Sebastian exhaled through his nose, his patience hanging by a thread.

Just as he was about to throw her off the bed himself, the hospital room door swung open.

Click. Click. Click.

The sound of heels against the hospital floor.

Lilith.

Standing in the doorway, arms crossed, her icy blue eyes locked onto Sienna like a predator spotting its prey.

"Get. Off. My. Boyfriend."

Her voice was soft. Deadly.

Sienna’s stomach dropped.

Sebastian smirked. Finally.

Let the fun begin.

Lilith had just returned from a nearby hotel after freshening up.

She stepped into the hospital room, her black dress hugging her figure perfectly, its smooth fabric ending just above her knees. Her long, dark hair cascaded over her shoulders and her piercing blue eyes burned with barely restrained anger.

Sebastian’s gaze flicked toward her.

But before he could say anything, his lips parted, and the words ca out cold, distant.

"I am not your boyfriend."

For a mont, silence.

Then, Sienna’s smug voice rang out, cold. "Did you hear that, orphan bitch?" She turned to Lilith, eyes gleaming with satisfaction. "He said you’re not his girlfriend. You don’t deserve Sebby! He’s finally realizing that poor won like you are unworthy of him."

Lilith’s jaw clenched, her fingers curling into fists.

"Don’t."

The single word carried danger.

But Sienna only sneered, stepping closer to Sebastian’s bed. "You understand now, right, Sebby? She’s nothing but a burden. You’re better off without her."

Lilith’s breath ca slow and steady, her entire body screaming to destroy the woman in front of her.

Yet, Sebastian said nothing.

Not a word.

His dark gaze t hers, expression unreadable, as if he truly wasn’t going to say anything.

Sothing in her snapped.

Lilith turned on her heel and stord out of the room, her heels clicking sharply against the floor.

Sebastian watched her go, eyes narrowing slightly as the scent of her perfu lingered in the air.

Sienna’s smirk widened.

"See? She knows her place." She turned back to him, eyes filled with adoration. "Sebby, don’t pretend with ... I know that orphan made you lose faith in won. But I’m still here. I—"

Sebastian exhaled slowly.

His patience had officially run out.

"Okay, what’s your na? Sina? Bina? Whatever. Leave." His tone was indifferent, bored.

Sienna froze.

"Y-You... Sebby, don’t say that." Her voice trembled, but she quickly recovered, trying to soften her expression. "I know you’re hurt. You’re just saying this because she—"

"Get. Lost."

This ti, his voice carried finality. Cold, sharp, rciless.

Sienna’s breath hitched.

She had expected him to push Lilith away.

Not her.

Her face turned red with humiliation, but before she could protest, the door swung open again.

Lilith was back.

And this ti, she wasn’t alone.

A hospital staff mber stood beside her, looking slightly nervous.

"Excuse , Miss," the nurse said politely, eyes shifting to Sienna. "Visiting hours for non-family mbers are over. Please leave."

Sienna’s head snapped toward Lilith, who stood there, arms crossed, her expression void of amusent.

"You—"

"You heard her," Lilith cut her off, voice calm yet dripping with venom. "Now, leave before I make you."

Sienna’s lips trembled, her fists tightening.

She had no choice but to leave.

And as she stord out of the room, her heels clicking angrily against the floor, she swore she would make Lilith pay for this humiliation.

The staff mber left, closing the door softly behind them.

Lilith stood there, arms crossed, her gaze dark and piercing.

Her aura filled the room like a storm.

Her scent, sothing rich, intoxicating, and addictive, lingered in the air, making it impossible to focus on anything else.

Her heels clicked softly as she walked toward him, every step deliberate, exuding confidence and danger all at once.

Sebastian sat up in bed, his sharp black eyes trailing her movents.

Sebastian sat there, watching her approach, his sharp black eyes tracing the curve of her waist, the way her dress hugged her figure, the way her hair cascaded down her shoulders like silk.

She stopped beside his bed, close enough for him to feel the heat of her presence.

Then, tilting her head slightly, she smirked.

"Of course, you’re not my boyfriend."

Sebastian nodded, smirking back. "Glad you understand, sweetheart."

But Lilith only took another step forward.

Slow. Deliberate.

And then she reached out.

Her fingers, light as air, grazed along his jawline.

Sebastian stilled.

Her touch.

Soft, teasing, infuriatingly gentle.

Her fingertips traced the faint stubble on his cheek before sliding down to the edge of his hospital gown.

"Though my boyfriends are Alexander, Gray, and Ray..." she murmured, her voice dripping with sothing dangerously sweet. "They’re my human dolls."

Human dolls?

Lilith’s fingers brushed against his collarbone, her nails barely skimming his skin.

"Even though I don’t want to deal with you..." she leaned in, their breath mingling, her icy blue eyes locking onto his. "I can’t ignore that this body belongs to my human dolls."

Her words wrapped around him like a spell.

Smooth. Alluring. Deadly.

Sebastian’s grip on the his hospital gown tightened.

His jaw clenched.

Sothing about her sothing about this woman made his blood burn.

She wasn’t afraid.

She should be.

And that, for the first ti in his life, made him feel alive.

Sebastian’s expression remained unreadable, his black eyes locked onto hers. "Then be prepared. I am not going to accept you," he said, his voice cold, devoid of any warmth.

Lilith rely chuckled, her gaze sharp, amused. "Who is asking you to accept ?" she taunted, stepping closer. "I am perfectly fine without your acceptance."

And before he could respond, she leaned in.

Soft. Unexpected.

Her lips brushed against his forehead, lingering just long enough to make him freeze.

Sebastian’s fingers twitched against the sheets.

Lilith straightened, her smirk widening as she saw the way his brows furrowed, the way his eyes darkened, full of unspoken irritation.

"I’ve already ordered a healthy breakfast for you, human dolls," she murmured, brushing a strand of hair from his forehead with teasing fingers. "It should be arriving in five minutes. If you’re hungry, don’t worry."

Sebastian’s jaw clenched.

"And that kiss—" she leaned back, tilting her head, her icy blue eyes glinting with mischief. "—was not for you, alright, Sebastian?"

She turned on her heel, walking toward the door with effortless grace.

Before stepping out, she cast him one last glance over her shoulder, her lips curving into sothing deadly sweet, and winked at him.

"It was for my human dolls."
