Many Scavengers lived in shanties nearby, sorting out usable items from the refuse and sending useless ones by the truckload to a factory.
Inside the factory, massive machines operated day and night, lting and compressing various kinds of trash into ugly pellets.
"These garbage pellets are the food for the Radiation," Kerry explained.
Gao Xin raised his eyebrows; indeed, Tiger Level could digest these substances, and so of the organic matter pellets could also be eaten by the Wolf Level.
So, the feed for the Radiation was directly made from garbage; no wonder the cost was low.
The garbage factory was manned by a dozen strong n inked with fierce beasts’ tattoos, carrying heavy machine guns and wearing belts full of grenades, acting like a band of brash outlaws, indulging in eating, drinking, and chatting.
Kerry exchanged a few words with them and handed over a couple of points of ’sin redeers,’ bringing two strong n to show him and Gao Xin to an elevator.
They took the elevator down to a spot ten-odd ters underground where a bustling underground marketplace suddenly opened up in front of them.
"This is Black Blood Gang’s territory, second only to the Yakuza in terms of influence here in Yamaguchi Village, with three hundred Black Hands," Kerry explained.
Gao Xin asked, "I’ve been here in Yamaguchi Village for less than half a month; can you tell about the forces here?"
Seizing the chance to glean information, Kerry assud he was an old-tir. Hearing him say he’d been in Yamaguchi Village for half a month, he thought he had co from another faction’s territory.
"Yamaguchi’s Village’s forces are simple: the Yakuza dominate, being the biggest native snake in the grass here, and they crush other small gangs without any suspense."

"Those seven thousand Black Hands are divided into three groups: three thousand in the Zhongzi Black Hand Group, three thousand in the Zhengzi Black Hand Group, plus a thousand in the headquarters Black Hand Group."
"The Zhongzi and Zhengzi groups are those we typically see patrolling and stationed around, Yamato people of the Sub-Wolf Level or foreign powerhouses of Wolf Level and beyond who, after passing a series of initiation tests, can join; together, these two groups comprise about fifty Tigers."
"As for the core Black Hand Group of the headquarters, they are the most central ard force of the Yakuza, consisting entirely of Japanese mbers. The lowest rank among them is also True Wolf Level, and they are equipped with C grade weapons, armor, and shields."
"The cadres are at least Sub-Tiger, and their leader is even more formidable, Finger Gun Suzuki Shougen, the strongest Black Hand of the Yakuza, almost a Tiger King."
"However, they are not in the village; they spend most of their ti stationed at Sea King Port’s territory, training, and obeying Fujihara Tomohiro."
When Gao Xin heard Kerry describe the Yakuza’s forces, he felt pessimistic.
Even the strongest core Black Hand Group was not in the village.
The Yakuza still had six thousand Black Hands and fifty Tiger Level cadres, and there should also be stronger figures like elephants.
People like Sasaki and Red Demon were rely the most ordinary Sub-Wolf Level Black Hands, not to ntion they also had various weapons and equipnt.

Gao Xin exclaid, "Just three hundred Black Hands and they dare to defy the Yakuza? Isn’t their force similar to that of the Viking Gang?"
Kerry laughed, "I’m talking about their stronghold in Yamaguchi Village only. Black Blood Gang is a group that spreads throughout the entire Sea King Port region."
"In the Sea Territory, Fury Waters Town, and Great Yamaguchi Territory, they have bases and monopolize a total of nine villages’ garbage processing and radiation-beast feed businesses."
"Though their total number of Black Hands doesn’t exceed three thousand, the widespread distribution counts for a lot, and they have so connections with each village’s dominant forces."
"If Yakuza dares to ss with them too casually, then other village overlords might intervene."
Gao Xin suddenly understood; a power like Yakuza, that dominates a single village, might have no internal adversaries but still faced external archenemies and forces wary of them.
Clearly, the leader of Black Blood Gang was very astute, adept at fostering good relations with major powers and manipulating these relationships to their mutual benefit and personal profit.
Although they couldn’t dominate a single village, they thrived in every one. Even if things went south and they were annihilated, at most one base would fall, not the entire organization."
"This force, having access across multiple territories, can it move in and out of Yamaguchi Village at will?"
Gao Xin, suddenly thinking of sothing, hurriedly inquired.
