Finn was dead asleep, blissfully unaware of the circus happening around him—girls bickering, sitting on his shoulders, screaming at Ardin, and Majestria bouncing her fat booty against his neck like she was riding a prize horse.

He’d had enough. He just... let go. Body, mind, everything. If they wanted to squabble and fight over him, fine. If there was paperwork about what happened down there, also fine. He was out.

But then a terrifying realization struck sowhere in the dark fog of his unconscious brain.

If he was asleep... the girls had free rein over his body.

His blood froze.

With the way they’d been acting recently? God only knew what they’d do. Even worse—what if they took his precious Sli lo off him? That was not just terrifying. That was apocalyptic.

Not okay. Not okay at all.

Finn’s foggy mind clawed toward consciousness. He could feel sothing hard and wooden beneath him, propping him up. Voices chattered nearby. His thoughts spiraled, paranoia rising, until he ca to one horrifying conclusion.

He was sitting on... Lickthorn’s "Mana staff."

Finn jolted, rattling against whatever he was propped on, trying to get free before things got even more indecent. But then—

Splash!

Cold water crashed across his face and chest. Finn gasped violently, his lungs yanking him back into the real world.

"What the hell was that for?!" he sputtered, blinking the water from his eyes.

He froze. It wasn’t the girls. This was different.

He was seated in a solid wooden chair. Around him stood four armored knights, their presence suffocating. One of them still held the bucket—the culprit who had dumped water over him.

Finn snarled internally, biting back any smart remark. The last thing he needed was a fight.

In front of him sat a plain rectangular wooden table. The setup scread interrogation. Not a casual room, not hospitality. This was official. Serious.

The knights glanced toward the tent’s entrance. Soone had arrived. They gave a quick nod, then began filing out, leaving Finn alone.

Alone with whoever had just walked in.

A soft click-click of high-tailored boots echoed behind him. Finn stiffened, and soon the man ca into view. From the way he carried himself, he radiated authority—soone Finn instinctively knew demanded respect.

Tall, at least one-hundred-eighty-seven centiters tall. Lean yet muscular, with silvery-white platinum hair that was both slightly ssy and sohow stylish. His face was angular and sharp, high cheekbones giving him a calm, composed look—but there was sothing undeniably intimidating about his presence.

The man easily outclassed Ardin, which made Finn grin triumphantly—until the man’s slight glance landed on him, instantly wiping away all of his cocky bravado.

Even his eyes were sharp—pale blue, piercing, and unnervingly perceptive, as if they saw straight into Finn’s thoughts.

Scary...

Finn didn’t even know where to start with the outfit. A fitted, asymtrical dark charcoal blazer with subtle stitching, a slim vest underneath with a high collar, perfectly tailored trousers tucked into sleek black boots, a single black leather glove, and a dark cane held casually in one hand.

Without a word, the man approached a nearby barrel and sat, back straight, posture perfect, radiating effortless control. Finn couldn’t help but think:

’Just who the hell does this guy think he is?’

The man sat across from Finn at the table, making him gulp nervously. Finn gripped his thighs, looking around frantically, trying to calm himself.

’Who does he think he is?! And why is he so damn scary?! Is it because he’s professional and I’m... a bum standing against a fully employed man?!’ Finn scread internally, spiraling into panic.

Finally, the man spoke.

"It is nice to et you, Finn Wiggles. That is correct?"

’OH MY GOD HE KNOWS MY NA!!’

In a shaky, unsteady voice, Finn managed, "Y-Yeah... that’s ."

"I’ve heard a lot about you, Finn. And I took the ti to learn exactly who you are. I’ve been quite thorough."

Finn chuckled nervously. "Haha... is that so? I’m sure you didn’t find anything all that interesting—"

"I did, in fact. Find many interesting things about you."

"Oh, did you now..."

"Yes," the man said, his tone calm but amused. "Apparently, you registered with the guild precisely four days ago, and you’ve already made quite a na for yourself in Moistvile."

"Wait, I did?!" Finn blurted, shocked.

"They referred to you as ’woman watcher,’ others as ’piss boy,’ and the last one... well, ’older woman fetish.’ Do you happen to know why these nas were given to you?"

Finn’s jaw dropped, completely stunned. "I... I actually have no clue. I never really talked to anyone there, except a few."

The man studied Finn’s expression carefully, then let out a contemptuous hum. "And would you mind explaining these rumors about how you... stole Ardin’s quest?"

"Oh my god, not this stuff again. I didn’t steal his quest! I just did what was given to , and sohow completed it without even realizing it was his quest until I ca back!" Finn’s voice dripped with annoyance.

"What about the first ti you supposedly stole his quest?"

"I did not steal any of his quests! He completed that dumb wizard quest, not ," Finn replied, his patience thinning.

The man studied Finn carefully, then spoke, his words heavy and deliberate. "You said you ’completed’ a quest without realizing it until you returned to the guild, but now you claim you didn’t steal any of his quests, stating that he completed a specific quest, not you."

Finn’s eye twitched. ’Ugh, why does he have to shoot down so fast?!’ He bit his lip in frustration.

"Okay, so what?! What do you even want from a guy like ? And where are my party mbers?" Finn’s gaze darted around before he stuffed his hands into his pockets to check his Sli los. They were still there, and a sigh of relief escaped him.

"Why did you lie, Finn?"

"I didn’t lie about anything!"

The man sighed, calm but sharp. "Are you sure you want to keep this up?"

"Keep what up?! What did I even do?!" Finn’s voice rose, angrier than before.

Then the man snapped his fingers, a subtle but commanding motion.

"Maybe she will help."

The tent’s entrance shifted, and soone stepped inside—but it was not who Finn had expected...
