At this mont, the ticking of the clock in the classroom seed to suddenly stop, all sounds disappeared, leaving only a low growl echoing in the air. The silence was oppressive, making the demonic examinee who was holding a pen and trembling nearly unable to breathe.
anwhile, Lanci gently launched the last magic card in his hand, flashing with an orange glow.
Suddenly, a soft and charming voice resonated in the room.
"At this mont, great love is upon us!"
A gray-haired demon appeared beside Lanci- her left hand clutching her chest and her right palm raised high, speaking with a sly smile.
The demon, dressed in a crimson-red gown, was as graceful as if she were dancing.
Not too far off to one side.
"Aaah!!!"
The Owl demon’s mind was engulfed in flas, as if doused in a bucket of oil, his mind a complete blank, not even caring about the origin of the distinctive female demon voice.
The burning rage erupted within him like a volcano, bursting forth violently from his chest. The constraints of rationality seed utterly trivial before this unstoppable force, and snapped completely in an instant.
The Owl demon’s entire body was taut as a bowstring. With all his strength and fury, he lunged furiously at the Dragon demon’s eyes!
Accompanied by a spray of blood, the suddenly ambushed Dragon demon let out a terrible scream; his face was mangled and bloody. His hands trembled, as if trying to grasp onto the last shred of rationality- but this strength felt so weak under the envelopnt of the demon sound. Uncontrollably, he reached out to claw forward, driven by fury. All he wanted was to kill the indiscriminant Owl demon before him!
The two invigilators are now fighting each other!
No longer can one speak of rationality, the only goal is to tear apart and kill the opposition.
Once sothing starts, it is often too ssy to make any sense of it afterwards.
The classroom was a scene of chaos, the fights between the Dragon and Owl demons were brutal and disorderly; they seed to be unleashing their most primal intent to kill. It was more than just physical combat, it was a battle of the soul, seeking to utterly annihilate the opposition, even resorting to biting, their sharp teeth sinking deep into each other’s flesh, like a scene of wild beasts tearing at their prey.
The intense collision instantly shattered the carved tables and chairs into splinters, blood and ink mixed on the ground. The once dark walls were now drenched in blood, a terrifying mural now depicted an unimaginably cruel shadow.
The students who did not manage to avoid were instantly the victims of the fight, their screams echoing in the air like the cries of ghosts, stimulating the hearts of other students; the mutual fear was magnified indefinitely. For a mont, most lost their will to escape, instead they just shouted and scread in despair where they stood.
In just a few seconds, all the demons in the exam room were like mad, creating a scene of demonic chaos reminiscent of Hell.
Only a few students with exceptionally strong willpower were able to stay conscious and choose to escape in the first monts!
At this point however, the invigilators no longer cared whether there were students escaping or not.
The first to begin fleeing, of course, was the perpetrator Lanci. He quickly pocketed the engraving pen and ink bottle from the table, and ran.
The mont Hyperion heard the familiar voice of the [Great Love Poet], even before seeing the whole process, she had already predicted that Lanci was going to stir things up.
Thankfully she was ntally prepared; although her negative emotions were also amplified by the [Great Love Poet], she quickly heard Lanci’s calm and gentle voice, "Run."
Hyperion instantly steadied herself, eyes determined, ran quickly towards the front door with Lanci along the left aisle.
However, Hyperion discovered that Lanci actually took the opportunity amidst the chaos to snatch things off the bodies of the demonic students who had previously been super-degree reported by him!
He was still broadcasting the live events!
As a duchess who had received etiquette education since childhood, Hyperion refrained from comnting on Lanci’s actions, but she felt that Lanci, who seed to enjoy it, seed to be looking forward to her joining in.
With that, she also gritted her teeth, used the invisibility spell to hide herself, and moved swiftly and lightly like the wind to help Lanci touch more bodies.
...
On Ichrite Academy’s Jera morial Square.
The sky was gradually transitioning from the orange hue of sunset to the deep blue of night. The clock leisurely approached six o’clock. The outlines of the buildings beca blurred in the night, while the outdoor giant screen at the center of the square beca even more prominent in the twilight.
The number of students on the square had noticeably increased. They had gathered from all directions, and many students were already seated on the steps.
"What happened?"
Just now, most of the students only saw Lanci use a few Magic Cards in a row. In an instant, the two Demon Invigilators in the examination field were going mad in an unreasonable manner.
Everything happened so quickly and eerily that most students watching the outdoor giant screen started to ask each other if they had missed sothing.
"If I’m not mistaken... is he tampering with this Fourth-Order Shadow World?"
For a mont, they didn’t even have ti to be surprised that Lanci had an Orange Epic card.
Despite not recognizing any of the Magic Cards Lanci used just now, and the Magic Engineering College did not provide identification results on the screen, apart from the Epic Card, the overall effects of the cards were not difficult to guess, such as ntal interference, silence, etc.
Gradually, the people in front of the Magic Fluorescent Screen finally understood Lanci’s fast-tracking approach—directly dealing with the invigilators.
"Why do I get the feeling that even Hyperion is getting corrupted by him... Shouldn’t she be the demon..."
...
Edge of the square.
A grey-haired, golden-eyed figure passed by nonchalantly in the distance from the increasingly crowded outdoor giant screen and steps. She was holding a piece of cheese cake with a small piece missing and was chewing on sothing in her mouth.
She glanced vaguely in the direction of the noisy crowd, then frowned and stopped where she was.
"Ancient Demon World..."
Talia murmured as she looked at the Shadow World.
Watching the live broadcast of the real Shadow World does have so value for her.
So occasionally when she is passing by Ichrite College, she would pay attention to the Magic Fluorescent Screen.
But today she only ca to Ichrite College to buy after-al desserts from a dessert shop that had once scored a "95" in her book.
It was all Lanci’s fault for giving her so much money and always choosing super delicious restaurants when eating with her, so now her lifestyle consisted of getting money and waiting for debt every day and she had no choice but to relax.
Or perhaps, apart from enjoying life at the Ichrite, she had nothing else to do.
Unexpectedly, she saw on this giant screen a Shadow World thed with demons.
Generally speaking, it’s quite difficult to enter a Shadow World embedded with Demon Race history just by human matching.
As for the Demon Shadow World in front of her, even Talia couldn’t recognize how far back in the Demon Race history it was!
