Aaron POV
I woke up from a deep sleep. I don’t know how long I was sleeping but my entire body is watching.
I touched my body but there was not a single mark on my body. Everything vanished like a miracle. But the sad marks the scenario left I could never erase. It still haunts in my dreams.
"Aaron, you woke up?" I heard a voice.
"Chloe, you are here again?" I asked.
"Of course, how could I not co?" she said and placed a bucket of water on the table beside my bed.
"Still you don’t need to co here anymore. It’s enough whatever you are doing for . I’m already grateful for whatever you are doing so you need to stop", I said.
She was about to say sothing when I saw grandfather standing near the door.
"Aaron", he called out my na.
"Yes?"
"Why are you chasing her away?"
"She has been coming here for the last six months and taking care of you", as he said I clenched my fist.
"I know it is not her fault but shouldn’t you repay the favour she did for you."
"You have been sleeping for so long and she did feed you. She helped you wipe the sweat off your body so you should be with this girl and make her happy as well", as he said I felt a burden on my shoulder.
"By the way, where is my phone?" I asked.
I don’t know where I dropped it but it’s not with .
I have been asking for my phone since the mont I woke up but no one gave .
"Your phone was completely broken so I bought you a new phone."
"There is no contact from your old phone but just and Chloe", as he said I felt the urge to get up.
Yeah, it has been six months. Ayla must have contacted at this ti. she must have tried so long but would have got worried when I didn’t receive it. No no, I have to go. She even said there is a surprise for to say and I too have to say I know her. She is the Ayla I was searching for for years.
"I have to go", I said while I hurried and got up from bed but my leg gave up making fall on the floor.
"Aaron, what are you doing?" Chloe ca to and supported .
"I told you right? You are not healed so stay in bed. You can’t even walk properly so stay here and tell what you want to do and I will do it", she said but how should I do it?
How should I say I need to et Ayla?
How should I say I need to go and say I rember her at any cost?
But grandfather’s eyes kept on piercing through his looks.
"Aaron first heals yourself then I will agree whatever you say", he said and left the room.
I don’t know what is going on inside his head. Why did he say he will let do whatever I want when I heal? Does it an he approved of being with her?

I didn’t argue any further but stayed in bed while Chloe wiped with cold water.
"Why are you doing this?" I asked.
She looked at .
"Chloe, I’m asking you sothing", I asked again.
"What do you want to say?" she asked.
"Why are you doing this? When should you be with him?" I asked when her hand stopped.
"He doesn’t deserve this treatnt", she said while I could see she was clenching the cloth tightly.
"He does deserve it", I said.
"What are you saying? He made you this situation", she said.
"He didn’t do this to ."
"He never did anything like this to but always got hit by ", I said.
"Don’t defend him!!"
"I’m not defending him but saying what I’m saying."
"Dad hit because the bodyguard he appointed for him told him about our previous accident. I hit him in the middle of public and he stopped . And then of course he would think it’s all my fault this ti too when he saw there", I said.
"No, it’s not... Stop defending." she again said.
"Ok where is she now?" I asked.
"I don’t know", she replied.
"I know you know so say it", I asked again.
"He left with his father", she said.
So he is ok. I’m glad. But now the issue is with Ayla. Where is she? If the phone didn’t connect to them , why didn’t she co here? Why didn’t she co here?
My anxiety level kept on going high which made ask.
"Did anyone co to et while I was unconscious?"
As I asked she thought for a while and said, "no there is none."
But my heart kept on thumping loudly, making anxious.
No no I have to go or I may lose her. No, I can’t stay here. I know grandfather said I can go when I healed but now I cant keep myself. My fingertips shivering like crazy.
"Aaron, what’s happening with you?"
"Should I call the doctor?"
"Wait, I will give you your dication, maybe you are behaving like this because it is delayed", she said and was about to go when I held her.

I tried to get up.
"Aaron, you can’t go", she said.
"Dont", I said while she was still hiding my hand.
"Don’t make say hurtful words to you", I said but she still didn’t let go.
"No I can’t let you go!!!’’ She kept on holding .
"Ok you are asking this on your own", I said.
"Why see you doing this to Chloe?"
"You know it’s not your only burden right?"
She stayed silent.
"Then why? Is it because you want to take revenge from Jas? Is that right?" I asked when she let go of my hand.
"Do you want him to show we are together so that he can feel what he has lost?"
"It’s what you have in your mind right?"
"Tell Chloe!!!" I shouted.
"Yeah you are right", she replied.
"I did this", she kept on saying.
"But you know you are ruining my life like this", as I said she took her step back.
"Aaron, what-
"I have soone I like,’’ I said.
"I finally found soone I lost"
"So let go or I don’t know what might end up doing", I said and ran down the stairs.
"Aaron, where are you running?"grandfather asked .
"Aaron, wait!! Listen to !!!" he kept on asking but I didn’t stop but picked up the car key from the table and ran to drive.
I hurried to her place. I know it’s far but sohow so scary feelings linger inside . I couldn’t stop. So of my feelings tell if I don’t go she will vanish for forever.

I kept on calling her na while I reached her place.
As I stopped I ran inside while I saw Kylie and Jennifer coming out packing their bags.
"Aaron?" they stopped looking at .
"Where are you both going?" I asked.
"Ah we are returning to our ho", they said looking at each other.
"Ho? Why?"
"Don’t you know? This was our last sester and it’s finally done", they said and about to cross when I stopped them.
"Where is Ayla?"
As I asked they stayed silent.
I didn’t ask much but ran to her room. My legs are still shivering. As I opened her room I found nothing. Not a single thing of hers was in the room but it was completely empty.
I again ran downstairs where both of the, still present.
"Where is she?" I asked while I was already out of breath.
"I asked where the fuck is she?" I shouted.
They flinched.
"Aaron", Kylie called my na.
"Yeah, say where is she?"
I’m getting impatient.
"I don’t know where she is but this ti we could do nothing", she said.
"What do you an?"
"I don’t know what happened but there was a ti when she drove the car by herself and said she is going to et you but when she returned we asked what happened but she said nothing. She had no emotions in her face when she was smiling when she left to et you."
"I don’t know what happened between you two."
"I don’t know why you are only coming now but that day she packed everything and left."
"Sorry, this is all we know." they said and left while I fell on the surface at the sa ti I saw Chloe coming from the door.
"Aaron, what happened?" she asked but I could sense sothing was wrong.
"I did ask you right? Did soone co to et ?"
"Did you lie?"
She stayed silent.
"Answer !! God dammit!!" I shouted.
"Yeah yeah soone ca", as she ca my heart broke.
I fucked off.
