Sigh!!

A heavy sigh of remorse escaped from his lips. A man sat at a desk filled with all sorts of papers.

The stacks were in disarray, and parchnts had been flying here and there.

Looking at the cadets entering this year, he wanted to either crack his head to pass out or resign from the post, but he could do neither.

"Bastard... These pieces of shit..."

"I am sure these bastards were born in the sa year just to bite my ass. Otherwise, how the hell is it possible to have three Dukes’ heirs and a Prince entering in the sa year? On top of that, we already have that Princess from the Republic and the temple paladins."

"DAMN!"

"THESE ETERNALLY DAMNED PIECES OF SHIT!"

"I didn’t sign for this."

He could not help but curse aloud, wondering why he committed this grave mistake and beca a Demi-God only to be tornted by these little shits.

Yes, he was one of the three Demi-Gods, whom humanity revered and worshiped as Monarchs, possessing the the Mystery of Wisdom.

rlin Starcaster, the Principal of Nexus Academy.

Nexus Academy was the sole academy of the Nexerian Empire and was situated on an island south of the Empire.

The Magic Tower and Knights Association were also under Nexus Academy.

No one could discredit the influence of the academy on the Empire, but that was also the problem.

The higher the influence, the more difficult it was to manage and maintain it.

People tried funny things every ti they got a chance, but this ti things were more serious than they looked.

The reason?

The heirs of the Dukes would be attending.

If this wasn’t enough, then there was the son of the Grand Duke, whom the entire world was watching.

This wasn’t right.

Then here ca one of the Princes of the Empire when we already had two Princesses as seniors.

One from the Empire, one from the Republic...

He could already see the devastation and war breaking out every day.

The last ti sothing like this happened was almost a hundred years ago when such people gathered, and the result—

The entire academy was on the verge of being wiped out.

"Fucking hell... At this age, I can’t keep up with the brats... I need my retirent..."

CRUNG!

He rang the bell and called his assistant.

"Yes, Sir, what do you need?"

"Inform Alia... I have so important work to do, so I will take my leave from the academy. In my absence, she will be the one in charge."

"Are you perhaps running away?"

"What do you an by that? How blasphemous..." he scread, averting his gaze. But unable to proceed further, he snapped his fingers and disappeared.

Looking at the empty seat, Rico sighed, ruffling his hair. He was grood personally by rlin.

At the beginning, he thought he was blessed to be taught by such a person, but later he found that he was taken in so that he could do the work of this guy.

"Sigh..."

"I should start buying earplugs, otherwise Professor Alia might make bleed with curses."

As he sighed, he looked at the empty seat once again, and that made him wonder.

Just how the hell did this guy with such a foul mouth beco the Virtue of Wisdom?

The world was really dood to gift the Mystic Wisdom.

"Hey, are you cursing again?" a sound erupted from the sky.

"Of course not..." Rico’s lips twitched.

.....

In the Nova.

"What the..."

My eyes widened, and my throat beca dry as my mouth opened wide due to the unbelievable scene.

I looked at my mother, who had wrapped her hands around my neck and rubbed her soft skin against my cheek.

It was a heavenly feeling, especially coming from soone whom I could rank as the most beautiful person, and I always felt that I might have done many good deeds to be the son of such a loving lady.

Ignoring that, I was too surprised because of what my father was holding.

The Heavenly Sword Tempest is one of the heirlooms of the Novas.

A sword made from a legendary Blood Dragon that rampaged in ancient tis.

According to legend, he had the power to oppose Gods and was claid as the Sovereign of Dragons, but was cut down by a group of heroes led by his ancestor, Haven Nova.

"Father, did you hit your head?"

Eryk’s expression stiffened upon hearing this.

"What happened? Don’t you like it?"

"No, I absolutely love it."

Eryk then waved his hand. "I am giving you this because I don’t need it."

"Why?"

"Stop asking questions and take this." Saying this, he threw the sword, making my heart skip a beat.

"AAHH!"

Screaming, I jumped up and caught the sword with trembling hands.

Just as I marveled at the piece of art, an illuminating light erupted, almost blinding . Then, in the next second, the sword beca smaller, with a long handle and a stick-like reddish blade.

The hybrid draconic poml and the exquisite blade disappeared as if they had never existed.

"What is this shit?" I roared and looked at my father in horror.

"Father, did you scam ?" Complaining, I shifted my gaze to my mother, asking for justice.

In response, Elara just giggled while continuing to rub my hair. It seed she was quite fond of hair.

"Eryk, explain it to him properly."

"Ahem!"

Eryk coughed, clearing his throat, and explained.

"Noel, this blade has a reset function. Every ti a new guardian holds this sword, it will revert to its primitive form. To use its full power, you need to make it grow."

"How do I grow it?"

"By defeating enemies and making them drink their blood."

"You should have said that before, I wasted so many opportunities..."

"....."

"..."

A brief silence lingered for a mont, and realizing this, I bit my tongue.

’SHIT! I misspoke.’
