Chu Tingting had already heard that Huo Yanting wanted her gone. Her delicate face completely lost its color, pale to the extre.

Hearing the heavy sound of the door closing, Lin Banxia couldn’t help but shudder.
"You shouldn’t have talked about our relationship in front of her," Lin Banxia said softly, feeling that Huo Yanting had hurt a woman so beautiful, which really seed like a loss.
Huo Yanting’s eyes were dark and cold. His tall figure turned toward her, wearing an intimidating expression, as though he was about to settle accounts with her.
When Lin Banxia t his grim gaze, she was imdiately frightened into silence.
"Otherwise, what should I have said about our relationship?" Huo Yanting’s freezing tone dripped with nace, his imposing presence inexorably closing in on her.
Lin Banxia drew in a sharp breath of air. For so reason, she found the aura of this man before her terrifyingly cold.
"I... I don’t know either, but it looks like you hurt her," Lin Banxia said, furrowing her brows. In her heart, she thought that since Huo Yanting didn’t like her anyway, she wouldn’t mind if he liked soone else.

"You don’t love , so you’re not jealous?" His voice carried a chilling edge.
Lin Banxia plucked up her courage to glance at him, then forced a smile. "We’re just in a transactional relationship, aren’t we? It’s not like I have the right to be jealous. Besides, I’m sure you wouldn’t want to fall in love with you anyway. If I clung to you, wouldn’t that just irritate you?"
"I’m adding another condition to the agreent!" Huo Yanting ignored her words entirely, stating coldly with a blank expression that he intended to alter the terms.
Lin Banxia’s beautiful eyes narrowed in confusion as she asked, "What condition do you want to add?"
"Within three months, you must fall in love with !" Huo Yanting declared icily, tossing out the ultimatum.
Lin Banxia was completely stunned. Her eyes widened in disbelief, blinking slowly as she struggled to process his words. "What did you say?"
"You must fall in love with within three months. Otherwise, the agreent is null and void," Huo Yanting said emotionlessly, his tone making it clear that he wasn’t joking.
Lin Banxia felt utterly hopeless. She laughed bitterly, staring at this domineering, arrogant man. How could he suggest such an absurd condition?
"But love isn’t sothing you can simply declare into existence. Your condition is aningless..." Lin Banxia found the notion ridiculous. Could emotions really be part of a transaction?
"Exactly. That’s why, starting now, you need to open your eyes and carefully uncover my strengths and charm. That will make it easier for you to fall in love with faster," Huo Yanting said, clearly intending to make things difficult for her. After all, she hadn’t been jealous earlier and had even sat on the sidelines enjoying the spectacle.
"Are you serious?" Lin Banxia’s entire deanor faltered, her voice shaky with apprehension.
Huo Yanting saw her fear and let out a cold laugh. "What do you think? You thought I was joking?"

"What did you just call ?" Huo Yanting’s eyes slightly narrowed in an instant.
Lin Banxia startled, her voice shrinking to a whisper. "Husband... Can you not be so harsh with ? Love can’t be forced..."
