Jianghan Traditional Chinese dicine Youth Activity Center.

Today is the official inauguration of the Youth Palace.

Lu Jiu, Huang Fusheng, Shen Congwei, along with a group of dical staff and relevant leaders from the Health and Wellness Committee and the Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau attended the unveiling ceremony.

After the ceremony, all the staff were in position.

There are many activity boards at the Youth Palace.

But the main focus is still on traditional Chinese dicine.

Currently, Lu Jiu has hired teachers for calligraphy, guqin, traditional Chinese painting, and also chess, Go, martial arts coaches, and Chinese classics teachers.

Among them, the Chinese classics teachers are quite similar to traditional Chinese dicine teachers, with three in total, while the other subjects only have one or two teachers.

The reason Lu Jiu hired so many Chinese classics teachers is because the foundation of ancient Chinese literature is very important in studying traditional Chinese dicine.

Understanding ancient Chinese literature makes learning traditional Chinese dicine much more efficient.

Of course, ancient Chinese texts are not too difficult.

Works like "Enlarged Adages" or the "Three Character Classic" are all content from ancient children’s enlightennt education.

In terms of teaching, Lu Jiu doesn’t have many requirents, only one: it must be fun.

To be honest, kids today are already tired enough, whether at school or at ho.

Many children feel overwheld by the pressure of learning.

If they are forced to study at a place like the Youth Palace, what difference would it make from a tutoring center?

Therefore, Lu Jiu doesn’t require these teachers to impart a lot of knowledge to the children, just to have fun with them.

If children are genuinely interested in sothing, they won’t need you to teach them; they’ll beg to learn it from you and won’t feel tired at all.

With the Youth Palace running, the next step is to team up with the TV station for a traditional Chinese dicine knowledge competition.

Yan Sansi had already prepared the plan, just waiting for the day when Lu Jiu’s Youth Palace was inaugurated.

...

Jianghan TV Station.

Program Departnt.

"Alright, alright, I understand, okay, we’ll start to push forward imdiately. Have you already inford the Education Bureau? That’s great, by the way, the competition venue is at the Youth Palace, right? What about the judges? Provincial dical experts, alright, this lineup is impeccable, alright, Dean Lu, we’re starting right away."

After finishing the call with Lu Jiu, Yan Sansi notified everyone in the program departnt team chat to gather for a eting.

Ten minutes later, in the third-floor eting room.

Yan Sansi and colleagues from the program departnt were already seated in the office.

"The traditional Chinese dicine knowledge competition that I ntioned last ti can now be launched. Brother Liu, Haozi, Teacher Guo, each of you will be responsible for one cara position—one for filming the judges, one for the contestants, and one for the host."

"Xiao Mo, you take the new interns for interviews, mainly interviewing so children and parents. Rember, every child and parent must be interviewed; these shots are very important."

"Juanjuan, the contestant number plates and judge na signs should be prepared in advance. There will be a lot of participants in this event, and we are not only going to broadcast it on TV but also select so outstanding contestants to make short videos for TikTok."

"Of course, besides filming people, make sure to get plenty of shots of the Youth Palace. Before this event kicks off, we will also produce a special feature on the Youth Palace to build anticipation for the event. Brother Jing, you’re the best at making specials, so it’s up to you this ti too."

"Lastly, for the live broadcast, Xiao Zhang, you’re the best with TikTok live streams. You’ll team up with Tech President Zhu, and the rest of the team will handle the logistics."

"Alright, those are the main points. The detailed plan is outlined in the docunt I posted in the group chat, so you can go through it on your own. Let’s now discuss the specific details."

After Yan Sansi finished speaking, other colleagues started to chi in.

"Brother Yan, is this event charging a fee?" Cao Jing asked.

Organizing such events takes a lot of ti and requires everyone to give up their rest ti, so this ti is usually compensated as overti, thus sponsorship is always considered. Without it, the event is typically not pursued as it would be a financial loss.

Yan Sansi laughed and said, "Of course there is a fee; Dean Lu is providing three hundred thousand, which will be settled imdiately after the event, with no delays."

Oh?

Hearing this, everyone was quite surprised.

Three hundred thousand isn’t considered high for the standard costs of a TV station event.

But it’s rare for anyone to settle the paynt on ti.

There have even been instances where goods were used to settle debts.

Once, they carried out an event where the sponsor was a liquor seller, and when it was ti to settle the final paynt after the event, the sponsor said they were out of money and could only use liquor for compensation.

In the end, the TV station had no choice but to accept the liquor and distribute it to employees as wages.

"Brother Yan, this Chinese dicine knowledge competition is limited to young participants; won’t there be a lack of contestants on the day?"

"I think the sa. Even I don’t understand traditional Chinese dicine; can those kids grasp it?"

"Don’t forget, the Experintal Primary School in our city offers traditional Chinese dicine classes."

"But what can they learn?"

"Even if they learn sothing, I bet it’s not much. They might end up knowing nothing when questioned onstage. Will such a competition be worth watching?"

"Why does it matter? We’re getting paid, so we do it. Whether the results are good doesn’t concern us."

"..."

Yan Sansi laughed and said, "No need to worry about participants. Dean Lu has already coordinated with the Education Bureau; a few hundred, if not a thousand, participants are assured. As for the contest’s outco, kids appearing on cara are entertaining regardless of their performance."

"Juanjuan, your child’s every little move can make your group chat buzz for days. Your social dia might beco a collection of your son’s antics in the future."

Feng Juanjuan laughed, "Hahaha, isn’t becoming a parent all just for the fun of it?"

The crowd burst into laughter at the remark.

A mont later, Yan Sansi raised his hand to signal for quiet.

"Alright, we’ll start preparations tomorrow. Provide with two contact numbers for the participant registration, and I’ll report them to Dean Lu so he can notify students’ parents to sign up. Also, today we’ll go to the Youth Palace and set up the competition venue, aiming to complete all preparations within a week."

...

Nanyuan District.

"Grandma, I want to participate in the competition." Jiang Zeshen ran into the kitchen after dropping his schoolbag at ho.

Jiang Zeshen’s grandmother, Wu i, smiled, "What competition?"

Jiang Shizhong laughed, "A traditional Chinese dicine knowledge competition. He’s been talking about it since he got out of school. He said it’s sothing their teacher encouraged them to join."

Wu i smiled and said, "My grandson knows so much; he definitely should participate. By the way, are there any prizes?"

Jiang Zeshen replied, "Yes, just registering gets you an excellence award certificate, three Chinese dicine manga books -- I already have them. Grandma, the first place prize is a certificate signed by a National Master of Chinese dicine, plus a five thousand yuan bonus and a set of dical books."

"Grandma, I’m sure I can win first place."

Wu i smiled, "If my grandson says he can, then he surely can. But don’t put too much pressure on yourself; it’s alright if we don’t get first place."

Jiang Zeshen shook his head, "No way, I’m going for first."

This child...

Wu i didn’t want to dampen his confidence, "Alright, let’s aim for first place. Now go wash your hands and get ready for dinner."
