It was now the fourth day of the event.

Today, the championship battle for each division will comnce.

There were only four battles that would comnce today.

The number of people who were in the crowd was no less than the previous days. Although there were only four battles, each of them would determine who would be crowned as champion in each division.

In the freshn summoner division, Gasper will fight a man nad Krurin, a well-known genius in the Red Family that was said to be the second coming of Don.

In the freshn martial artist division, a man nad Kyron from another well-known martial artist family will fight with the Red Family mber woman nad Patricia. Both of them were equally strong and it was still vague who would win between the two.

In the sophomore summoner division, Erika, who dominated the division, will fight with a guy nad Tyron. This ti, none of the crowd expected that Tyron would win over Erika, and the crowd had no expectation over their battle as they already knew who would be the eventual winner.

The sa thing could be said to the sophomore martial artist division. Victor Hall was also the expected winner in his end due to the fighting prowess he showed during the entire event and from the past.

What the crowd wanted to see was the rematch between Erika and Victor that would eventually happen tomorrow during the final event.

For the crowd, the freshn division’s final match up was much more exciting compared to the sophomore, so they ca here mainly to see the freshn fights today.

At the entrance of the academy, Miguel listened to the discussion of the people around him as he walked forward along with Aaliyah and Edith.

The crowd that consists of both students and parents parted ways, making way for them as they saw him and the two approached their location.

As he listened, Miguel learned and heard so interesting things.

Apparently, a particular rcenary group already has so leads regarding that beast in the Northern Crest Woods.

Aside from that, he also heard their discussions on who would win in today’s match up.

As he walked away, Miguel also heard that there was actually a betting table set up not far away from their location.

This betting table was put up in secret, but in truth, it was like an open secret, and even so teachers in the academy knew of its existence.

Miguel got curious so he went over to take a look.

After walking for a few minutes, Miguel finally found the area that he heard from the crowd earlier.

After observing for a while, Miguel approached the area that was flocking with people.

Most of them were bettors and so had already put their bets on their favorites to win.

When the people saw him coming over, the person in-charge had a clear blank look on his face. It seems that he was aware of his identity, and he was now pondering if he should make a run for it.

After all, even though this was an open-secret kind of thing, setting up a gambling table was still prohibited inside the academy.

However, seeing that Elder Journey has no ill intention for coming here, he decided not to flee for the ti being and just observe his actions.

Miguel approached him and said, "What are the rules for betting?"

The person in-charge’s eyes obviously lit up upon hearing his question as it truly implies that he was not here to cause trouble.

In truth, Elder Journey was not the first teacher to co here to bet or gamble. This was also the reason why the person in-charge did not run off imdiately upon seeing him.

Realizing his attitude over this matter, the man did not waste any more ti and imdiately explained how to bet to him.

Apparently, it was just a simple betting ga. One can choose and take a bet on who’s gonna be the winner. If they win the bet, then all the bettors will share the total bet of the opposing team after the table deducts their share.

For that, each bettor can only bet the sa amount as the others, nothing more nothing less so that they could share the opposite bets equally.

After explaining the simple rule, the person in-charge then showed Miguel the list of nas in which he could bet his money on. It also showed how many people had put a wager on a certain participant.

After taking a quick glance, Miguel saw that there were little to no wager in the sophomore division.

Erika and Victor’s lines in particular were devoid of any bets as everyone was already clear that they would win their respective matches. No one dared to bet on their lines anymore as everyone knew that they would not win anything as no one would bet on the opponent’s side.

Glancing down, Miguel noticed that there were a lot of bettors in the freshn division. A quick glance and he realized that there were over three hundred bettors in total.

There were only a few dozen people who put their bet on Gasper while his opponent had around two hundred or more.

This ans that more people thought that Gasper would lose to his opponent.

He glanced down and realized that the freshn martial artist division has a balance wager amount.

Only Gasper’s line looked one sided with more people betting on his opponent to win.

"Why are there only a few people betting on this guy, is he that weak?" Edith, who could no longer contain her curiosity, finally asked straightforwardly.

Aaliyah also looked over, her ears perked up, curious about the reason as well. She knew for sure that Gasper was not weak. For her, it was still a question on who would win between him and his opponent.

This was also the reason for Edith’s confusion.

Miguel did not need to think too much to know the real reason behind such a situation.

However, just as he was about to answer, the person in-charge chuckled and answered on his behalf.
