Under the watchful eyes of the prison guards, under Leon's gaze, Warden Anger Boda painfully finished telling his story amidst the black flas.

Only when he spoke the truth could his suffering be alleviated, a fla ability Remus had only recently discovered.

The gist of the story was how he, as Remus's superior in the military, had traded these soldiers' lives for money.

After finishing this account, Remus turned his gaze back to Anger Boda. "Colonel Scott, do you have anything else to say?"

"Cough cough! Motherfucker, I knew this day would co when I'd face revenge for what I did!" Anger Boda said, coughing as he lay on the ground, his body gradually igniting in the flas. "But for money, I had no other choice!"

"This is Arigo! No matter what you do, you need money! For money, everyone's willing to sell their soul to the devil!"

Hearing these words, Remus actually laughed. "Sell your soul to the devil? You're not worthy!"

He stood firmly before the other man and said slowly, "Only soone like is worthy of selling my soul to the devil! Demons don't want people like you who can't even maintain firm willpower!"

Such words were truly heart-piercing remarks.

The warden, who had spent his entire life chasing money and status while feeling he'd suffered many grievances, looked at Remus with a bewildered expression, then turned into fragnts amidst the black flas.

And his white soul was completely shattered under Remus's palm strike!

After completing all this, Remus prepared to leave.

He needed to hunt down every person on that list - Director Will from the Departnt of Veterans Affairs had left him a quite specific list before dying.

He didn't need to think about anything, just follow this list and kill his way through.

Remus certainly knew that even if he continued killing like this, it would be difficult to fundantally improve veterans' circumstances, but this was all he could do.

As ti passed day by day, he could feel his emotions gradually fading away.

Perhaps one day, his emotions would be completely exhausted by the passage of ti.

When that ti ca, he would lose the right to control himself and beco completely the demon's puppet.

Therefore, he hoped that through this brutal slaughter, whenever those people wanted to do such things, they would rember this killing spree and exercise so restraint.

This could be considered his contribution to his forr comrades!

Just as Remus was thinking this, his body had already transford into a mist wolf, passing through the crowd and heading toward the prison gate.

But a man blocked his path, standing in his way. "Did you just say... you sold your soul to the devil?"

Hearing the man's words, Remus transford back into human form and looked at the other. "Yes, that's right!"

"Good, I've found the right person!" Hearing this, Leon laughed. "Then, from now on, return to your hell, demon!"

Hearing these words, Remus looked up sowhat surprised - this was truly the first ti a human had dared to speak such words to his face!

However, as Leon stood firm and released the imnse aura of light from his body, Remus suddenly understood. "This light... you're from the Church?"

Facing him, Leon declared, "Knights Templar, Leon Rancocci! One of the knight order's missions is to combat demons that co to the human world!"

Remus certainly lacked relevant knowledge and didn't know about such information's existence, but since he could encounter demons, it seed quite reasonable for Church personnel to find him.

Therefore, without further hesitation, black flas gradually ignited around his body, confronting the white light from the man before him.

The confrontation between light and darkness appeared particularly distinct at this mont.

The forr Leon certainly wouldn't have possessed such righteousness, but with his rebirth, or rather as he beca a true "Temple Knight," he already knew what he must do.

The knightly virtues were what the Knights Templar must uphold - humility, honesty, compassion, valor, justice, sacrifice, honor, spirituality - so he hadn't stopped Remus from carrying out punishnt, because the warden had indeed committed such wrongs and needed fair judgnt.

But similarly, the honor within him told him he couldn't let the demon before him leave.

Although what he was doing seed like righteous work, Leon deeply understood that a demon was still a demon!

In his dream, those priests and clergyn had personally stated that while many demons originated from humans, after transforming into demons, they would eventually be tainted by the "Seven Deadly Sins."

Even if they could control themselves initially, over ti they would degenerate into the purest embodints of malice.

Therefore, Leon absolutely couldn't release the tiger back to the mountains!

Gazing at the "demon" before him, as a "knight," he slowly began his final prayer:

"In the holy na of Lord Jesus I declare:

This hand shall hold the sling's true aim,

These knees shall never to Baal bend!

Grant to tread on serpent foes,

To scatter enemy bones in Jericho's fallen walls!"

After speaking these words, a warhorse composed of light appeared beneath Leon, lifting him up, while a spear ford of light materialized in his hand before everyone's eyes!

Witnessing this scene, Remus grew tense. After all, he was rely a newborn demon, lacking experience.

Now seeing Church personnel proactively coming to declare war, he understood that he seemingly had no choice but to fight...

Therefore, he also began spreading his power, black flas spreading across his body, the characteristic form of a demon slowly manifesting on his physique.

Battle was imminent!

...

Standing beside the fragnted remains of the dead warden, Bai Yang watched Leon curiously and remarked casually, "Alvin, don't you think the knightly virtues and instincts we gave Leon seem sowhat abrupt? He directly sought out Remus!"

Alvin watched the two confronting each other, knowing that Bai Yang didn't actually find this inappropriate, and directly smiled as he said, "Isn't this exactly the image you described for the Knights Templar? His stepping forward aligns with his positioning!"

"Hmm... indeed that's true. The only unexpected thing might be how quickly Remus has been killing, already reaching the prison, which led to their encounter." Bai Yang continued, contemplating the possible consequences of their battle.

Both of these individuals were superhumans created using a bit of Divine Power and over 5,000 points of Wish Force.

Their power levels were quite similar, basically what Bai Yang had set as "interdiate superhuman" level.

But if they truly inflicted mutual damage in this battle, or even died directly, Bai Yang certainly wouldn't be pleased.

Although thanks to their existence, Bai Yang had already obtained over thirty thousand points of Wish Force just from this prison, compared to the extrely high return rates from causing trouble earlier in California, these two individuals' stories had clearly just begun.

"Your Grace, there's a television helicopter flying outside. Perhaps its arrival will allow us to obtain more Wish Force!" Alvin's prompt appeared in his ear.

Bai Yang looked at the television helicopter in the sky and suddenly had a bright idea. "The people on this helicopter are doing a live broadcast?"

He could hear the wildly enthusiastic voice of a host from this helicopter currently conducting a scenery live broadcast. "Right now, we're above Manhattan! Today remains Crazy Jeff's craziest move - we're going to jump from this ten-thousand-ter altitude into Rikers Island Prison!"

"Alright, I have inspiration now!" Hearing these words, Bai Yang said with a beaming smile. "I want both Wish Force and influence, and this battle will also be the opening match for excavating Church history!"

He snapped his fingers in the air, the sound crisp and clear.

Simultaneously, the light and darkness beneath his feet collided with a thunderous impact!
