief Warlock. He is supposed to have the power to oversee all that parliantary affairs and court procedures. But when did he change any rules or gave the correct justice?
There is Harry's godfather 'Sirius Black' that can ruin him but for this, I will need Ron's mouse. Hmm... what if...yup..that can do. So, if I choose next year to reveal that mouse and manage to free the dog, I might ruin a lot of his reputation.
Hmm...A free Sirius Black who distrusts Dumbledore and Harry Potter who listens to his Godfather more than the headmaster might bring so better change. Fuck this ga of chess! Since you think you can control all the players...let flip the board for you.
But since I was attacked now, I think I should give you so gifts. Why wait till the end of the year for the Grand reveal when we can have a grand reveal now?!"
Making so new plans in his head and having a villain style laugh ( He HA HA HA), Neville decided to go back to his peaceful dreams. He already got attacked by one noseless bastard once and that was enough for one year. The next morning, there was a lot of noise in the great hall at the breakfast ti. All the kids were gossiping about the loose dark wizard who attacked Hogwarts students.
Neville along with Pansy was already discharged in the morning so they were also sitting at their respective tables. Neville ca directly to the breakfast table so his dorm mates had surrounded him. Harry and Ron were already asking a ton of questions before Dumbledore ca.
"Silence!" Dumbledore declared and all kids stopped the chattering. Everyone was focused on him.
"There are rumours going about a very powerful dark wizard, an immortal vampire and even a loose Dentor on the school grounds but I assure you such rumours are baseless. After all, it was the first-year students who ended up fighting and then defeating a dark wizard. And I am sure we all know how powerful our first-year students are. So let's not make this bigger than this is in reality."
This cald a lot of students, especially the seniors. An 11-year-old child fought a dark wizard and defeated him. Since he is no harry potter, it only makes sense that the dark wizard was weak and non-threatening for others.
Knowing this, a majority of students lost interest in this topic but Neville felt a fire burning inside him.
"Neville, is this true mate?" Dean asked Neville whispering and Neville forced himself to act calm.
"I don't know. I think whoever it was, he was very dark and certainly not weak. Why don't you ask Ron and Harry? They were also in the forest. Tell , Harry, did you fight with that Dark Wizard?" Neville replied while diverting the questions to Harry. He was also curious about their experience.
" and Ron saw him. He was drinking the blood of a Unicron. Before he could attack us, Firenze, he is a centaur, ca for our rescue and saved us. Then he along with a few others of his tribe chased that man. Firenze told , he could be Voldemort who ca to steal the philosopher's stone. Only he would so desperate to commit such an act so that he can live a little longer."
