"You..." His voice was dangerously low. "Who do you think you are?"

Lilith didn’t flinch.

Instead, she leaned in closer, her lips curling into a slow, mocking smile.

"I," she whispered, "am your devilish secretary."

Sebastian didn’t care about his unwanted girlfriend.

He muttered, "Go away," closed his eyes, and laid back on the bed.

And then... nothing.

Silence.

Did she really leave?

Not that he cared.

He thought about himself. If Ray hadn’t run away... he wouldn’t be here now, fully awake and fully conscious.

Actually, that doctor... the one who was supposed to hypnotize them, to erase all unnecessary personalities and let Alexander live as the only one, it had all been arranged early that morning. That’s why Ray ran.

That idiot.

Always too emotional, too weak and yet the fool sohow managed to save them.

Sebastian’s fingers twitched against the bedsheet.

Alexander always thought he was the main personality.

Because he made him believe it.

How stupid.

Sebastian let out a small chuckle.

Ray’s desperation, his panic, his fear...All of it ended up awakening him instead.

That little coward.

And now, Sebastian was here.

Fully awake.

Fully aware.

His thoughts were filled with darkness.

What should you do when your closest family is your greatest enemy?

Grandma Bria.

The woman who smiled at high society gatherings, who was respected by the wealthy elite, yet behind closed doors, she was a monster.

He wanted to kill her.

But he couldn’t.

Not yet.

Because her maternal family controlled the underworld.

Drugs.

Human trafficking.

Weapons smuggling.

They were involved in the darkest, filthiest, most dangerous business.

And she was one of them.

Sebastian had spent years playing along, pretending to be the obedient grandson, the perfect heir.

Waiting.

Building power.

Becoming untouchable.

Because if he made one wrong move...

They wouldn’t just eliminate him.

They would go after everyone connected to him.

And that ant—

Lilith.

His jaw clenched.

His fingers dug into the hospital sheets.

No.

She wouldn’t get dragged into this.

He had to beco powerful enough to erase them all.

Grandma Bria, her wretched family, their entire empire—

He would destroy them.

Though he didn’t like Lilith—or at least, that’s what he told himself...he couldn’t understand why his other personalities had fallen for her so deeply.

Gray, Ray, Alexander.

They all gravitated toward her, drawn to her like moths to a fla.

But he wasn’t like them.

He couldn’t afford to be.

Because Lilith didn’t belong in this filthy, blood-stained world.

His world.

Sebastian had spent years playing the fool.

Pretending to be nothing more than a ruthless businessman with a temper, running a company with weak security and no knowledge of Grandma Bria’s real empire.

He let her believe he was blind.

He let her think she still controlled him.

But he had been planning her downfall from the very beginning.

Every step. Every move. Every deal.

And now, it was almost ti.

Almost.

But before that Lilith had to leave.

She had to hate him.

She needed to walk away on her own, without looking back.

Because if she stayed, she would die.

And that was the one thing he couldn’t allow.

He closed his eyes tightly, jaw clenching.

Rose, his parents—he had already arranged safe places for them.

They would be protected when the final blow landed.

But Lilith? She was the biggest wildcard.

The woman who never backed down.

The woman who laughed in the face of danger.

The woman who would never leave him unless he forced her to.

Sebastian exhaled slowly.

Then I’ll make her hate .

I’ll break her heart, even if it kills .

Because in the end her life was more important than his own.

Lilith’s fingers tapped against the cold surface of the hospital corridor window as she held the phone to her ear, her voice sharp.

"What’s wrong with the funds? A large amount is missing."

There was a pause before Quinn’s nervous chuckle echoed through the receiver. "Don’t worry, it’s nothing—"

Silence.

Lilith didn’t respond.

That silence alone sent a chill down Quinn’s spine. He shifted uncomfortably in his chair, suddenly feeling a cold sweat forming on his neck.

"Tell ." Lilith’s voice dropped, dangerously calm. "I don’t like lies."

Quinn swallowed hard.

"Umm... it’s Boss," he admitted reluctantly. "He’s the one using the funds. Alright? Don’t worry—"

Lilith’s brows furrowed, her fingers tightening around the phone.

Human doll? Using the company’s funds?

"Why?" she demanded.

A long pause.

Quinn hesitated. "Personal reasons."

Lilith’s lips pressed into a thin line. That wasn’t an answer.

What the hell are you doing, Human Doll?

***

Next Morning.

The soft morning light filtered through the hospital room’s curtains, casting a golden hue over the sterile white walls.

"Sebbbvyyyyyyy... did that orphan not take care of you? Is that why you had an accident and beca so weak?~~~"

A high-pitched, sickly sweet voice shattered the quiet.

Sebastian’s brow twitched.

His eyes cracked open, a cold, irritated gaze eting Sienna, sitting at the edge of his bed, fake tears glistening in her eyes.

His jaw clenched.

Who the hell let this woman in?

More importantly... what was her na again?

Sebastian blinked, his head still foggy from sleep.

Sienna sniffled, leaning closer, her manicured fingers reaching to touch his arm. "Sebby, you must have suffered so much... I told you before, that woman isn’t fit to be with you! If you were with , I would never let anything happen to you."

Sebastian’s fingers twitched, his patience snapping like a thread.

"Get. Off. My. Bed."

His voice was low, dangerous, the tone of a man who wasn’t in the mood for nonsense.

Sienna blinked, montarily stunned.

"But Sebby—"

"Who let you in?" His cold gaze sliced through her. "And who gave you permission to touch ?"

Sienna’s mouth fell open. She had expected him to be weak, vulnerable... maybe even grateful that she ca to see him.

Not this.

Her fingers curled into fists on her lap, her expression twisting for a brief second before she forced her usual sweet smile. "Sebby, why are you acting like this? I was just worried about you."

Sebastian exhaled through his nose, his patience hanging by a thread.

Just as he was about to throw her off the bed himself, the hospital room door swung open.
