Ren Qi would only be able to participate in Ling Ran’s surgeries if luck was on his side. Most of the ti, he could only watch him.
The number of assistants for surgery was limited. Even though Ling Ran constantly perford enough surgeries for an entire departnt, everyone still had to fight for the position as the first or second assistant.
As a surgeon who was over for in-service training, the most convenient place for Ren Qi was a place where he could watch surgeries at a close distance. “Will this happen for several days?” Zuo Cidian asked.
“Yup, I’m going to finish the surgeries in the Ergency dical Center and go to the General Surgery Departnt.” Ling Ran still watched single-site laparoscopy surgeries done by Chief Physician Dan, who was from the General Surgery Departnt, every day. Since he was learning skills himself, he cannot possibly master it in one go, as was what he did with the techniques given to him by the system. Dan Quan’s surgeries started at nine o’clock and occasionally at ten o’clock. He had about two to three days every week where he used to perform surgeries, and he will do around three surgeries during those days. If it had to be put in words, aside from the two or three hours of surgery in the morning, Dan Quan’s remaining working hours were all coincidentally tis where Ling Ran did not perform any surgeries whatsoever.
After listening to Ling Ran’s order, Zuo Cidian imdiately understood. “This way, if the surgeries are perford a little earlier every morning, the surgeries in the Ergency dical Center will not be affected.”
“Yes.” Ling Ran nodded in satisfaction.
“Then I will make arrangents for the surgeries. I’ll arrange it so that we’ll try to do surgeries like hepatectomy in the morning as much as possible, and then at about eight o’clock, I will arrange surgeries such as knee arthroscopies. With this, we can space out the use of the operating theaters.” Zuo Cidian naturally ca up with a plan.
Once again, Ling Ran agreed.
Ren Qi was stunned when he heard this. There was only one sentence running in his mind. ‘That’s not morning, it’s dusk! Dusk!’
However, doctors who were here for in-service training had always been insignificant in the grand sche of things.
From the second day, Ling Ran started spamming Energy Serums and caught up his surgery volu in the Ergency dical Center. While he watched Dan Quan’s surgeries, other doctors were able to rest for a while. But the diligent and ambitious doctors would not truly take a break.
Chief Physician Dan had gradually beco used to Ling Ran’s presence.

“A little.”
“Okay… after you’re done with the surgery, bring Ling Ran over. I’ll introduce him to a patient.” The departnt director’s tone was normal, and Dan Quan could not detect his emotions by listening to his voice.
But Chief Physician Dan understood what he ant the mont he heard it. The departnt director had a request for Ling Ran.
Chief Physician Dan could not help but stare at Ling Ran. He did not say much and made a promise. “No problem, I’ll bring him over.”
“Make sure to be polite,” the director of the General Surgery Departnt said before hanging up.
