"How am I supposed to know? Lord Lania told us to search this way, so we search this way. If we find it, we report to Lord Lania. If we don’t find it, we report to Lord Lania too. Why say so much?" Another Star Descendant said irritably.

"Huh? Report to Lord Lania regardless? What’s the difference?" The first Star Descendant asked in surprise.

The other Star Descendant shrugged: "No difference. It’s because there’s no difference that what you’re saying is nonsense. Just hurry up and get it done, then report back."

After speaking, they continued star shifting forward.

The first Star Descendant was stunned for a mont and mumbled: "But star shifting back and forth like this, it’s easy to overlook targets. It’s just too careless."

Despite grumbling, they didn’t search carefully either, but followed their companion’s direction, star shifting again, and quickly disappeared.

Everyone looked at each other, and a thought erged unanimously: This is too careless...

It really is careless. Luomu Luo’er’s body is such a huge chunk there. Although the black mist has hidden all of Luomu Luo’er’s fluctuations, it’s equivalent to being transparent to these Star Descendants.

Ange can detect these black mists, not by sight, but by sensation.

Although they can’t see it, such a large chunk is here. If one searches carefully, even if invisible, wouldn’t they bump into it?

Unexpectedly, the opposition was so perfunctory, star shifting while searching for things, which amounts to leaving it to chance, right?

"Did they just ntion Lania? Why does that sound so familiar? i Lania? Lania Branch Road? Is the Branch Lord of Lania Branch Road sending people to search for the Gate of No Boundary? How does he know there’s a Gate of No Boundary here? i Lania, co here." Negris shouted angrily.

i Lania floated over, bewildered. He couldn’t traverse the triangular gap; it was too small, and he didn’t dare share Ange’s vision, so naturally, he didn’t know what was happening outside. Being called over by the angry Negris, he was a bit perplexed.

"Did you leak information about the Gate of No Boundary? Why would Lania send people here searching for the Gate of No Boundary?" Negris interrogated.

i Lania asked in amazent: "Lord Lania sent people here searching for the Gate of No Boundary? I didn’t need to leak anything for that. Didn’t he send us in through the Gate of No Boundary from Gez Fortress? Through that Gate of No Boundary, we can connect to the Gate of No Boundary here from the Land of the Infinity, calculating the location roughly."

"You’re saying Lania calculated the position of the Gate of No Boundary here from the Gate of No Boundary over there at Gez Fortress? Is that possible?" Anthony asked, shocked.

"It should be possible, at least the general direction is feasible. I don’t know exactly how it’s calculated, but it’s definitely not my doing. I’m loyal to my lord." i Lania declared confidently.

Negris said in surprise: "Wow, when did you learn all this?"

Honestly, after ten years of interaction, i Lania learned many bad habits from Negris and his group, including pledging loyalty.

Ursman, who had been pondering, interjected at this point: "Theoretically, it’s possible. If there’s detailed star maps and detailed information of the two realms, you can theoretically calculate the approximate location of the corresponding doors in the outside world based on the setup of two Gates of No Boundary in the Land of the Infinity."

"Once you have the approximate location, sending more personnel to search would ensure a few blind zombies bump into skeletal remains."

If the approximate orientation can be determined, the search becos just a manpower issue for the Branch Lord, with Star Descendants quickly scouring large areas in pairs.

Unexpectedly, there’s already a Branch Lord guarding this Gate of No Boundary, and the search personnel dispatched are so perfunctory.

"Lania has designs on this Gate of No Boundary. What should we do?" Negris asked.

"What to do? Obviously kill them. Lania should stay in his own branch, instead of coming over and ssing with . Kill these Star Descendants so he doesn’t think I’m unguarded here." Luomu Luo’er replied.

Anthony asked: "Is this your territory?"

"Yes, this is my territory. Traditionally, you may call this Luomu Branch Road." Luomu Luo’er answered.

Anthony asked: "What’s the usual procedure when encountering cross-boundary searches? Do you just kill them directly?"

Luomu Luo’er thought for a mont, then shook his head: "Usually, no. Standard Star Descendant interactions, I typically ignore. But God Star cross-boundary actions aren’t acceptable. If it’s a God Star, it can only enter other branches as avatars, or it would provoke a group attack."

After pausing, Luomu Luo’er continued: "But these two Star Descendants are searching for the Gate of No Boundary; doesn’t matter if they’re Star Descendants or God Stars, all must be eliminated."

"Forget that for now. Aren’t the two branches very far apart? From what I hear from i Lania, the fastest way to travel between two far branches is to transfer through the Gate of No Boundary via the Land of the Infinity. Is this true?" Anthony asked.

"Yes, but that was long, long ago." Luomu Luo’er replied.

"Given such distance, how did these Star Descendants get here?" Anthony asked.

Luomu Luo’er was stunned for a mont and then said: "Distance is significant to us God Stars. For Star Descendants, it’s quick. As long as their God Stars push them, they can instantly traverse great distances."

"God Stars can propel Star Descendants for quick acceleration? How does that work?" Anthony asked, surprised.

Luomu Luo’er responded: "By observing them, that’s all."

"Observing them?" Anthony turned to look at Ange. He’s not a God Star, so he couldn’t understand what that ant or whether Ange could do it.

Ange nodded.

Anthony nodded in acknowledgnt. Since Ange could do it, it was fine. Movent of Star Descendants could speed up with the God Star’s observation, making it more convenient to reach any desired location.

"It can be done by observing them, but what about returning? How to co back? Can God Star’s observation speed up the return too?" Anthony asked.

Luomu Luo’er replied: "No need to co back, why return? They just need to send a ssage back upon finding sothing; they themselves don’t need to return."

"Not return? But won’t Star Descendants die if they stay away from their main star for too long?" Negris exclaid.

Star Descendants need to periodically bathe in their main star’s God Star’s energy; prolonged absence can lead to their death.

Luomu Luo’er paused for a long while, then said, puzzled: "If they die, so be it. What’s the problem?"

It’s just so Star Descendants dying, why big fuss over it?

Anthony and Negris and the others took a deep breath, feeling fortunate to be Ange’s people.

"Well, since they can’t return, we might as well..." Anthony hadn’t finished speaking when they heard the Monarch’s voice calling from the rift:

"The barrier is open? Let out, let out, Ange, let out."
