Kurapika didn’t answer, only coldly stating, "Keep driving."
His icy tone silenced Basho. Kurapika emanated a chilling aura, intensely intimidating.
’Damn him! He doesn’t care about Gon and Killua! Are we not friends, Loki?’ Kurapika stared out the window, his thoughts churning.
Regardless of Loki’s reasons, he had to get him there, even if he had to tie him up.
With Loki’s strength, rescuing Gon and Killua would be easy with a little cooperation. Why the blunt refusal?
At Neon’s hotel, only lody and Linssen remained on guard duty after Kurapika’s departure. lody worried about him, seeing his grim expression.
Although Loki and Kurapika seed to know each other, lody didn’t believe Loki wouldn’t attack Kurapika if they clashed.
Loki’s unnervingly steady heartbeat, even under pressure, was far more frightening than a furious one.
At that mont, Linssen received a call. He imdiately opened the computer to check the news.
"lody, look at this!"
lody, worried about Kurapika, turned to Linssen. "What is it?"
Linssen didn’t speak, stepping aside so lody could see the computer screen.
A familiar figure gradually ca into focus: a white cloak, burgundy hair, loose black pants, and a haphazardly tied red canvas belt.
’Loki,’ lody realized, noticing the website logo:*’Professional Hunter Intelligence Website.’
The video showed Loki sitting on grayish-white stairs, cloaked in a large white robe, one leg stretched out, the other bent, his left hand resting on his knee. He looked lazy.
He slowly raised his head, a faint smile on his face, his bright eyes looking straight ahead, as if through the screen at everyone watching. His laughter echoed.
His smile was mocking.
"Looking for ?" he said. "I’m glad so many people are. Hide-and-seek is boring."
Suddenly, his lazy expression turned sharp. His smile widened.
"Let’s play sothing more interesting," he said. "The ga is called Hunting the Wanted Criminal."
Loki closed his eyes, arms outstretched.
"I’ll be here waiting for you. I won’t leave for 24 hours. Anyone can co!"
The video ended. lody and Linssen were stunned.

he video seed like a provocation to the entire world! The Hunter Association had just issued a wanted poster for Loki.
Others would keep a low profile, but Loki made this video right after.

The background suggested he was in an unfinished building in Yorknew City. This clue alone was enough.
Linssen was also surprised by Loki’s actions. Loki was strong, but he was alone. Many wanted to kill him.

At the construction site entrance, the Criminal Hunter, Benny’s team arrived, followed by others.
"There are more people than I expected!" soone said, looking at the growing crowd. So drove, others walked. Each radiated strong killing intent. They were all killers.
The first group to find Loki numbered nearly a hundred. More were on their way, still trying to find him.
The area outside the construction site grew lively. Teams entered the unfinished building.
Loki sat on the stairs, eyes closed, waiting for the first one to arrive.
Inside the empty building, Benny cautiously advanced. Most would see him as a simpleton, but those who beco professional Hunters and make a na for themselves are never stupid.
Despite his large size, he was careful. His companions were also alert. Their target was an S-Class criminal, a kid, but they couldn’t be careless.
After searching the first floor, they found nothing. They communicated with hand signals and moved to the second floor. The fifteen-person team, led by Benny, cautiously advanced in a strange formation.
Suddenly! Bang! A gunshot. Benny turned towards another building.
"That’s gunshut!"
"Soone found him!"
"Idiot! Guns won’t kill him! He just alerted him!"
